Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'étape a), on applique non seulement un agent tensioactif, qui facilite la pénétration des colorants solubles dans l'eau dans le papier, mais aussi un agent tensioactif, qui réduit la pénétration de colorants solubles dans l'eau dans le papier.
  6. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'étape a), l'application a lieu sur une bande de papier en défilement.
  7. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'étape b), on utilise une solution aqueuse de colorant.
  8. Procédé suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la coloration de l'étape b) est effectuée à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur, de la machine à papier, par application de solution(s) de colorant sur le papier au moyen de procédés et dispositifs d'enduction de papier classiques, comme une presse encolleuse, une presse à film, une racle, une lame, des rouleaux ou par pulvérisation ou par application de manière à couvrir la surface d'une solution de colorant sur le papier à l'aide de méthodes d'impression appropriées comme une impression à jet d'encre, une impression offset, une impression flexographique, une impression en creux, une impression avec des rouleaux feutrés ou en caoutchouc, par aspersion ou par teinture par immersion.
  9. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que, en ce qui concerne l'image ou motif, il s'agit d'une représentation, d'un trait de plume, d'un motif régulier ou irrégulier, d'une structure réticulée ou d'une répartition de couleur non uniforme quelconque.
  10. Papier que l'on peut obtenir suivant un des procédés selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9.
