Claims (18)
- Appareillage électrique de sécurité, en particulier du type disjoncteur ou disjoncteur différentiel, constitué par des éléments électromécaniques de déclenchement et de réarmement au moyen d'une serrure et pourvu d'une manette de réarmement (1), cet appareillage présentant une forme générale de boítier renfermant les éléments électromécaniques et sa face avant étant traversée par la manette de réarmement (1), caractérisé en ce que la manette de réarmement (1) est pourvue d'un moyen (2) de signalisation verrouillable en position de déclenchement de l'appareillage.
- Appareillage, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (2) de signalisation verrouillable en position de déclenchement de l'appareillage est constitué par un verrou coulissant (3) guidé en déplacement transversal dans le corps (1') de la manette (1) et pourvu d'un doigt de verrouillage (3') guidé dans un logement (4) d'un palier (1") de la manette (1), ce doigt de verrouillage (3') coopérant en position de verrouillage avec un logement de forme correspondante d'un palier (5) de guidage en rotation de la manette (1).
- Appareillage, suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le verrou coulissant (3) est guidé dans un logement (6) du corps (1') de la manette (1), de longueur supérieure à celle du verrou (3) d'une valeur correspondant au moins à la longueur maximale de sortie du doigt de verrouillage (3') lors du verrouillage, et est maintenu en position dans ce logement (6) par l'intermédiaire de son doigt de verrouillage (3') coopérant avec le logement (4) correspondant du palier (1") et par l'intermédiaire d'une patte d'encliquetage flexible prévue sur son bord opposé à celui portant le doigt de verrouillage (3') et coopérant avec un logement longitudinal correspondant prévu dans la paroi correspondante du logement (6).
- Appareillage, suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le verrou coulissant (3) est pourvu sur ses bords latéraux de chanfreins (7) permettant l'appui du bout plat d'un tournevis entre lesdits chanfreins et les bords correspondants du logement (6) de la manette (1).
- Appareillage, suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le logement (6) est pourvu sur son fond d'un perçage traversant (8) accessible en position de verrouillage du verrou (3) et destiné à la mise en place d'un lien de blocage en position dudit verrou (3).
- Appareillage, suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le verrou (3) est muni sur sa face inférieure d'un renflement d'indexation en position de verrouillage, coopérant dans cette position avec un évidemment de forme correspondante (9) du fond du logement (6).
- Appareillage, suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le logement (6) du verrou (3) est muni à ses deux extrémités de marquages (10) correspondant aux positions de verrouillage et de déverrouillage.
- Appareillage, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (2) de signalisation verrouillable en position de déclenchement de l'appareillage se présente sous forme d'un dispositif rotatif (11), pourvu d'une fente (11") d'actionnement en rotation, guidé dans un logement (12) du corps (1') de la manette et pourvu d'un crochet excentré (11') guidé dans le palier (1") de ladite manette (1), ce crochet excentré débouchant, en position de service, à travers une ouverture (13) dudit palier (1") et coopérant avec un logement correspondant prévu dans le palier de montage de la manette (1) dans le corps de l'appareillage électrique, cedit dispositif rotatif (11) étant maintenu dans la manette par l'intermédiaire d'un capot (14) fixé par déformation élastique sur le corps (1') de la manette et pourvu d'une ouverture (15) de passage de la face supérieure du dispositif rotatif (11).
- Appareillage, suivant la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le capot (14) de fixation et de maintien du dispositif rotatif (11) sur le corps (1') de la manette (1) se présente essentiellement sous forme d'une plaque munie à sa face inférieure, d'une part, à ses extrémités de pattes de montage en forme de crochets destinées à coopérer avec des moyens (16) de forme correspondante du corps (1') de la manette (1) et, d'autre part, parallèlement à ses bords longitudinaux, d'une patte (17) élastiquement déformable destinée à coopérer avec une saillie (18) prévue sur la face correspondante du corps (1') de la manette (1).
- Appareillage, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (2) de signalisation verrouillable en position de déclenchement de l'appareillage est constitué sous forme d'un dispositif rotatif (23) pourvu d'un verrou (23') et guidé avec ce dernier dans le corps (1') de la manette (1) avec maintien dans ledit corps par l'intermédiaire d'un capot (24), le verrou (23') coopérant, en position de service, avec une rainure longitudinale (25) prévue sur l'axe de support de la manette (1), solidaire du corps de l'appareillage.
- Appareillage, suivant la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le verrou (23') est remplacé par un verrou à déplacement linéaire chargé, dans le sens d'une rétraction, par un ressort ou un élément à élasticité de ressort et déplacé en direction d'une rainure ou autre ouverture de l'axe fixe de réception de la manette (1) par l'intermédiaire d'une came prévue sur le dispositif rotatif.
- Appareillage, suivant la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la partie servant au rappel en position du verrou se présente sous forme d'un élément élastiquement déformable s'appuyant contre un élément en saillie latéralement au verrou et solidaire du corps ou du palier de la manette 1.
- Appareillage, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif rotatif (11 ou 23) est pourvu d'un perçage (19 ou 27) destiné à coopérer en position de verrouillage de la manette (1) avec un perçage traversant le fond du logement du corps (1') de la manette (1) pour permettre le passage d'un lien de blocage en position dudit dispositif rotatif (11 ou 23).
- Appareillage, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la face supérieure du capot (14, 24) est pourvue de deux marquages (21 et 22, 28 et 29) correspondant respectivement à une position de verrouillage et à une position de déverrouillage et disposée dans les deux positions respectives en prolongement de la fente d'actionnement (11", 26) du dispositif rotatif (11, 23).
- Appareillage, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (2) de signalisation verrouillable en position de déclenchement se présente sous forme d'une barrette montée simultanément sur plusieurs appareillages juxtaposés sur un même rail de montage, au moins un verrou étant prévu au niveau d'au moins une manette pour coopérer avec un logement correspondant de verrouillage.
- Appareillage, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, 8 à 11 et 15, caractérisé en ce que la face de la manette (1) visible en position de déclenchement de l'appareillage est au moins partiellement pourvue d'un marquage d'une couleur différente de celle du reste de l'appareillage et de la manette.
- Appareillage, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 16, caractérisé en ce que le marquage de couleur différente est prévu sur le moyen (2) de signalisation verrouillable.
- Appareillage, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que la manette 1 est réalisée par moulage simultané avec le moyen de signalisation verrouillable (2) par injection bi-matière, les matériaux constituant les deux éléments présentant une répulsion chimique empêchant leur adhérence après moulage.
