Claims (4)
- Anordnung zum Anschließen eines elektrischen Verbrauchers an eine in einem Raum verlegte elektrische Versorgungsleitung (1) mit mindestens zwei isolierten elektrischen Leitern (2,3,4), die parallel zueinander verlaufend und in einer Ebene liegend miteinander verbunden sind, welche ein aus einem Unterteil (9) und einem Oberteil (8) bestehendes Kupplungselement (K) aus Kunststoff aufweist, das an beliebiger Stelle der Versorgungsleitung (1 an derselben festlegbar ist, bei welcher das Unterteil (9) in Montageposition selbsthaltend an der Versorgungsleitung (1) angebracht ist, bei welcher das Oberteil (8) bei montiertem Kupplungselement (K) lösbar aber unverrückbar mit dem Unterteil (9) verbunden ist, bei welcher elektrische Leiter (15) einer mit dem Verbraucher verbundenen elektrischen Anschlußleitung (6) in das Oberteil (8) hineinragen, bei welcher im Kupplungselement (K) durch im Oberteil (8) angebrachte Kontaktteile (16) eine elektrisch leitende Verbindung zwischen jeweils einem Leiter der Versorgungsleitung (1) und einem Leiter der Anschlußleitung (6) hergestellt ist, wobei die Kontaktteile (16) des Kupplungselements (K) unter Durchdringung der Isolierung der Leiter (2,3,4) der Versorgungsleitung (1) diese Leiter kontaktieren, bei welcher die Kontaktteile (16) des Kupplungselements (K) elektrisch leitend mit den Leitern (15) der Anschlußleitung (6) verbunden sind und bei welcher das Oberteil (8) des Kupplungselements (K) ein durch Spritzgießen hergestellter Griffkörper ist, der das Ende der Anschlußleitung (6) und die Verbindungsstellen zwischen den Kontaktteilen (16) und den Leitern (15) derselben feuchtigkeitsdicht umschließt und aus dem die Kontaktteile (16) herausragen, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Leiter (2,3,4) der Versorgungsleitung (1) in einen gemeinsamen Mantel (5) aus Isoliermaterial eingebettet sind, durch welchen die Kontaktteile (16) in Montageposition hindurchragen,daß die Kontaktteile (16) fest mit den abisolierten Leitern (15) der Anschlußleitung (6) verbunden und in einem gemeinsamen Träger (17) aus mechanisch festem Isoliermaterial angebracht sind,daß an einem Ende des Oberteils (8) des Kupplungselements (K) ein von demselben abstehender Vorsprung (21) angebracht ist, der in Montageposition in Vertiefungen (14) des Unterteils (9) eingreift, unddaß das Oberteil (8) in Montageposition im Bereich seines dem Vorsprung (21) abgewandten Endes durch am Unterteil (9) angebrachte, federnd einrastende Elemente (13) mit demselben verbunden ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einer Kontaktfläche des Oberteils (8) des Kupplungselements (K), aus welcher die Kontaktteile (16) herausragen, eine dieselben umschließende, umlaufende Dichtung (23) angebracht ist, die in Montageposition an der Versorgungsleitung (1) anliegt.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtung (23) einstückig mit dem Oberteil (8) des Kupplungselements (K) verbunden ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Oberteil (8) und Dichtung (23) aus einem thermoplastischen Elastomer (TPE) bestehen.
