- plate-shaped Insulation elements in particular insulation boards, preferably made of Mineral fibers, in particular stone wool, consisting of at least one, preferably two layers of insulation elements and a casing, preferably in the form of a film, in which the insulation elements are arranged in each layer in such a way that they are on one of them, preferably narrow sides running in the longitudinal direction of the insulation elements get up.
- the invention further relates to a transport container for handling packaging and / or transport unit for plate-shaped insulation elements, in particular insulation boards, preferably made of mineral fibers, in particular of rock wool, consisting of at least one, preferably two layers of insulation elements arranged one above the other and one preferably formed as a film in which the insulation elements in each layer are arranged so that they are on one of their, preferably in Stand up in the longitudinal direction of the narrow sides of the insulation elements, and finally a method for producing a packaging and / or Transport unit for board-shaped insulation elements, especially insulation boards, preferably made of mineral fibers, in particular of rock wool from at least one, preferably two layers arranged one above the other Insulation elements and a covering, preferably in the form of a film, in which the insulation elements are arranged in every position in such a way that they are on one of their, preferably in the longitudinal direction of the insulation elements running up narrow sides.
- a transport container for handling packaging and / or transport unit for plate-shaped insulation elements in particular insulation boards, preferably made of
- Insulation materials are widely used in buildings and systems. Sales of mineral wool insulation materials alone are achieved annually in Germany the order of magnitude of approximately 15 to 20 million cubic meters. insulation materials are light, voluminous and inexpensive goods despite their high use. Because of the Limit large space requirements with comparatively little added value Trading companies keep the insulation materials to a minimum. The manufacturers of the insulation materials therefore have advantageous logistics for the Direct delivery of the insulation materials developed on construction sites, in the case of needs produced and on behalf of and for the account of the trading company the insulation materials on time at the hands of a manufacturing company can be delivered directly to the construction site.
- the insulation materials are in Packaging and / or transport units provided, which are Packages or bundles of several packages with insulation elements, for example Insulation panels or insulation felt rolls, which are therefore no longer can be individually stacked in the hold of a transport vehicle. Though can be largely with the individual arrangement of the insulation elements achieve optimal utilization of the loading volume, but this advantage will economical due to the labor-intensive loading and unloading of the transport vehicle up distortion. Combining the insulation elements into palletized Packing and / or transport units enable a quick and economical loading and unloading of transport vehicles.
- Mineral fiber roof insulation boards have bulk densities of approx. 100 to 200 kg / m 3 .
- Roof insulation panels are also known which have a significantly higher bulk density in a surface zone with approximately 180 to 220 kg / m 3 than regions of the roof insulation panels arranged underneath. The highly compressed surface zone is intended to increase the rigidity of the roof insulation panels when walking on.
- These roof insulation boards usually have thicknesses of approx. 30 - approx. 160 kg / m 3 .
- the roof insulation panels With a standard format of, for example, 1000 mm in length and 600 mm in width, the roof insulation panels are packed together by wraps made of shrink film to packages of approximately 20 kg in weight and thickness of approximately 20 to 40 cm. Such packages are mostly shipped individually or stacked on wooden pallets.
- Large-format roof insulation panels are, for example, with the dimensions Made 2 m long and 1.2 m wide and first stacked.
- Such one Plate stack forms the basis for a packaging and / or transport unit.
- a packaging and / or that has already proven itself in practice Transport unit is described in DE 92 183 20 U1.
- the stack of plates rests here on at least two support bodies, preferably from the same Material like the roof insulation panels, with the stack of panels and the roof insulation panels overall is covered with a plastic film.
- the support body enable the packaging and transport unit to be passed under with a pallet truck or a fork-like lifting device of forklifts.
- the wrapping consists of stretch films, preferably of polyethylene.
- the film is wrapped around the plate stack several times wrapped to achieve greater transport security.
- stretch film have good cohesion between the individual layers of film.
