Definitions
- the invention relates to a roof insulation panel with an upper side for the support of roof tiles or roof tiles and an underside on the roof slat side.
- roof insulation panels are usually made of a foamed plastic, preferably made of foamed polystyrene.
- the roof insulation panels are on the roof battens of a roof structure applied and attached to the roof battens.
- the one another Joined roof insulation panels thus form an intermediate layer between roof battens and roof tiles.
- Such roof insulation panels serve in particular for thermal insulation.
- the roof insulation panels usually have profiles on the top on the support and positioning of roof tiles facilitate.
- the roof insulation panels known from practice at the beginning are usually made with special fasteners attached to the roof battens.
- Both Fasteners are, for example Nails with which the roof insulation boards on the roof battens to be nailed on.
- This way of laying the roof insulation panels is very complex and both very labor intensive and therefore costly as well as material-intensive, because there are usually a variety of fasteners required for fixing the roof insulation panels is.
- the fastening elements penetrating the roof insulation panels, nails in particular also form undesirable Thermal bridges.
- roof insulation panels often not sufficiently precise Positioning possible. That can result in that too a reliable laying of the roof tiles on the roof insulation panels becomes problematic.
- the invention is the technical problem based on a roof insulation board of the type described Specify the type that is easily positioned and attached the roof battens can be attached and with the above disadvantages described can be effectively avoided.
- the invention teaches a roof insulation panel with an upper side for supporting roof tiles and a lower side on the roof lath side, wherein the underside has at least one mounting recess, with which mounting recess the plate can be hung on a roof batten, the roof batten engaging in the mounting recess and wherein the mounting recess has an acute-angled undercut, in which undercut the roof batten engages with an acute-angled portion in the installed state of the plate.
- the mounting recess thus has a wedge-shaped shape Undercut in which a suitably trained Section of a roof batten can engage. It is therefore within the scope of the invention that the invention Roof insulation board for putting on or for hanging is provided on specially shaped roof battens. Due to the hanging of the roof insulation board with its mounting recess there are further fastening elements on a roof batten for fixing the roof insulation panel to the roof batten basically not necessary. By edging the roof batten in the mounting recess is the Roof insulation board held functionally safe on the roof batten.
- the mounting recess extends over the entire width of the plate.
- the assembly recess therefore expediently has none Interruptions along their extension.
- the mounting recess is preferred provided centrally in the underside of the plate.
- the mounting recess in the middle Third, preferably in the middle fifth of the plate (in In relation to the length of the plate).
- the roof batten When a roof insulation board is placed on the assigned roof batten is and the roof batten consequently in the mounting recess engages, the roof batten preferably protrudes something from the bottom of the plate.
- the thickness d of the roof batten is a few millimeters, for example 0.5 to 3 millimeters, preferably 1 to 2 Millimeters greater than the depth t of the mounting recess. In this way, inaccuracies from batten and Roof structure or rafters can be effectively compensated.
- a preferred embodiment of the invention is a mounting recess rectangular in cross-section, with the acute-angled Undercut on one side of the rectangle. The otherwise rectangular in cross section Mounting recess thus points on a rectangular side the acute-angled undercut.
- the acute angle Undercut of the mounting recess on the ridge side arranged.
- Ridge-side arrangement means that the acute angle Undercut or the tip of the acute-angled Undercut oriented towards the ridge side of the panel is.
- the ridge side of the panel refers to the installed one Condition of the plate in which the relevant side to the ridge is oriented.
- the acute-angled pushes itself Undercut of the mounting recess under the influence of the Gravity or under the load of the plate or on it resting roof tiles as it were on the assigned acute-angled section of the roof batten.
- the mounting recess of the plate for a positive reception of the acute-angled section of the Roof batten is provided.
- the acute-angled section of the Roof batten therefore expediently engages in a form-fitting manner the acute-angled undercut of the mounting recess on.
- the acute angle ⁇ of the undercut is preferably 25 ° to 40 °, preferably 25 ° to 35 °. After a preferred embodiment of the invention is acute angle ⁇ of the undercut 27 ° to 33 °, for example 30 °.
- a very special meaning is a second one Mounting recess provided on one end of the plate and is this second mounting recess to this face trained open. At the front, this second one Mounting recess so no limiting wall. Consequently forms the mounting recess provided on the front as it were a step on this face. It is in the Framework of the invention that when properly created or add another roof insulation panel to the one with the Mounting recess provided end face this mounting recess as it were completed. A corresponding one Section of the further plate preferably closes the previously open side of the mounting recess.
- the second Mounting recess is like the first mounting recess for to put on or for hanging on a roof batten.
- the second recess expediently has the same shape and size or at least essentially the same same shape and size as the first mounting recess. It is within the scope of the invention that the second mounting recess at least in the completed state (the means in the installed state of the roof insulation panels) has acute-angled undercut, which preferably the acute-angled undercut of the first assembly recess equivalent. According to a very preferred embodiment the invention is the second mounting recess on the Ridge side of the plate arranged. Then this is second Installation recess towards the ridge side of the roof insulation panel open. The second mounting recess is installed by means of the others on the ridge side Roof insulation panel completed. It is still in the Framework of the invention that the acute-angled undercut the second mounting recess is provided on the ridge side. The benefits associated with this orientation have been already explained above.
