Abstract

Bei einem Behälter, insbesondere für ein Lebensmittelprodukt, wie Joghurt o. dgl., mit einem zum Öffnen des Behälters abziehbaren Deckel, der zur Verbindung mit dem Behälter an seiner Unterseite mit einer Schicht von Heißsiegellack versehen ist, ist zur Ermöglichung der Anbringung eines Aufdrucks an der Unter- bzw. Innenseite des Deckels vorgesehen, dass auf die Schicht von Heißsiegellack (6) ein heißsiegelfähiger Aufdruck (7) aufgebracht ist. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung richtet sich auf einen Behälter, insbesondere für ein Lebensmittelprodukt, wie Joghurt o. dgl., mit einem zum Öffnen des Behälters abziehbaren Deckels, der an seiner Unterseite mit einer Schicht von Heißsiegellack versehen ist.
Bei derartigen Behältern, z. B. Joghurtbechern, kommt beim Kippen des Behälters, insbesondere bei Transport oder vor der Benutzung, häufig der Behälterinhalt in Kontakt mit der Deckelunterseite, so daß diese Deckelunterseite lebensmittelrechtlich zulässig ausgebildet sein muß. Zum Befestigen des Deckels auf dem oberen Behälterrand ist die Unterseite des Deckels in der Regel vollflächig mit einem Heißsiegellack überzogen, der entsprechend lebensmittelecht ist und lebensmittelrechtlichen Vorschriften gerecht wird.
Wünschenswert wäre es, auf die Innenseite des Deckels Aufdrucke aufzubringen, z. B. in Form von Rezepten, Anwendungshinweisen, Preisausschreiben, Herstellerangebote bzw. -logo o. dgl. Dies scheiterte bisher aber daran, da die üblichen und auf dem entsprechenden Untergrund gegebenenfalls haftenden Druckfarben den lebensmittelrechtlichen Anforderungen nicht genügen.
Zur Lösung dieses Problems ist es aus DE 298 19 066 U1 bekannt, die Oberseite der den Deckel bildenden Folie mit einer Deckfolie aus Aluminium oder Kunststoff zu kaschieren, wobei ein Randbereich unter Ausbildung eines Griffbereiches kaschierkleberfrei ist. Dementsprechend wird zunächst die Deckfolie abgezogen, an deren Unterseite Informationen der in Betracht stehenden Art aufgedruckt sein können, welche mit dem verpackten Lebensmittelprodukt nicht in Kontakt kommen. Erst dann wird der eigentliche Deckel abgezogen. Dies macht zwei gesonderte Abziehvorgänge erforderlich.
Hiervon ausgehend liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Behälter der eingangs genannten Art so auszugestalten, dass die Anbringung eines Aufdrucks an der Unter- bzw. Innenseite des Deckels ermöglicht wird.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass auf die Schicht von Heißsiegellack ein heißsiegelfähiger Aufdruck aufgebracht ist.
Dabei besteht dieser heißsiegelfähige Aufdruck vorzugsweise aus einem Acrylat-Copolymer.
Im Gegensatz zu üblichen Druckfarben ist ein solcher als Aufdruck verwendeter Heißsiegellack lebensmittelrechtlich zulässig und weist überdies den Vorteil auf, dass wenn sich der Aufdruck bis in den Randbereich erstreckt, die Versiegelung im Randbereich beim Verschließen des Behälters durch den Aufdruck nicht beeinträchtigt wird, da der heißsiegelfähige Lack seinerseits an der Versiegelung mitwirkt. Weiterhin kann ein derartiger Aufdruck gleichzeitig auch als eine Art Abstandshalter beim Vereinzeln der Deckel aus dem Stapel fungieren. Letztendlich ist es möglich, den Aufdruck zur Informationsvermittlung zu verwenden, sodass insgesamt ein mehrfacher Nutzen erzielt werden kann.
Vorzugsweise ist der heißsiegelfähige Aufdruck mit organischen Füllstoffen versetzt.
Die Unterseite des Deckels ist günstigerweise glänzend oder halb-matt ausgebildet, wobei sich der Aufdruck hiergegen einfarbig-matt abhebt. Hierdurch wird ein besonders elegantes Erscheinungsbild gewährleistet.
Dies gilt insbesondere dann, wenn die Innenseite des Deckels aus glänzender oder halb-matter Aluminiumfolie besteht und der Heißsiegellack transparent ist, sodass sich der heißsiegelfähige Lack hiergegen matt abhebt. Denkbar ist auch die Verwendung metallisierter Polymerfolien oder von Polymerfolienverbunden.
Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiels in Verbindung mit der Zeichnung näher beschrieben. Diese zeigt einen schematischen Querschnitt durch einen erfindungsgemäßen Behälter.
Ein in der Zeichnung dargestellter Behälter 1 ist mit einem Lebensmittelprodukt wie Joghurt gefüllt. Der Behälter 1 weist einen umlaufenden, nach außen vorstehenden Rand 3 auf.
Die Öffnung 4 des Behälters 1 ist mittels eines Deckels 5 abgedeckt, der an seiner Unterseite mit einer Heißsiegelschicht 6 versehen ist, mittels derer der Deckel 5 gegen die Oberseite des Randes 3 des Behälters 1 versiegelt ist.
Auf die Unter- bzw. Innenseite der Heißsiegelschicht 6 des Deckels 5 ist ein Aufdruck 7 aus einem heißsiegelbaren Material, nämlich einem Acrylat-Copolymer aufgebracht, der sich ohne Beeinträchtigung der Haftfähigkeit des Deckels 5 auch in den Siegelbereich des Randes 3 erstrecken kann.

Claims (5)

  1. Behälter, insbesondere für ein Lebensmittelprodukt, wie Joghurt o. dgl., mit einem zum Öffnen des Behälters abziehbaren Deckel, der zur Verbindung mit dem Behälter an seiner Unterseite mit einer Schicht von Heißsiegellack versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf die Schicht von Heißsiegellack (6) ein heißsiegelfähiger Aufdruck (7) aufgebracht ist.
  2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der heißsiegelfähige Aufdruck (7) aus einem Acrylat-Copolymer ist.
  3. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der heißsiegelfähige Aufdruck (7) mit organischen Füllstoffen versetzt ist.
  4. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterseite des Deckels (5) glänzend oder halb-matt ausgebildet ist und der Aufdruck (7) sich hiergegen einfarbig-matt abhebt.
  5. Behälter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenseite des Deckels (5) aus glänzender oder halb-matter Aluminiumfolie besteht und der Heißsiegellack (6) transparent ist.