- the roof insulation panels by virtue of the dimensions of the roof insulation panels, the relatively high weight of the individual roof insulation panels and the resulting frictional forces the plate stack already has a high internal rigidity and behaves essentially like a homogeneous block of mineral fibers.
- Cheap also affects that the roof insulation panels on a manufacturing line be cut transversely from the initially endless fiber web. The roof insulation panels thus point in the longitudinal direction, that is, transversely to the original Direction of manufacture lies, a much higher internal rigidity and Bending tensile strength than in the direction of the plate width.
- a packaging and / or transport unit made of such roof insulation panels indicates at an average height of the plate stack of 1.2 m Total weight of approx. 500 kg and is without appropriate transport equipment, such as cranes, forklifts or the like cannot be handled.
- the support body is dimensioned so that neither the insulation elements the support body is still overloaded and thus damaged.
- Usually Approx. 400 mm wide support bodies are made over the entire width of the Plate stack arranged.
- the two-meter-long roof insulation panels for example collar about 150 mm on both ends, but preferably about 200 mm; there is an approx. 800 mm wide space in the middle.
- the packaging and / or transport units are in the manufacturing plant for put together the transport or storage at the manufacturer or at the construction site. Transport to a construction site or to a manufacturing warehouse Company or a trading company usually takes place with Trucks. Because of the greater flexibility, trucks are predominantly used with overplanned platforms or overplanned interchangeable platforms.
- the packaging and / or transport units are made with the help of forklifts from both sides onto the platform of the truck or one Trailer attached, with no more than two packaging and / or Transport units can be arranged one above the other.
- the tarpaulins must be loaded on both sides of the truck and / or of the trailer can be opened. To this end, the numerous side brackets of overplanning opened and half of the tarpaulin with Helped by boards or the like folded up and on the scaffolding be filed.
- Multi-axis serve this purpose Pallet trucks that move easily on roof shells even under load to let.
- the fork is moved in the middle under the stack of plates, although that with the often uneven terrain in the construction site area is not always possible, so that the casing, including the support body, can be damaged by the forklift forks is exposed. This damage affect the intended later use of the support body as to be processed Insulation material. Furthermore, when driving under carelessly from behind or parked next to each other on the platform of the truck Packaging and / or transport units and during subsequent lifting the packaging and / or transport unit the neighboring packaging and / or Transport unit can be damaged.
- a comparable transport packaging is from DE 297 15 125 U1 known for large-volume lightweight building materials, especially insulation materials, where it is also a small package, which is carried by appropriate handles should be easy to handle.
- DE 40 26 807 A1 describes a packaging unit made of mineral wool boards known with an envelope, which consists of a shrinkable plastic film and the ends of which are connected by a weld, with a flap pointing outwards flanged to the weld seam is. Recognizable, this is again a small container for handling, for example, on a scaffold or a simple one Sales and transport in hardware stores and other specialty shops so-called do-it-yourself craftsmen.
- packaging and / or transport units are for an economical transport of large quantities of plate-shaped Insulation elements only suitable to a limited extent. Especially in the construction area, but also in the area of construction site dealers with these packaging and / or Transport units a complex packaging system and a complex loading and unloading of the vehicles connected.
- the object of the invention based on a packaging and / or transport unit and / or a transport container and / or a method for producing this packaging and / or To create a transport unit with which a high stability both during transport and when handling on a construction site are given and at the same time an economical, because cheaper Transport becomes possible.
- a first embodiment of the invention Process provided in which several insulation elements one of its long sides running closely together be placed, the insulation elements by pressing on their large Surfaces are compressed using the compressed insulation elements are wrapped in a film and finally those arranged in the film Insulation elements are connected with support bodies that are transverse to the longitudinal extension the insulation elements in the area of the rising Narrow sides can be arranged.
- a second embodiment of the invention The procedure provides for solving the task, that several insulation elements on one of their lengthwise Narrow sides are placed close together, the insulation elements be compressed by pressure on their large surfaces the compressed insulation elements support body are placed on the Insulation elements together with the support bodies are covered with a film be, the support body transverse to the longitudinal extension of the insulation elements be arranged in the area of the narrow sides.
