Claims (11)
- Kombination aus einer Vorrichtung in Form eines dynamischen Mischers und einer Kartuschenfront, der/die beim Mischen von pastösen Massen Verwendung findet,
wobei die Vorrichtung in Form eines dynamischen Mischers über mindestens zwei Öffnungen verfügt, von denen mindestens eine nicht-kreisförmig ist und die die Ausnützung nahezu der gesamten für die Eintrittsöffnung zur Verfügung stehenden Oberfläche erlauben und zur Verbindung mit mindestens einer Vorrichtung in Form einer Kartuschenfront ausgebildet ist, die über korrespondierende Öffnungen verfügt, und
wobei das Material der Vorrichtung in Form eines dynamischen Mischers entweder einen E-Modul im Bereich von 800 bis 1400 N/mm2 und/oder eine Reißdehnung im Bereich von 200 bis 800% aufweist, und die Reißdehnung des Materials der Vorrichtung in Form einer Kartuschenfront im Bereich von 50 bis 200 % liegt und/oder der E-Modul im Bereich von 2000 bis 3000 N/mm2 liegt,
oder
das Material der Vorrichtung in Form einer Kartuschenfront einen E-Modul im Bereich von 800 bis 1400 N/mm2 und/oder eine Reißdehnung im Bereich von 200 bis 800% aufweist, und die Reißdehnung des Materials der Vorrichtung in Form eines Mischers im Bereich von 50 bis 200 % liegt und/oder der E-Modul im Bereich von 2000 bis 3000 N/mm2 liegt. - Vorrichtung in Form eines dynamischen Mischers mit mindestens zwei Öffnungen, von denen mindestens eine nicht-kreisförmig ist und die die Ausnützung nahezu der gesamten für die Eintrittsöffnung zur Verfügung stehenden Oberfläche erlauben, zur Verwendung in einer Kombination nach Anspruch 1,
wobei das Material des Mischers einen E-Modul im Bereich von 800 bis 1400 N/mm2 oder 2000 bis 3000 N/mm2
und/oder
eine Reißdehnung im Bereich von 200 bis 800% oder 50 bis 200 % aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die mindestens eine nicht-kreisförmige Öffnung nierenförmig, oval oder sichelförmig ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, die eine Öffnung für eine Antriebswelle aufweist, in der sich eine Formnut befindet, die dreieckig, viereckig, fünfeckig, sechseckig, siebeneckig achteckig, stemförmig oder als Hohlritzel ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung in der Form eines dynamischen Mischers nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, umfassend eine Basisplatte (1), in die die nichtkreisförmigen Einlassöffnungen (2, 3) und die Öffnung (4) für die Antriebswelle eingelassen sind und einen in der Basisplatte (1) drehbar gelagerten Rotor (5), an den Mischflügel (6) angebracht sind und eine Formnut (7) zur Aufnahme der Antriebswelle, sowie ein Gehäuse (8) in dem der Rotor (5) läuft.
- Vorrichtung in Form einer Kartuschenfront mit mindestens zwei Auslassöffnungen, von denen mindestens eine nicht-kreisförmig ist, zur Verwendung in einer Kombination nach Anspruch 1,
wobei das Material der Kartuschenfront einen E-Modul im Bereich von 800 bis 1400 N/mm2 oder 2000 bis 3000 N/mm2
und/oder
eine Reißdehnung im Bereich von 200 bis 800% oder 50 bis 200 % aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, wobei faserverstärkte und/oder gefüllte Materialien verwendet werden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Vorrichtung in Form eines dynamischen Mischers nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5 oder einer Kartuschenfront nach Anspruch 6 durch Spritzgießen.
- Verwendung der Kombination nach Anspruch 1 oder der Vorrichtung in Form eines dynamischen Mischers nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5 oder der Vorrichtung in Form einer Kartuschenfront nach Anspruch 6 zum Mischen von hochviskosen, pastösen und/oder dickflüssigen Massen.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 9, wobei es sich bei den zu mischenden Massen um hochviskose Abformmaterialien aus dem Dentalbereich handelt, die aus Schlauchbeuteln, die in geeignete Kartuschen eingeschoben sind, mit elektrisch angetriebenen Stempeln ausgepresst werden oder die aus Kartuschen ausgepresst werden, die direkt mit dem Material befüllt sind, ohne dass ein Schlauchbeutel verwendet wird.
- Verwendung eines Materials mit einem E-Modul im Bereich von größer als 200 N/mm2 und/oder einer Reißdehnung im Bereich von 2 bis 1000% zur Herstellung einer Vorrichtung in Form eines dynamischen Mischers oder einer Kartuschenfront, mit mindestens zwei Öffnungen, von denen eine nicht-kreisförmig ist, wobei die Vorrichtung in Form eines dynamischen Mischers zur Verbindung mit mindestens einer Vorrichtung in Form einer Kartuschenfront ausgebildet ist, die über korrespondierende Öffnungen verfügt.
