Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Stator für eine Förderpumpe zur Förderung von fließfähigem Mischmaterial mit Feststoffanteilen, welcher Stator mit einem elastomeren Kern (10) ausgekleidet ist, der innerhalb eines ihm gegenüber steiferen Mantels (20,20', 20",40') angeordnet ist und einen langgestreckten Innenraum als eine axial gerichtete Öffnung (11) belässt. Dieser ist geeignet zur Aufnahme eines exzentrisch gelagerten, langgestreckten Rotors mit einem schrauben- oder wendelförmigen Außenmaß. Der Stator weist dabei eine Eintrittsseite (MES) und eine Austrittsseite (MAS) auf, die stirnseitig gelegen sind. Der langgestreckte Innenraum (11) reduziert seine Öffnungsweite von einem an der Eintrittsseite gelegenen Endabschnitt (11a) zu einem an der Austrittsseite gelegenen Endabschnitt (11b). Der steifere Mantel (10,20',40') weist zumindest einen Spalt (23,24,43) auf, welcher zur Eintrittsseite (MES) nicht durchgehend verläuft (22,22') oder nahe der Eintrittsseite (23a) gegen Spaltreduzierungen unter ein vorgegebenes Maß (b1) gesperrt ist (22,46,47,48).