- the insulation elements in the Foil are arranged so that their narrow sides on support bodies get up. This creates the possibility of a large number of To arrange insulation elements in a packaging and / or transport unit, since it is not a question of good manageability by one person. Rather, the packaging and / or transport unit according to the invention is intended be manageable with machines, i.e. for example with lifting devices a truck can be put on or lifted off.
- the insulation elements are preferably subjected to compression on them large surfaces arranged in the film.
- the insulation elements in a first step on their Narrow sides can be arranged side by side before then on both sides of a stack so formed, a pressure plate on the free large surface each of the outer insulation elements acts and compresses the stack.
- the casing is pressed together and compressed stacks of the insulation elements with a shrink film.
- the the stack up to the casing under compression holding pressure plates are then pulled out of the casing, whereupon the Shrink film then shrunk by thermal treatment can be.
- the support body can be directly within the Foil can be arranged. But there is also the possibility of the support body subsequently outside the film with further film strips or a modification to fix. In any case, the overall packaging is stable. and / or transport unit for plate-shaped insulation elements.
- Light insulation elements made of mineral fibers have bulk densities of approx. 22 to 50 kg / m 3 when manufactured from stone fibers and approx. 12 to 35 kg / m 3 when manufactured from glass fibers. These insulation elements are easy to compress even with low forces. However, this also results in a low compressive strength and rigidity of such insulation elements.
- insulation elements are combined into stacks, the result is an unstable and very soft structure.
- the insulation elements can be compressed.
- compressed Insulation elements or packages of compressed insulation elements inherently stiff and do not have the disadvantages described above.
- the disadvantage is that a stack of such insulation elements is not homogeneous can be compressed. Rather, the compression and reaction force works almost exclusively on the outer plates, which are permanently deformed while the interior insulation elements are largely stay uncompressed.
- Such lightweight insulation elements become packaging and / or transport units summarized and wrapped with a film, so they form Packaging and / or transport units no straight-sided side surfaces out.
- a combination of these packaging and / or transport units leads to transport containers due to the slightly convex side surfaces to stability problems of the container.
- Such transport containers serve primarily for transport from the manufacturing plant to a trading company, where the transport containers are mostly parked and the contents in individual packaging and / or transport units is sold. If necessary also the packaging and / or transport units opened and individual Insulation elements offered and sold.
- Support bodies made of unfolded cardboard can be used here or be used from cardboard, which if necessary with stiffening Plastic structures or rigid foam panels as well as composite structures such substances are reinforced. It has proven to be beneficial instead of these materials to use support body made of highly compressed Rock wool, in particular made of rock wool slats, as this does not result in any additional packaging material is obtained that uses an additional recycling process or requires a supplementary disposal route. Beyond that such support body is sufficiently stable to have an appropriate transport container can also be worn over a long period of time.
- the packaging and / or transport units because of the resilience of the compressed insulation elements and lack of dimensional stability of the film on a slightly spherical shape.
- External pressure can reduce this spherical deformation.
- the non-compressed side surfaces thus the narrow sides of the insulation elements overall, however, form a smooth contact surface. It is therefore advantageous to design the transport containers in such a way that the packaging and / or Transport units arranged on top of each other on their narrow sides become.
- the insulation elements to compress the large surfaces of the film under compression it is envisaged that the insulation elements together with the Support bodies can be introduced into the film in one operation.
- the length of the support body corresponds to the width of the compacted Insulating elements.
- the ends of the support bodies are suitable for the material angled.
- the ends of the film forming the jacket are welded, glued, riveted, clamped together and / or sutured.
- a non-positive sleeve in the middle increases strength and the rigidity of the packaging and / or transport unit.
- the compression of the insulation element takes place in this embodiment not by appropriate pressure plates, which are on large surfaces of the external insulation elements, but by negative pressure.
