Abstract

L'invention concerne une application de service qui étudie les éléments fonctionnels disponibles sur un réseau d'utilisateur, et qui étudie la disponibilité d'applications qui peuvent utiliser des combinaisons de ces éléments fonctionnels pour atteindre des capacités qui ne sont pas réalisables avec des dispositifs individuels. L'utilisateur peut choisir de sélectionner une ou plusieurs de ces applications pour l'installer. L'application de service télécharge l'application, des pilotes et autres programmes de service, selon les besoins, sur un ou plusieurs dispositifs dans le système de l'utilisateur, et configure les dispositifs comme l'exige la mise en marche de l'application. L'application de service identifie de manière facultative les éléments fonctionnels manquants pour les applications disponibles également.
