Claims (11)
- Ausgleichskonstruktion zum Überbrücken einer Fuge im Eisenbahnbau, mit einer Ausgleichsplatte und Lagern für diese, über welche die Ausgleichsplatte auf Überbauenden oder einem Überbauende und einem Widerlager, insbesondere einer Brücke, drehbeweglich gelagert ist, wobei die Lager gleit- oder elastisch beweglich ausgeführt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lager (14) ein Drehlager (28) und ein Gleitlager (18) aufweist.
- Ausgleichskonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gleitlager (18) zwischen dem Drehlager (28) und der Ausgleichsplatte (12) ausgebildet ist.
- Ausgleichskonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drehlager (28) als höhenverstellbares Lager ausgebildet ist.
- Ausgleichskonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drehlager (28) als Punktkippgleitlager ausgebildet ist.
- Ausgleichskonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gleitlager (18) oberhalb des Drehlagers (28) in an sich bekannter Weise aus einer Gleitscheibe (20) besteht, die auf Gleitblechen (16) gleitet, wobei die Gleitscheibe (20) insbesondere aus ultrahoch molekularen Polyethylen gefertigt ist.
- Ausgleichskonstruktion nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gleitlager (18) gekammert ist und insbesondere eine Dichtlippe sich über die Gleitscheibe (28) hinweg zu dem Gleitblech (16) erstreckt und auf diesem gleitet.
- Ausgleichskonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Haubenkörper (22) und eine Kugeldruckschraube (26) des Drehlagers (28) ein Kugelgelenk bilden, dessen Lagerfläche einen Winkel von 120° bis 180°, insbesondere etwa 160° einnehmen.
- Ausgleichskonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Elastikkörper (42) sich im Wesentlichen platten- oder schichtförmig unter dem Drehlager (28) erstreckt.
- Ausgleichskonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drehlager (28) eine Kugeldruckschraube (26) aufweist, die in einer Stützmutter (30) gelagert ist, über welche das Drehlager höhenverstellbar ist.
- Ausgleichskonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Elastikkörper als Teil eines Lagerstuhls (50) des Drehlagers (28) ausgebildet ist und zwischen einer Stützplatte (32) und einem Lagerkörper (48) im Wesentlichen vollflächig aufgenommen ist.
- Ausgleichskonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drehlager (28) auf dem Elastikkörper abgestützt ist, der insbesondere aus Elastomer besteht.
