Claims (12)
- Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät mit einem Gerätekorpus (1) und einer Tür (6) zum Verschließen einer Öffnung des Gerätekorpus (1), wobei eine Schwenklagerung (33) vorgesehen ist, die die Tür (6) relativ zum Gerätekorpus (1) um eine Schwenkachse (5) schwenkbar lagert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tür (6) relativ zur Schwenkachse (5) und/oder die Schwenkachse (5) relativ zum Gerätekorpus (1) in Richtung senkrecht zur Schwenkachse beweglich gelagert ist.
- Gerät nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei eine Bewegungs-Steuervorrichtung (17, 21) vorgesehen ist, die beim Öffnen bzw. Schließen der Tür (6) die Bewegung der Tür quer zur Schwenkachse (5) und/oder der Schwenkachse (5) relativ zum Gerätekorpus (1) steuert, insbesondere derart ausgebildet ist, dass die Tür (6) gegen Ende eines Zuschwenkens bzw. zu Anfang eines Aufschwenkens im wesentlichen senkrecht zum Gerätekorpus hin bzw. vom Gerätekorpus weg bewegt wird.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei zwischen dem Gerätekorpus (1) und der Tür (6) eine Nockenvorrichtung (17, 21) vorgesehen ist, die in Abhängigkeit der Schwenkstellung der Tür (6) deren Abstand vom Gerätekorpus (1) im Bereich der Schwenkachse (5) vorgibt, insbesondere einen Nocken (17) aufweist, der mit einem ersten Kurvenabschnitt (19), der in der vollständig geschlossenen Schwenkstellung der Tür eine zum Gerätekorpus (1) nahe Stellung der Tür (6) erlaubt, und mit einem zweiten, an den ersten anschließenden Kurvenabschnitt (20) versehen ist, der eine vom Gerätekorpus weggerückte, ferne Stellung der Tür (6) bewirkt.
- Gerät nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen 3 und 4, wobei eine Vorspannvorrichtung (12, 25, 32), insbesondere Federvorrichtung, zur Vorspannung der Tür (6) relativ zur Schwenkachse (5) bzw. der Schwenkachse (5) relativ zum Gerätekorpus (1) in Richtung senkrecht zur Schwenkachse (5) vorgesehen ist, insbesondere derart bemessen ist, dass eine Vorspannkraft größer als zwischen Tür und Gerätekorpus wirkende Dichtungskräfte ist.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Nockenvorrichtung (17, 21) und die Vorspannvorrichtung (11, 25, 32) eine selbsttätige Schließvorrichtung bilden, die im Endbereich der Schwenkbewegung der Tür (6) ein selbsttätiges Schließen der Tür bewirkt.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Schwenkachse (5), die insbesondere von zwei koaxial ausgerichteten Scharnierbolzen (10) gebildet ist, starr am Gerätekorpus (1) befestigt ist und die Gerätetür (6) translatorisch zur Schwenkachse (5) mittels einer an der Tür (6) vorgesehenen Schwenkachsenführung beweglich geführt ist, wobei die Tür insbesondere langlochartige Lagerausnehmungen (15) besitzt, in denen die Schwenkachse (5) geführt ist.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei Türhalter (11, 22, 27) drehbar auf der Schwenkachse (5) sitzen, an der Tür befestigt sind und federnde, auf der Schwenkachse sitzende Türhalterabschnitte aufweisen, die mittels einer Feder relativ zu der Tür (6) in Richtung zu der dem Gerätekorpus (1) abgewandten Türseite vorgespannt sind.
- Gerät nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Türhalter (11, 22, 27) und die Nockeneinrichtung (17) eine Montageeinheit bilden.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jeweils ein Nocken (17) mit einer zum Gerätekorpus (1) hin gewandten Steuerkurvenfläche (18) starr an der Tür (6) befestigt ist und eine Führung (26, 29) für einen Türhalterabschnitt aufweist, in dem der jeweilige auf der Schwenkachse (5) sitzende Türhalterabschnitt senkrecht zur Vorder- und Rückseite der Tür (6) verschieblich geführt ist, wobei vorzugsweise der Nocken (17) ferner eine Federausnehmung (26, 31) zur Aufnahme einer den Türhalterabschnitt vorspannenden Feder (25, 32) aufweist.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Nocken (17) mit einer zum Gerätekorpus (1) hin gewandten Kurvensteuerfläche (18) starr an der Tür (6) befestigt ist und mit dem auf der Schwenkachse sitzenden Türhalter (11) integral einstückig ausgebildet ist, wobei zwischen der Kurvensteuerfläche (18) und dem Türhalterabschnitt (12) ein Federabschnitt vorgesehen ist, wobei insbesondere die Kurvensteuerfläche (18) und der Türhalterabschnitt (12) eine insgesamt etwa U-förmige Kontur definieren.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei am Gerätekorpus (1) vorspringende Scharnierbleche (9) starr befestigt sind, an denen jeweils ein Scharnierbolzen (10) sowie ein Widerlager, insbesondere ein zum Scharnierbolzen paralleler Widerlagerbolzen (21), starr befestigt sind, an dem sich eine türseitig vorgesehene Nocken-Gleitfläche (18) abstützt.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein Kunststoffnocken (17) vorgesehen ist.
