Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zur Vortrocknung und/oder zur Trocknung einer Lademenge von Objekten, beispielsweise einer Lademenge von Holzstücken, von dem Typ mit einer Trockenkammer (3), in die die Lademenge der zu trocknenden Objekte eingefügt wird, mit einem technischen Modul (5), das wenigstens Mittel zur Luft- oder Windtrocknung sowie wenigstens einen Luftaufnahmeeinlass (6) und wenigstens einen Trocknungsluftauslass (7) aufweist, wobei das technische Modul (5) und die Trockenkammer (3) in demselben Gehäuse (2) angeordnet sind, das über einen mit dem Auslass (7) des technischen Moduls verbundenen Luftgebläsekanal (11) verfügt, der teilweise aufweitbar und verformbar ist, so dass er sich unter Einwirkung des Luftdrucks (21) aus dem technischen Modul an die Struktur einer Oberfläche der Lademenge anpasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal teilweise steif ist, um die aus einer Anzahl von Öffnungen austretende Luft in Richtung einer der Wände des Gehäuses zu leiten, die als Luftumlenkung verwendet werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lufteinlass oder die Lufteinlässe (6) unten und seitlich an dem technischen Modul (5), dass der Luftauslass oder die Luftauslässe (7) auf der Oberseite des Moduls angeordnet sind und dass der verformbare Kanal sich horizontal und in Längsrichtung oberhalb der Lademenge erstreckt, so dass er Druck und eine Abdichtwirkung auf die Oberseite (14) der Lademenge ausübt, während die senkrechten Wände (13) und (13') des Gehäuses als Luftumlenkung wirken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der verformbare Kanal (11)o eine Seite aus einem steifen Material (15), die über eine Anzahl von Öffnungen (12) verfügt und an der Unterseite des Gehäusedachs durch einen ihrer Ränder (17) befestigt sowie in einem vorbestimmten Winkel α mit Bezug auf das Dach (16) geneigt ist, undo eine flexible Wand (20) aufweist, die zum einen an dem anderen Rand (18) der steifen Wand und zum anderen an der Unterseite des Dachs sowie in einem vorbestimmten Abstand (19) zu dem Rand (17) der steifen Seite befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rand (17) drehbar mit einer Rückfederung angebracht ist, so dass die steife Seite während der Beschickung eingezogen werden und automatisch in seine geneigte Stellung α zurückkehren kann, in der die flexible Wand sich an die Lademenge andrückt, um eine Abdichtung zu erreichen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass α zwischen 40° und 60° liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das technische Modul wenigstens eine thermodynamische Einheit mit einem Dehydrator und wenigstens eine Turbine mit laminarer Strömung aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dehydrator des technischen Moduls einen Kältekompressor, einen Austauscher von dem Typ eines Verdampfers von oxidationsfreien Materialien und eine verringerte Austauschoberfläche aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dehydrator mit einem zweiten Austauscher zum Unterkühlen von Kältemittelgasen ausgestattet ist, was es gestattet, die durch den Kompressor bei der Rückführung abgegebene Energie wiederzugewinnen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse mit Metallbewehrungen und stabilisierenden Stützen auf einer Plattform gehalten werden kann.