- the invention is based on the finding that the roof insulation board due to their design according to the invention Can be easily fixed on a batten or on batten is.
- the roof insulation panels according to the invention can their mounting recesses easily on the roof battens be put on and in this way simple and exact be positioned or oriented.
- the roof insulation panels are characterized by a firm hold on the roof battens and additional fasteners such as nails or the like are not required to fix the plates. Therefore, the ones described at the beginning are also omitted disadvantageous thermal bridges. It should also be emphasized that the roof insulation panels according to the invention on simple and can be produced inexpensively.
- the figures show a roof insulation board with an upper side 1 for the support of roof tiles (not shown) or Roof tiles and a roof slat-side underside 2.
- the Bottom 2 has a first in the embodiment Mounting recess 3 with which the plate on a roof batten 4 (Fig. 3) can be attached or fixed.
- the roof batten 4 engages in the first mounting recess 3.
- the first mounting recess 3 has an acute angle Undercut 5, in which undercut 5 the roof batten 4 in the installed state of the plate with an acute angle Section 6 engages (Fig. 3).
- the first assembly recess 3 extends across the entire width of the plate. 1, 3 and 4 that preferably and in the exemplary embodiment, the thickness d of the roof batten by a few Millimeter, for example 1 to 2 millimeters larger than the depth t of the mounting recess.
- the Mounting recess 3 is rectangular in cross section, with the acute-angled undercut 5 on a rectangular side, trained (Fig. 1, 3 and 4). According to a very preferred embodiment and in the embodiment is the acute angle Undercut 5 of the mounting recess 3 on the ridge side arranged.
- the acute-angled Undercut 5 in the installed state of the plate to the ridge is oriented. 1, 3 and 4 it can be seen that the mounting recess 3 for a positive reception of the acute-angled section 6 of the roof batten 4 is provided. The acute-angled section 6 thus engages form-fitting in the acute-angled undercut 5 of the Mounting recess 3 a. 1, 3 and 4 it can be seen that according to one embodiment and in the embodiment the roof batten 4 is narrower than the mounting recess 3, so in the installed or assembled state the slab a roof slat free clearance 7 in the mounting recess 3 remains. If according to the preferred embodiment the roof insulation board is made of foamed polystyrene, components of the roof insulation board are usually elastically deformable.
- the roof batten 4 relates to the invention on the width b of the mounting recess 3 at least 60%, preferably at least 75% of the mounting recess 3.
- the roof batten 4 takes in relation to the entire mounting recess 3, that is, in relation to the Width b and depth t of the mounting recess 3 at least 60%, preferably at least 75% of the mounting recess 3 on.
- the acute angle ⁇ of the undercut 5 is preferably 25 ° to 35 °. In the exemplary embodiment (see in particular Fig. 3) is the acute angle ⁇ 30 °.
- FIG. 1 and 4 in particular that can be seen that very preferred embodiment and in the embodiment a second mounting recess 8 on one end of the Plate is provided and that this mounting recess 8th before laying the plate (Fig. 1) towards the front is open.
- this mounting recess 8 completed (this illustrates Fig. 4).
- the additional plate created thus complements the open side the second mounting recess 8, so that a complete second mounting recess 8 results.
- the second mounting recess 8 the ridge side 9 of the roof insulation panel.
- a wedge-shaped element 11 provided with which when placing the plates together second mounting recess 8 is completed so that this second mounting recess 8 also has an acute angle Has undercut 5.
- this acute-angled undercut 5 then also engages a roof batten 4 with her acute-angled section 6 (Fig. 4).
- the second Mounting recess 8 the same shape and size as that first mounting recess 3. Also the second mounting recess 8 extends across the entire width of the The roof insulating board.
- each roof insulation panel has two mounting recesses 3, 8 on.
- the first mounting recess 3 is already unused Condition of the plate fully developed. Conveniently, and in the embodiment this is the first Mounting recess 3 with respect to the longitudinal extent of the Panel from the ridge side 9 to the eaves side 10 in the middle of the Bottom 2 of the plate provided. Mittig means in particular that the first mounting recess 3 in the in Regarding the length of the panel from the ridge side 9 to the eaves side 10 middle third of the bottom 2 of the plate is arranged.
- an inventive Roof insulation panel on its top 1 preferably
- Profilings 12 for the edition of not shown Has roof tiles or roof tiles.
- these profiles 12 in cross section (or in the Side view) wedge-shaped thickening.
- the Fig. 1 can be seen that in the unmated condition Plate at the top 1 of the plate in cross section wedge-shaped profiling 12.1 is provided, which is complete is formed and in relation to the longitudinal extent the plate from the ridge side 9 to the eaves side 10 expediently in the middle of the top 1 of the plate is arranged.
