Definitions
- the invention relates to a finished packaging for receiving a tapable, drinkable liquid, preferably for picking up beer.
- Drinkable liquids are regularly canned or Bottles sold. If it is a disposable liquid, for example alcoholic or non-alcoholic Beer, a liquid is also sold in barrels. For restaurants there are regularly barrels with a large volume used. Find for home use barrel-like pre-packaging use, for example take up a liquid volume of 5 liters can.
- barrels are regularly made of sheet metal.
- the absorbed liquid has a slight overpressure excited by bringing in for example Carbon dioxide is formed in the finished packaging. Due to the overpressure, beer is from the inside of the pre-packaging zapfbar. The slight overpressure builds up relatively quickly before all liquid from the Barrel was tapped. Subsequently, the liquid runs due to gravity out of the barrel.
- the invention has for its object a finished packaging to show the genus mentioned at the beginning, which is reusable and which is the tenon of it contained liquid relieved.
- the finished packaging according to the invention is not made of one Made of sheet metal, but from plastic.
- plastic is a robust material that on the one hand has a long Has service life and therefore multiple use of Pre-packaging enables.
- plastic stands out Plastic also characterized by a high pressure resistance, so that a completely made of plastic Finished packaging can absorb a high internal pressure.
- the wall made of plastic Finished packaging has a wall thickness of about 5 to 9 mm having.
- the wall therefore has a relatively strong one Thickness that withstands a high internal pressure load.
- the finished packaging according to the invention is reusable.
- a liquid filled in the finished packaging according to the invention with a higher Pressure is applied so that the tenon of this Liquid is easier for the user.
- the connecting element having a valve for sealing of the packaging interior against the environment is.
- the connecting element is used for connection for example a filling line or for connection a dispenser to get out with this device Take liquid out of the inside of the pre-packaging. Filling the finished packaging or removing it of liquid from the same is optional, the Packaging not filled or no liquid removed, the connecting element is against by a valve the area around the finished packaging is sealed liquid-tight.
- the connection element is, for example, cylindrical Socket formed in the wall is used. A free end of the socket ends in Pre-pack interior, the other end ends outside the finished packaging.
- the valve has a closure means that from the inside against the inner Opening edge of the socket is guided.
- the closure means lies against the inner opening edge of the socket and closes it. So that the closure also Pressure is guaranteed inside the finished packaging is, the closure means is preferably spring-loaded.
- the closure means is, for example Spiral compression spring assigned to the closure means acts, with the spiral compression spring on one with the wall in a fixed assignment counter bearing is supported.
- the closure means is preferably at least one sealant associated with the closure system and the opening edge of the socket between each other these components is arranged.
- the sealant is preferably a sealing ring.
- the closure means two Has projections, with a projection in the socket protrudes and with the spiral compression spring on the other projection is attached.
- the spiral compression spring can be put on a projection of the closure means, thereby ensuring that it is free from the closure means can't slide off.
- On the in the socket protruding projection can exert a force from the outside be, whereby the projection and with it the closure means be moved into the inside of the pre-packaging. This allows the sealing of the socket by the closure means be picked up and either liquid and a positive pressure gas into the interior of the Finished packaging are introduced or liquid out of the finished packaging.
- the finished packaging according to the invention is barrel-shaped and that in the barrel bottom and in the barrel lid one each Socket is arranged.
- the barrel shape is a shape trained who optimally withstand high internal pressure can.
- the socket arranged in the barrel bottom preferably has External thread on which a tap is liquid-tight can be screwed on, the tap with the projection of the closing means in the closing direction of the interior of the pre-packaging in a leading manner is feasible.
- the tap can on the bottom of the barrel arranged socket are screwed on. Doing so liquid-conducting connection between the tap and manufactured inside the pre-packaging, because by the Tap is on the protruding into the socket Projection of the closure means acted.
- the closure means is achieved by continuously unscrewing the Tap on the socket inside the finished packaging performed, which forms a gap through the liquid from the inside of the pre-packaging into the Tap can enter.
- a next development of the invention provides that with the socket arranged in the barrel lid an automatic Ventilation valve is in operative connection.
- the ventilation valve is closed as long as inside the finished packaging overpressure due to the preload is available.
- the overpressure causes liquid to flow out the inside of the finished packaging via the tap to the outside is driven so that liquid can be tapped.
- the ventilation valve automatically releases a gas-conducting connection between the inside of the pre-packaging and the environment freely. This sharing takes place due to the automatic operation of the ventilation valve automatically and immediately when a Depressurization inside the finished packaging.
- An active one Intervention by users of the pre-packaging is not necessary so that it is advantageously ensured that the Beer, in particular, contained in the finished packaging not withdrawn from carbonic acid due to negative pressure becomes. It is therefore advantageous to tip the beer over prevented.
- the finished packaging in Fig. 1 consists of a barrel top 1 and a barrel lower part 2. After assembling Both parts 1, 2 are finished with created a barrel-like training, the walls are made entirely of plastic.
- connection element In the barrel lid 3 of the barrel top 1 and 4 in the barrel bottom Lower barrel part 2 is arranged a connection element.
- Each connection element is a socket 5 or 6 educated.
- the approximately cylindrical socket 5 has at its Barrel cover 3 facing end of a flange 7 with an undercut 8 in the barrel cover 3 in a form-fitting manner holding system can be brought.
- the socket 6 also has such a circumferential flange 7, which with a Undercut 8 in the barrel bottom 4 also in holding positive connection occurs.
- connection elements given the assembled finished packaging.
- the Bushings 5, 6 is liquid inside the finished packaging insertable and extractable from it.
- a biasing gas for example, can also be provided via the bushings 5, 6 Carbon dioxide, inside the pre-packaging be initiated.
- a valve is assigned to each connection element located on the inside of the socket 5, 6. Every valve has a closure means 9.
- the closure means 9 is designed as a plate-like disc 10, on the Plate sides each have a projection 11, 12 is arranged.
- the disc 10 is on the inside of the socket 5, 6th applied. It then lies on a section of the cover 3 or the bottom 4, which is assigned to the socket 5, 6.
- a sealing ring 13 is provided in each case.
- the lead 12 stands when the disc 10 is in contact with the cover 3 or the floor 4 in the socket 5, 6 before.
- the counter bearing 15 is designed as a profile part that with from the lid 3 or from the bottom 4 into the interior of the Pre-packed protruding profiles 17 in holding Plant can be brought.
- the valve assigned to socket 5 or socket 6 is by moving the closure means 9 inside to open the pre-packaging.
- the socket 6 in the barrel bottom 4 has an external thread. On this external thread is that shown in Fig. 2 Tap device can be screwed on with a pipe section 16.
