Claims (6)
- Crimppresse (35) zur Herstellung einer Crimpverbindung mittels eines angetriebenen Crimpwerkzeuges (12), das ein Kabelende eines Kabels (36,41) mit einem Crimpkontakt (40) verbindet, wobei ein Greifer (39,44) das Kabelende der Crimppresse (35) zuführt und eine Positioniereinheit (51) den Greifer (39,44) beim Crimpvorgang vertikal bewegt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positioniereinheit (51) ein in vertikaler Richtung verstellbares Betätigungselement (57) aufweist, das selbsttätig arretierbar oder freisetzbar ist. - Crimppresse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungselement (57) eine in einem Gehäuse (55) geführte Stange ist, die mittels einer im Gehäuse (55) angeordneten Feder (56) in vertikaler Richtung beaufschlagbar ist - Crimppresse nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange (57) eine Verzahnung (58) aufweist, die mit einer im Gehäuse (55) geführten Zahnkulisse (60) verrastet, wobei Federn (61) die Zahnkulisse (60) mit einer Federkraft beaufschlagen. - Crimppresse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zahnkulisse (60) mittels eines Aktors (62) betätigbar ist, wobei der aktivierte Aktor (62) der Federkraft der Federn (61) entgegenwirkt und die Verrastung zwischen der Zahnkulisse (60) und der Verzahnung (58) der Stange (57) gelöst wird. - Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Crimpverbindung mittels eines angetriebenen Crimpwerkzeuges (12) einer Crimppresse (35), das ein Kabelende eines Kabels (36,41) mit einem Crimpkontakt (40) verbindet, wobei ein Greifer (39,44) das Kabelende der Crimppresse (35) zuführt und eine Positioniereinheit (51) den Greifer (39,44) beim Crimpvorgang vertikal bewegt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Betätigungselement (57) der Positioniereinheit (51) in vertikaler Richtung mittels der Crimppresse (35) und mittels des Greifers (39,44) auf die zur Bewegung des Greifers (39,44) beim Crimpvorgang notwendige Position eingestellt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstellung der Positioniereinheit (51) in vertikaler Richtung mit folgenden Schritten durchgeführt wird:a) das in vertikaler Richtung verstellbare Betätigungselement (57) der Positioniereinheit (51) wird in der oberen Totpuntklage des Crimpwerkzeuges (12) nach unten voll ausgefahren und arretiert,b) das Crimpwerkzeug (12) wird nach unten bewegt bis das Betätigungselement (57) in Kontakt mit dem Greifer (39,44) tritt, der zurückgelegte Weg (a) wird erfasst und gespeichert,c) das Crimpwerkzeug (12) wird weiter nach unten bewegt bis das Kabelende des Kabels (36,41) in Kontakt mit einer Crimpzone (CK) des Crimpkontaktes (40) tritt, der zurückgelegte Weg wird als Distanz (b) zur unteren Totpunktlage des Crimpwerkzeuges (12) erfasst und gespeichert,d) das Betätigungselement (57) der Positioniereinheit (51) wird in der oberen Totpuntklage des Crimpwerkzeuges (12) freigesetzt, danach wird das Crimpwerkzeug (12) um die Distanz a+b nach unten bewegt, wobei das freigesetzte Betätigungselement (57) mittels des Greifers (39,44) eingefahren wird und in dieser Lage festgesetzt wird.
