Abstract

Ein Strangprofil (1), das vorzugsweise zur Herstellung eines Rahmens oder einer Kante für Möbelteile, wie Türen (2) oder Schubladen dient, ist mit mindestens zwei Stegen versehen, die die seitlichen Flanken einer Nut begrenzen. Um dem Strangprofil ein ansprechendes und ästhetisches Aussehen zu verleihen und um dieses gegen Verschmutzung zu schützen, sind die Stege mit Auflagen oder Halteeinrichtungen für eine die Nut abdeckende Deckleiste versehen.
