Claims (13)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Bauteils aus zumindest zwei sich in mindestens einer Eigenschaft unterscheidenden Massen, das die Schritte aufweist:
Pulverherstellung bzw. Herstellung einer keramischen Rohmasse,
Einfüllen des Pulvers in ein Formgebungswerkzeug, und
Brennen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Pulver mindestens zweier unterschiedlicher Zusammensetzungen in ein Formgebungswerkzeug bzw. eine Kammer eines Formgebungswerkzeugs eingefüllt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Füllung in ein Preßwerkzeug mit nur einer Kammer und die Formgebung durch Pressen erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Pulver mindestens zweier unterschiedlicher Zusammensetzungen in horizontaler Richtung nebeneinander liegend in ein Preßwerkzeug bzw. eine Kammer eines Preßwerkzeuges eingefüllt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Pulver mindestens zweier unterschiedlicher Zusammensetzungen in vertikaler Richtung übereinander liegend in ein Preßwerkzeug bzw. eine Kammer eines Preßwerkzeuges eingefüllt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Pulver durch ein Preßwerkzeug zusammengepreßt wird, welches einen Ober- (6) und einen Unterstempel (1) aufweist, die relativ zueinander bewegbar sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Stempel, vorzugsweise der Unterstempel (1), einen Matrizenrahmen (2) aufweist, der den Stempel im wesentlichen umgibt, wobei Matrizenrahmen (2) und Stempel (1) während des Preßvorganges relativ zueinander bewegt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei Pulvermaterialien (50, 51') in mindestens zwei getrennten Fächern (5, 5') eines Füllschiebers aufgenommen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Pulver über ein Preßwerkzeug mit mindestens zwei getrennten Füllschiebem (3, 4, 5) zugeführt werden.
- Formgebungswerkzeug für keramische Massen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Einrichtungen für die Zufuhr von mindestens zwei Pulvermaterialien unterschiedlicher Zusammensetzung in ein und dieselbe Form oder Kammer vorgesehen sind.
- Formgebungswerkzeug nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Preßwerkzeug ist
- Preßwerkzeug nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Zuführeinrichtung über der Form verschiebbar ist.
- Preßwerkzeug nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei getrennte Zuführeinrichtungen für unterschiedliche Rohmassen und/oder unterschiedliche Einfüllpositionen vorgesehen sind.
- Preßwerkzeug nach den Ansprüchen 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Preßwerkzeug einen Ober- und einen Unterstempel aufweist.
