Claims (6)

  1. Verfahren zur Behandlung von Papierbahnen (1) für die Herstellung von Papier zu dem Zweck einer späteren Imprägnierung mit Kunstharzen, das die Stufen:
    - Eindringenlassen (3) eines Gemischs (A) auf der Grundlage von Harzen bis in den Kern des Papiers,
    - Behandeln (4) mindestens einer Seite der Papierbahn (1) durch Aufbringen eines Gemischs (B) auf der Grundlage von Harzen gleichzeitig mit der Stufe (3) des Eindringenlassens des Gemischs (A), wobei die Eindringstufe (3) mit einer Leim- oder Filmpresse, welche die zwei Aufgaben Eindringenlassen und Aufbringen in sich vereinigt, durchgeführt wird,
    - Trocknen (5) des Papiers,
    - Behandeln (6) der Oberfläche mindestens einer Seite der Papierbahn (1) durch Aufbringen eines Gemisches (C) auf der Grundlage von Harzen mit einer Streichmaschine,
    - Trocknen (5) des Papiers und
    - Glätten der Papierbahn (1) auf mindestens einer Seite durch Kalandrieren
    umfasst.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, in welchem die Behandlung (4) durch Aufbringen eines Gemisches (B) gleichzeitig mit der Stufe (3) des Eindringenlassens auf beiden Seiten der Papierbahn (1) durchgeführt wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, in welchem die Behandlung (6) der Oberfläche auf beiden Seiten der Bahn (1) durchgeführt wird.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für das Gemisch (A) und/oder das Gemisch (B) eine Melamin-Formaldehyd-, Harnstoff-Formaldehyd- und Acrylharzzusammensetzung verwendet wird.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für das Gemisch (C) eine Melamin-Formaldehyd-, Harnstoff-Formaldehyd- und Acrylharzzusammensetzung verwendet wird.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gemische (A, B, C) mindestens eine Härterkomponente enthalten.
