Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a shutter device of one end of a tunnel box for roller shutter, which shutter is intended to be rotated by an electric motor, a shutter device including a cheek substantially parallel to said end.
  • Tunneling systems are usually intended to be integrated into course of construction to the masonry of a building, above embrasures of window or door.
  • Each tunnel box usually consists of a shell molded having a tunnel-shaped recess, a lower part of which is open to accommodate the rolling shutter consisting essentially of an apron rolled on a rolling shutter axis whose respective extremes to the cheeks.
  • the axis of the shutter can be coupled to an electric motor shaft, for allow a user of the system to effortlessly carry out a winding or rolling shutter unwinding, by controlling the motor energy supply electric.
  • connections must be made by an installer between the engine and a source external power supply to the tunnel box. These connections are made in precarious ergonomic conditions for the installer, the tunnel box then being
  • Document DE-A-34 15 551 also discloses a rolling shutter system for pivoting windows.
  • the system includes a box for rolling shutter whose ends are closed by cheeks and against the inner faces of which are fixed sleeves to hold the ends of a rolling shutter operating shaft.
  • An electric motor is mounted in one of the sleeves for the drive in rotation of the maneuvering axis.
  • the electric motor is equipped with an electrical connection cable that runs through the sleeve and the corresponding cheek and at the free end of which is connected, through a control box, a cable of main connection to a source of electrical power. placed above an embrasure, which makes it difficult to access connection to the electric motor that would be inside the tunnel box.
  • the cheek included in a shutter device has at least one housing adapted to receive a terminal block intended to provide a electrical connection between connecting cables to the internal electric motor to the tunnel box, on the one hand, and connection cables to a power supply external to the tunnel box, on the other hand.
  • Such a shutter device will prevent the installer from having to search in the tunnel box, during installation, the connection cables to the motor these are in practice already connected to an easily accessible terminal block to the installer, because arranged at the level of the cheek and therefore on a side face of the tunnel box.
  • Such a provision considerably limits the risk of wiring errors installing.
  • the terminal block being placed within a cheek itself, and so somehow drowned in the mass of the shutter device, it will be easier to make it disappear during the final stages of the installation, during which all electrical connections must be concealed.
  • a shutter device as described above further includes a cover, intended to be fixed on one side internal cheek and vis-à-vis with the housing.
  • Such a cover makes it possible to ensure a seal between the housing of the terminal block and inside the tunnel box.
  • the cheeks will be cemented into the side walls of the embrasure, the lid prevent any spread of cement from the outside to the inside of the tunnel box through housing.
  • the lid is screwed into two studs provided diagonally in the housing.
  • the cheek comprises two housings arranged on both sides of an axis of symmetry of the cheek.
  • This variant allows the installer to choose the side of the tunnel box where the electric motor must be placed, the terminal block allowing the connection of the motor to the external power supply can be placed on either side of the axis of symmetry of the cheek, which allows in fact to use the same cheek model for make a connection of the motor indifferently to one side or the other of the tunnel box, and thus simplifies the logistics of system installation.
  • the cheek will be obtained by molding, and will comprise on an inner face two breakable walls delimiting the housing able to receive the terminal block.
  • each separable wall is disposed in a circular inner wall tube having at least one notch for inserting and retaining a sheath for enclosing connection cables to an external power source. tunnel box. The sheath being held in place then facilitates the insertion of the connection cables to the external power supply.

  • the lid comprises a notch to compress the groove of the flange after fitting the lid on the housing so as to pinch said grommet to seal the outlet of the connecting cables.
  • the lid is provided with a rim comprising a groove for receiving a seal capable of reaching a level of tightness required between the interior of the housing and the inside of the tunnel box.
  • the shutter device further includes a bracket guide intended to be fixed on an inner face of the cheek and to enclose the cables connection to the electric motor.
  • Such a guiding guide facilitates the installation of the tunnel trunk system in that meaning that the connecting cables of the electric motor are collected in form of a strand, which will prevent them from clinging and being cut into parts protruding motion of the system, for example by the ends of the blades of the apron during its winding or during its unwinding.
  • This guide sheath preferably has a symmetrical structure
  • the terminal block comprises a plurality of connectors, each connector having two guide holes intended to accommodate stripped ends of cables between which the connector ensures an electrical connection.
  • each connector is provided with pinch blades, associated with the guide holes, for maintain the cables in position by pinching the stripped ends, and in that, each connector is further provided with two control orifices, each associated with a guiding orifice and allowing the passage of an object intended to exert pressure on the pinch blade associated with the guide hole to release a cable inserted into said hole.
  • a device shutter as described above further includes at least one removable clip adapted to to be attached to a connector so that an end of said clamp is then positioned in the control port and exerts pressure on the pinch.
  • the removable clip when attached to a connector, allows the installer to have his hands free to carry out the wiring of the connector, which further reduces the risk of wiring errors.
  • each connector has a fixing means for fixing it against the inner face of the lid.
  • An interesting fixing means and type by clipping consists of a finger shouldered adapted to be retained by a hook of the cover.
  • the connectors are made in the form of separate elements, each of which can be associated laterally with a other.
  • Such a mode of implementation allows the installer to build himself a terminal block adapted to the type of motor included in the system, by adding or removing connectors according to, for example, that the motor is of three-phase type or phase.
  • each connector will be advantageously coated with a specific color and different from that of the others connectors.
  • Connectors will preferably be assigned colors similar to those standardized, cables between which they must establish electrical connections, for example a green color for a ground wire or red for a phase.
  • the cheek In order to allow remote control of the system, it will also be possible to plan to provide the cheek with another housing intended to accommodate a electromagnetic signals, arranged between the electric motor and the terminal block, which receiver is intended to manage, based on the received electromagnetic signals, the power supply of the engine.
  • the invention also relates, as an essential means for its implementation a terminal block intended to be used in a shutter device as described previously.
