Abstract

2.1. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Flachrohranschlussstruktur mit einem Anschlussraumbauteil (14) und mindestens zwei darin mit einander flachseitig benachbarten Endabschnitten (2a, 2b) mündenden Flachrohrteilen (10, 11) für einen Wärmeübertrager.
2.2. Erfindungsgemäß wird dazu ein Flachrohr mit wenigstens einem Bogen bereitgestellt, über dessen Außenradius hinweg quer eine Sollrisslinie eingebracht wird. In einem anschließenden Umformvorgang wird der Bogen zusammengedrückt, wodurch das Flachrohr am Bogenaußenradius aufreist. Auf den zusammengedrückten und aufgerissenen Bogen wird das Anschlussraumbauteil fluiddicht aufgebracht.
2.3. Verwendung z.B. bei der Fertigung von Verdampfern in Flachrohr-Serpentinenbauweise für CO2-Fahrzeugklimaanlagen.
