Claims (26)
- Sicherheitsglasfalzeinlage bzw. Sicherheitsverglasungsklotz (10) zur Abstützung und Halterung von Füllungen (12) in Rahmen (14) von Fenstern oder Türen, mit einem auf einem Glasfalz (15) des Rahmens anbringbaren langen Schenkeln (16) und mindestens einem sich quer dazu erstreckenden kurzen Schenkeln (18), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt des kurzen Schenkels (18) derart ausgebildet ist, daß der kurze Schenkel (18) auf die Höhe eines an der Außenseite des Rahmens (14) angeordneten Überschlags (20) abgestimmt ist und zumindest den zwischen der Außenfläche der Füllung (12) und der dieser gegenüberliegenden Innenfläche des Überschlags (20) befindlichen Raum (20) vollständig ausfüllt.
- Sicherheitsglasfalzeinlage bzw. Sicherheitsverglasungsklotz (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der kurze Schenkel (18) im Übergangsbereich zum langen Schenkel (16) im Querschnitt stärker ausgebildet ist, als an seinem freien Ende.
- Sicherheitsglasfalzeinlage bzw. Sicherheitsverglasungsklotz (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch einen dem kurzen Schenkel (18) entgegengesetzt angeordneten Rastschenkel (24), der fest an die Füllung (12) andrückbar ist.
- Sicherheitsglasfalzeinlage bzw. Sicherheitsverglasungsklotz (10) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rastschenkel (24) mit dem langen Schenkel (16) bewegbar verbunden ist.
- Sicherheitsglasfalzeinlage bzw. Sicherheitsverglasungsklotz (10) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rastschenkel (24) über ein Filmscharnier (26) mit dem langen Schenkel (16) verbunden ist.
- Sicherheitsglasfalzeinlage bzw. Sicherheitsverglasungsklotz (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rastschenkel (24) in im langen Schenkel (16) angeordneten Arretieröffnungnen (28) verrastbar ist.
- Sicherheitsglasfalzeinlage bzw. Sicherheitsverglasungsklotz (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der nach außen weisenden Seite des Rastschenkels (24) eine Nut (30) ausgebildet ist.
- Sicherheitsglasfalzeinlage bzw. Sicherheitsverglasungsklotz (10') nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rastschenkel (24') als Einzelteil in den langen Schenkel (16') einsteckbar oder in dem langen Schenkel (16') verrastbar ist.
- Sicherheitsglasfalzeinlage bzw. Sicherheitsverglasungsklotz (10') nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der lange Schenkel (16') mehrere Arretieröffnungen (28') derart aufweist, daß der Rastschenkel (24') an Füllungen (12) unterschiedlicher Stärke anpaßbar ist.
- Sicherheitsglasfalzeinlage bzw. Sicherheitsverglasungsklotz (10') nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zum langen Schenkel (16') weisende Fläche des Rastschenkels (24') mit in Längsrichtung des langen Schenkels (16') verlaufenden im Querschnitt zackenförmigen ersten Erhebungen (32) versehen ist.
- Sicherheitsglasfalzeinlage bzw. Sicherheitsverglasungsklotz (10') nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der lange Schenkel (16') mit den ersten Erhebungen (32) korrespondierende zweite Erhebungen (34) aufweist.
- Sicherheitsglasfalzeinlage bzw. Sicherheitsverglasungsklotz (10') nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rastschenkel (24') mit den Arretieröffnungen (28') des langen Schenkels (16') korrespondierende Nocken (36) aufweist.
- Sicherheitsglasfalzeinlage bzw. Sicherheitsverglasungsklotz (10;10') nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, gekennzeichnet durch einen oder zwei Ansätze (38), die den kurzen Schenkel (18;18') über eine oder beide Stirnseiten des langen Schenkels (16;16') hinaus verlängern.
- Sicherheitsglasfalzeinlage bzw. Sicherheitsverglasungsklotz (10;10') nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, gekennzeichnet durch einen Kanal (42;42') auf der nach außen bzw. zum Glasfalz (15) weisenden Seite des langen Schenkels (16;16').
- Sicherheitsglasfalzeinlage bzw. Sicherheitsverglasungsklotz (10) zur Abstützung und Halterung von Füllungen (12) in Rahmen (14) von Fenstern oder Türen, mit einem auf einem Glasfalz (15) des Rahmens (14) anbringbaren langen Schenkel (16) und mit einem sich quer dazu erstreckenden kurzen Schenkel (18), der in einem zwischen der Füllung (14) und einem an der Außenseite des Rahmens (14) angeordneten Überschlag (20) befindlichen Raum (22) sich erstrecken kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem dem kurzen Schenkel (18) entgegengesetzten Ende des langen Schenkels (16) ein arretierbarer Rastschenkel (24) angeordnet ist, der fest an die Füllung (12) andrückbar ist.
- Sicherheitsglasfalzeinlage bzw. Sicherheitsverglasungsklotz (10) nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rastschenkel (24) mit dem langen Schenkel (16) bewegbar verbunden ist.
- Sicherheitsglasfalzeinlage bzw. Sicherheitsverglasungsklotz (10) nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rastschenkel (24) über ein Filmscharnier (26) mit dem langen Schenkel (16) verbunden ist.
- Sicherheitsglasfalzeinlage bzw. Sicherheitsverglasungsklotz (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rastschenkel (24) in im langen Schenkel (16) angeordneten Arretieröffnungnen (28) verrastbar ist.
- Sicherheitsglasfalzeinlage bzw. Sicherheitsverglasungsklotz (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der nach außen weisenden Seite des Rastschenkels (24) eine Nut (30) ausgebildet ist.
- Sicherheitsglasfalzeinlage bzw. Sicherheitsverglasungsklotz (10') nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rastschenkel (24') als Einzelteil in den langen Schenkel (16') einsteckbar oder in dem langen Schenkel (16') verrastbar ist.
- Sicherheitsglasfalzeinlage bzw. Sicherheitsverglasungsklotz (10') nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der lange Schenkel (16') mehrere Arretieröffnungen (28') derart aufweist, daß der Rastschenkel (24') an Füllungen (12) unterschiedlicher Stärke anpaßbar ist.
- Sicherheitsglasfalzeinlage bzw. Sicherheitsverglasungsklotz (10') nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zum langen Schenkel (16') weisende Fläche des Rastschenkels (24') mit in Längsrichtung des langen Schenkels (16') verlaufenden im Querschnitt zackenförmigen ersten Erhebungen (32) versehen ist.
- Sicherheitsglasfalzeinlage bzw. Sicherheitsverglasungsklotz (10') nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der lange Schenkel (16') mit den ersten Erhebungen (32) korrespondierende zweite Erhebungen (34) aufweist.
- Sicherheitsglasfalzeinlage bzw. Sicherheitsverglasungsklotz (10') nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 23, gekennzeichnet durch einen oder zwei Ansätze (38), die den kurzen Schenkel (18;18') über eine oder beide Stirnseiten des langen Schenkels (16;16') hinaus verlängern.
- Sicherheitsglasfalzeinlage bzw. Sicherheitsverglasungsklotz (10;10') nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 24, gekennzeichnet durch einen oder zwei Ansätze (38), die den kurzen Schenkel (18;18') über eine oder beide Stirnseiten des langen Schenkels (16;16') hinaus verlängern.
- Sicherheitsglasfalzeinlage bzw. Sicherheitsverglasungsklotz (10;10') nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 25, gekennzeichnet durch einen Kanal (42;42') auf der nach außen bzw. zum Glasfalz (15) weisenden Seite des langen Schenkels (16;16').