- the insulation elements are surrounded with the covering that Enclosure closed and the air evacuated from the enclosure. Finally the opening for the evacuation of the air is welded so that the Insulation elements are arranged under compression in the casing. With Applying the vacuum will gently compress the entire Insulation elements achieved.
- the films usually used are relatively smooth and have consequently only low coefficients of friction.
- the inner movements the insulation elements are therefore preferred on these sliding surfaces Slides instead.
- the contact surfaces of the foils are provided with double-sided adhesive tapes or impregnated with slow-acting adhesive sprays. Through this inner Bracing can be the thickness and the amount of the covering or the film be significantly reduced.
- tensile Deposits are arranged between the insulation elements or the packaging and / or transport units of a transport container. These tensile inserts can also be used as Cover layers below the film of a packaging and / or transport unit or a transport container can be provided.
- the packaging and / or transport unit is set up on support bodies, whose flanks are angled to suit the material. Between the insulation elements and an intermediate layer is inserted into the support bodies, the area larger than the area of the installed insulation elements is. The area of the intermediate layer protruding beyond the insulation elements are angled upwards to increase the tractive force.
- a comparable intermediate layer is based on the location of the insulation elements placed underneath the casing. In this area, the over areas of the intermediate layer protruding downwards bent.
- an intermediate layer can also be added the insulation elements or neighboring packaging and / or transport units be arranged, in which case the insulation elements protruding areas of the intermediate layer alternately upwards and turned down.
- An alternative embodiment provides that between the insulation elements a tear-resistant film is arranged, the meandering between adjacent Insulation elements runs.
- a Transport containers with the tear-resistant film meandering around the individual Packaging and / or transport units is placed.
- the stability of a transport container or packaging designed in this way and / or transport unit can be sustainably enlarged by that the ends of the meandering foil are non-positively connected be connected and thus a complete covering of the insulation elements or the packaging and / or transport units.
- a packaging and / or transport unit 1 shown in Figure 1 for plate-shaped Insulating elements 2 has several insulating elements 2, which are arranged in two layers 3, the insulation elements 2 of the two Layers 3 are stacked on top of each other.
- Each layer 3 has two rows 4 of Insulating elements 2, the insulating elements 2 of the neighboring ones Rows with their narrow sides 5 are arranged close together.
- each insulation element 2 has two large ones Surfaces 6 and at right angles to the narrow sides 5 and the large surfaces 6 aligned long sides, which are partially dashed in Figure 1 and with the reference number 7 are shown.
- the insulation elements 2 are in the packaging and / or transport unit 1 arranged such that they stand up on their long sides 7, so that the Surfaces 6 of the insulation elements 2 are aligned vertically.
- the rows 4 and layers 3 of the insulation elements 2 are covered with a film 8, wherein the film (8) consists of two film strips 9 and 10, which along Welds 11 are interconnected.
- FIG 2 is a packaging and / or transport unit shown in Figure 1 1 formed with support bodies 12 which are transverse to the longitudinal extension, i.e. in the direction of a row 4 below the lower layer of the insulation elements 2 arranged and via film strips 13 with the packaging and / or Transport unit 1 are connected.
- the support body 12 consist of a material suitable for insulation purposes, for example made of pressure-resistant rock wool.
- the packaging and / or transport unit 1 according to FIG. 1 has insulation elements 2, which are arranged under compression in the film 8.
- film 8 is double-layered to ensure the stability of the packaging and / or to ensure transport unit 1, in particular with regard to the compression with which the insulation elements 2 are arranged in the film 8 are.
- the film strips 13 are double-layered around the insulation elements 2 and the support body 12 out.
- Figure 3 is another embodiment of a packaging and / or Transport unit shown.
- the four units are with one coated another film 8, which the two layers 3 and the four rows 4th and summarizes the two support bodies 12.
- the packaging and / or transport unit 1 according to FIG. 3 a force-fitting band 15 encompassing the insulation elements 2, which between the spaced-apart support bodies 12 performed on the long sides 7 and the surfaces 6 of the insulation elements 2 is.
