Claims (12)

  1. Abgabevorrichtung für ein fluidförmiges Produkt, die einen Körper (1), eine Behältereinheit (3) mit einem Behälter, der eine Dosis oder zwei Halbdosen des Produktes enthält, ein Abgabeorgan wie z. B. einen Kolben (8), der im Behälter (3) axial zwischen einer Ruhelage und einer Abgabestellung verschiebbar ist, und ein Betätigungselement (5) umfasst, das zwischen einer Ruhelage und einer Betätigungslage verschiebbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungselement (5) seitlich angeordnet ist und einen Endteil umfasst, der mit einer Nockenoberfläche (6) versehen ist, die mit dem Abgabeorgan (8) oder der Behältereinheit (3) zusammenwirkt, wobei die Verschiebung des Betätigungselementes in einer Richtung erfolgt, die von der axialen Verschiebungsrichtung des Abgabeorgans (8) bezüglich des Behälters verschieden und insbesondere zu dieser Richtung ungefähr senkrecht ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der das seitliche Betätigungselement (5) in gleitender Weise im Körper (1) montiert ist und sich translatorisch verschiebt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der das seitliche Betätigungselement (5) an dem Körper (1) schwenkbar montiert ist und sich um eine Schwenkachse (20) verschwenkt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Behälter eine einzige Dosis des Produktes enthält, wobei das Abgabeorgan (8) oder die Behältereinheit (3) wenigstens einen Vorsprung (7) umfasst, der mit der Nockenoberfläche (6) des Betätigungselementes (5) zusammenwirkt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei der der Behälter (3) zwei Halbdosen des Produktes enthält und die Vorrichtung Einrichtungen zum Aufteilen der Dosis umfasst.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, bei der das Betätigungselement (5) elastische Rückholeinrichtungen umfasst, die es nach dem Ausstossen der ersten Halbdosis in seine Ruhelage zurückbewegen, und bei der die Einrichtungen zum Aufteilen der Dosen so ausgebildet sind, dass die zweite Halbdosis ausgestossen wird, wenn das Betätigungselement (5) erneut zu seiner Betätigungsstellung hin verschoben wird.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, bei der das Abgabeorgan (8) oder die Behältereinheit (3) wenigstens zwei Vorsprünge (7, 12) umfasst, die axial versetzt sind, nämlich wenigstens einen ersten Vorsprung (7), der mit der Nockenoberfläche (6) zusammenwirkt, um die erste Halbdosis auszustoßen, und wenigstens einen zweiten Vorsprung (12), der mit der Nockenoberfläche (6) zusammenwirkt, um die zweite Halbdosis auszustoßen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, bei der der wenigstens eine zweite Vorsprung (12) an einem elastischen Arm (13) vorgesehen ist, der fest mit dem Abgabeorgän (8) oder der Behältereinheit (3) verbunden ist, wobei sich der Arm (13) spreizt, wenn das Betätigungselement (5) mit dem wenigstens einen ersten Vorsprung (7) zusammenwirkt, um die erste Halbdosis auszustossen, und elastisch zu seiner Anfangsposition zurückkehrt, wenn das Betätigungselement (5) nach dem Ausstoßen der ersten Halbdosis durch die elastischen Rückholeinrichtungen in seine Ruhelage zurückbewegt wird, so dass der wenigstens eine zweite Vorsprung (12) mit der Nockenoberfläche (6) des Betätigungselemehtes (5) zusammenwirkt, wenn dieses erneut zu seiner Betätigungsstellung hin verschoben wird, um die zweite Halbdosis auszustoßen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Nockenoberfläche (6) des Betätigungselementes (5) eine geneigte Ebene ist, die eine ungefähr radiale Verschiebung des Betätigungselementes (5) in eine axiale Verschiebung des Abgabeorgans (8) oder der Behältereinheit (3) transformiert.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei der das Betätigungselement (5) mit dem Körper (1) einstückig ausgebildet ist, wobei eine Brücke aus flexiblem Material (20) die Schwenkachse bildet.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Behältereinheit (3) bezüglich des Körpers (1) fest angeordnet ist und das Betätigungselement (5) mit dem Abgabeorgan (8) zusammenwirkt.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, bei der das Abgabeorgan (8) bezüglich des Körpers (1) fest angeordnet ist und das Betätigungselement (5) mit der Behältereinheit (3) zusammenarbeitet.
