Claims (4)
- Drehrost für die Verbrennung von stückigem Brennstoff, insbesondere von Holzabfällen, bestehend aus einer drehbar gelagerten Trägerplatte und einer Vielzahl daran befestigter Tragarme, deren an der Trägerplatte befestigte Fußpunkte auf einem Kreis angeordnet sind und die von der Trägerplatte ausgehend sich axial und zugleich radial erstrecken, und mehreren im gegenseitigen Abstand angeordneten Ringen, die konzentrisch zur Drehachse der Trägerplatte angeordnet sind und die Tragarme miteinander verbinden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragarme aus austenitischem Stahl und die Ringe aus ferritischem Stahl bestehen und die Tragplatte auf ihrer den Tragarmen zugewandten Seite mit einer Wärmeisolierschicht versehen ist, die derart dimensioniert ist, daß eine Wärmedehnung der Tragplatte ermöglicht wird, die eine Differenz zwischen der radialen Wärmedehnung der Tragarme und der radialen Wärmedehnung der Ringe ausgleicht.
- Drehrost nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragplatte aus austenitischem Stahl besteht.
- Drehrost nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wärmeisolierschicht aus einer SiC-Stampfmasse der Werkstoffnummer 85 nach DIN besteht.
- Drehrost nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragarme aus austenitischem Gußstahl der Werkstoffnummer 1.4832 nach DIN, die Ringe aus ferritischem Stahl der Werkstoffnummer 1.4742 nach DIN und die Tragplatte aus austenitischem Stahl der Werkstoffnummer 1.4828 nach DIN bestehen.
