Claims (35)
- Datenträger (1), wie Banknote, Ausweiskarte oder dergleichen, mit einem Sicherheitselement (2), das zumindest visuell prüfbar ist und in wenigstens einem Teilbereich eine Prägung aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Prägung eine im nicht farbführenden Stichtiefdruck ausgeführte Halbtonblindprägung (3) ist.
- Datenträger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halbtonblindprägung (3) alphanumerische Zeichen, graphische Elemente oder Halbtonbilder, vorzugsweise ein Portrait darstellt.
- Datenträger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich zur Halbtonblindprägung (3) passergenau wenigstens ein im Stichtiefdruck ausgeführter farbiger Bereich (5) vorliegt und die Halbtonblindprägung (3) und der farbige Bereich (5) voneinander beabstandet sind.
- Datenträger nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen Halbtonblindprägung (3) und dem / den farbigen Bereich/en mindestens 1 mm, bevorzugt 3 mm beträgt.
- Datenträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halbtonblindprägung (7) und der farbige Bereich (5). direkt aneinander grenzen.
- Datenträger nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an die farbigen Bereiche (5) angrenzende Halbtonblindprägung (7) zumindest teilweise als Aussparung (9) in die farbigen Bereiche (5) fortgeführt wird.
- Datenträger nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halbtonblindprägung (3) zum farbigen Bereich (5) mittig angeordnet ist.
- Datenträger nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der farbige Bereich (5) als Umrandung der Halbtonblindprägung (3) ausgeführt ist.
- Datenträger nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der farbige Bereich Guillochen darstellt.
- Datenträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halbtonblindprägung (3) vollständig auf einem nicht im Stichtiefdruckverfahren ausgeführten Untergrundaufdruck (4) aufgebracht ist.
- Datenträger nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Untergrundaufdruck (4) wenigstens in einem Teilbereich mit dem farbigen Bereich (5) überlappt
- Datenträger nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Untergrundaufdruck (4) mittels Siebdruck, Offsetdruck oder indirektem Hochdruck aufgedruckt ist.
- Datenträger nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Untergrundaufdruck (4) eine Effektschicht ist.
- Datenträger nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Effektschicht aus Metall, einer metallischen Farbe oder einer Interferenzschichtpigmente enthaltenden Farbe besteht.
- Datenträger nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Effektschicht bronze-, gold- oder silberfarben ist.
- Datenträger nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Untergrundaufdruck (4) und der farbige Bereich (5) farblich aufeinander abgestimmt sind, vorzugsweise den gleichen Farbton aufweisen.
- Datenträger nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der farbige Bereich (5) einen inneren Bereich hoher Flächendeckung und einen inneren und/ oder äußeren Bereich geringerer Flächendeckung aufweist und der Bereich mit der hohen Flächendeckung über dem Rand des Untergrundaufdruckes (4) angeordnet ist.
- Datenträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Motiv der Halbtonblindprägung (3) auf dem Datenträger mehrmals und in unterschiedlichen Techniken vorgesehen ist.
- Datenträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich zur Halbtonblindprägung (3) ein Wasserzeichen (14) und ein weiteres gedrucktes Zusatzelement vorhanden sind, wobei das Wasserzeichen (14), das Zusatzelement und die Halbtonblindprägung (3) das gleiche Motiv aufweisen.
- Datenträger nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zusatzelement (13) mittels Stichtiefdrucktechnik gedruckt ist.
- Datenträger nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halbtonblindprägung (3) Teilbereiche mit unterschiedlicher Rauigkeit aufweist, die eine visuell unterscheidbare Lichtreflexion bewirken.
- Datenträger nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halbtonblindprägung zumindest in Teilbereichen Substrukturen überlagert sind, die deren visuelle Erscheinung beeinflussen und die in einzelnen Teilbereichen eine unterschiedliche Orientierung aufweisen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Datenträgers mit einem Sicherheitselement, umfassend folgende Schritte,a) Bereitstellen eines Datenträgermaterials,b) Herstellen einer Stichtiefdruckplatte, wobei in die Druckplattenoberfläche ein dreidimensionales Relief graviert wird undc) Blindprägen des Datenträgermaterials mit der in Schritt b) hergestellten Stichtiefdruckplatte.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das dreidimensionale Relief alphanumerische Zeichen, graphische Elemente oder Halbtonbilder, vorzugsweise ein Portrait darstellt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 23 oder 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schritt b) zusätzlich zum dreidimensionalen Relief wenigstens ein weiterer Stichbereich in die Druckplattenoberfläche graviert wird, wobei dieser passergenau zum dreidimensionalen Relief angeordnet und mit Druckfarbe gefüllt wird, und dass anschließend in Schritt c) gleichzeitig mit der Halbtonblindprägung die Druckfarbe aus dem weiteren Stichbereich auf das Datenträgermaterial übertragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halbtonblindprägung zum farbführenden Stichbereich mittig angeordnet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 25 oder 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die farbigen Bereiche als eine Umrandung der Blindprägung ausgeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 26 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die farbigen Bereiche Guillochen darstellen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach Schritt a) auf das Datenträgermaterial ein nicht im Stichtiefdruckverfahren ausgeführter Untergrundaufdruck aufgebracht wird und in Schritt c) die Blindprägung vollständig im Bereich des Untergrundaufdruckes aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Untergrundaufdruck mittels Siebdruck, indirektem Hochdruck oder Offsetdruck aufgedruckt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 29 oder 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die farbigen Bereiche den Untergrundaufdruck wenigstens in einem Teilbereich überlappen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 29 bis 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der farbige Bereich so ausgeführt wird, dass er einen zentralen Bereich mit hoher Fächendeckung und einen inneren und/ oder äußeren Bereich geringerer Flächendeckung aufweist, und der Bereich mit der hohen Flächendeckung über dem Rand des Untergrundaufdruckes angeordnet wird.
- Stichtiefdruckplatte zur Erzeugung einer Halbtonblindprägung (3) mit wenigstens einem gravierten Bereich in der Druckplattenoberfläche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gravierte Bereich ein dreidimensional graviertes Relief mit kontinuierlichem Gravurtiefenverlauf aufweist.
- Stichtiefdruckplatte nach Anspruch 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gravur Teilbereiche unterschiedlicher Rauigkeit aufweist.
- Stichtiefdruckplatte nach Anspruch 33 oder 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem dreidimensionalen Tiefenprofil zumindest in Teilbereichen Substrukturen überlagert sind, die in einzelnen Teilbereichen eine unterschiedliche Orientierung aufweisen.
