Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Zubringen eines Schussfadens zu einem Bringergreifer (10) einer Webmaschine, wobei mehrere Schussfäden (7) vorhanden sind und jeder Schussfaden durch eine ihm zugeordnete, an einem beweglichen Fadenzubringer (12) angeordneten Zubringerklemme (13) geklemmt wird, wobei das Verfahren die Schritte umfasst: Bewegen eines ausgewählten Fadenzubringers (12) aus einer Ruheposition (12A) in eine Hinreicheposition (12B), Erfassen des gewählten Schussfadens (7) durch einen Bringergreifer (10) und Öffnen der Zubringerklemme (13), Einführen des gewählten Schussfadens (7) in das geöffnete Webfach (6) und Durchziehen des Schussfadens durch das Webfach, und Anschlagen des Schussfadens im Bindepunkt (5) an der Anschlagkante (8) des Gewebes (9) durch das Webblatt. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass der Schussfaden (7) unmittelbar nach dem Durchziehen durch das Webfach (6), jedoch vor dessen Anschlagen durch das Webblatt (4), in die Zubringerklemme (13) eingebracht und dort geklemmt wird, dass der Schussfaden (7) im wesentlichen zum gleichen Zeitpunkt von einer am eintragseitigen Geweberand (17) angeordneten, der Bewegung des Webblattes (4) folgenden, sich ein einer Aufnahmeposition befindlichen Halteklemme (18) erfasst und geklemmt wird, dass der Schussfaden (7) unmittelbar nach dem Klemmen durch die Zubringerklemme (13) und die Halteklemme (18) und noch während der Bewegung des Webblatts (4) von einer nahe der Hinreicheposition der Zubringerklemme (13) stationär angeordneten Schneideinrichtung (20) geschnitten wird, und dass die das hintere Ende des eingetragenen Schussfadens (7) klemmende Halteklemme (18) der Anschlagbewegung des Webblatts (4) bis hin zum Bindepunkt (5) folgt, wonach der Schussfaden am Bindepunkt angeschlagen wird, die Halteklemme (18) geöffnet wird und in die Aufnahmeposition zurückkehrt, wobei auch der Fadenzubringer (12)mit dem vorderen Ende eines neuen Schussfadens in seine Ruheposition zurückkehrt.
