Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Chrom-Stahllegierung mit 10,5 bis 20% Chrom, 0,2 bis 9% Nickel, 0,1 bis 3% Mangan, 0,1 bis 1,5% Silizium, 0,01 bis 2,0% Molybdän, 0,05 bis 0,45% Kohlenstoff, 0,02 bis 0,15% Stickstoff, 0,3 bis 0,8% Kupfer, 0,002 bis 0,05% Aluminium, 0,003 bis 0,1% Titan, 0,003 bis 0,1% Vanadium, 0,001 bis 0,05% Niob, 0,01 bis 0,2% (Titan + Vanadium + Niob) und bis 0,006% Bor, Rest Eisen, die sich insbesondere durch eine hohe Oberflächengüte sowie hohe Festigkeit und Härte auszeichnet. Aufgrund ihrer hervorragenden Planheit und ihres günstigen Schwingverhaltens eignet sich die Stahllegierung insbesondere zum Herstellen von Stanzteilen wie Rietlamellen, Federblätter und Membranen.
