Claims (5)
- Anlage zur Herstellung von Gipskarton-Lochplatten umfassend eine Stanz-Einrichtung (6) zur Herstellung der Lochung und Schneid-Stationen zum Beschneiden der Plattenränder, gekennzeichnet durcheine erste Greif- und Transport-Einrichtung (15) umfassend Greifer (16) zum Erfassen einer ungestanzten Gipskarton-Platte (14) an einer ersten Seite (17), zum Einführen der Gipskarton-Platte (14) in die Stanz-Einrichtung (6) und zum Halten der Gipskarton-Platte (14) während des Stanz-Vorgangeseine zweite Greif- und Transport-Einrichtung (18) umfassend Greifer (22) zum Erfassen einer in der Stanz-Einrichtung (6) gestanzten Gipskarton-Platte (14) an einer der ersten Seite (17) der Platte gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seite (19), wobei die ersten Greifer (16) erst gelöst werden, wenn die zweiten Greifer (22) die jeweilige Gipskarton-Platte (14) erfasst haben, und wobei die zweite Greif- und Transport-Einrichtung (18) die jeweilige Gipsplatte in eine erste Transport-Richtung durch eine erste Schneid-Station (8) führt, in welcher zwei sich gegenüberliegende Seiten (17, 19) der Gipskarton-Platte (14) beschnitten werden,eine dritte Greif- und Transport-Einrichtung (25) zum Erfassen der Gipskarton-Platte (14) nach der ersten Schneid-Station (8) an einer Seite (17) der Platte, die gegenüber der Seite (19) , an der die zweite Greif- und Transport-Einrichtung (18) angreift, um 90° versetzt ist, wobei die zweiten Greifer (22) erst gelöst werden, wenn die dritte Greif- und Transport-Einrichtung (25) die Gipskarton-Platte (14) erfasst hat, und wobei die dritte Greif- und Transport-Einrichtung (25) die Gipskarton-Platte (14) dann in einer zur ersten Transport-Richtung (7) senkrechten zweiten Transport-Richtung (11) durch eine zweite Schneid-Station (12) bewegt und dabei die zu den in der ersten Schneid-Station (8) beschnittenen Seitenkanten senkrecht verlaufenden zweiten Seitenkanten beschnitten werden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Gipskarton-Lochplatten auf einer Anlage umfassend eine Stanz-Einrichtung zur Herstellung der Lochung und Schneid-Einrichtungen zum Beschneiden der Plattenränder, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassmittels einer ersten Greif- und Transport-Einrichtung (15) umfassend Greifer (16) eine ungestanzte Gipskarton-Platte (14) an einer ersten Seite (17) erfasst, in die Stanz-Einrichtung (6) eingeführt und während des Stanz-Vorganges gehalten wirdmittels einer zweiten Greif- und Transport-Einrichtung (18) umfassend Greifer (22), die in der Stanz-Einrichtung (6) gestanzte Gipskarton-Platte (14) an einer der ersten Seite (17) der Platte gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seite (19) erfasst wird, wobei die ersten Greifer (16) erst gelöst werden, wenn die zweiten Greifer (22) die jeweilige Gipskarton-Platte (14) erfasst haben, wobei die Platte (14) durch die zweite Greif- und Transport-Einrichtung (18) in eine erste Transport-Richtung durch eine erste Schneid-Einrichtung (8) geführt wird, in welcher zwei sich gegenüberliegende Längsseiten (23, 24) der Gipskarton-Platte (14) beschnitten werden,mittels einer dritten Greif- und Transport-Einrichtung (25) die Gipskarton-Platte (14) nach der ersten Schneid-Station (8) an einer Seite der Platte (14), die gegenüber der Seite, an der die zweite Greif- und Transport-Einrichtung (18) angreift, um 90° versetzt ist, von Greifern (26) erfasst wird, wobei die zweiten Greifer (22) erst gelöst werden, wenn die Greifer (26) der dritten Greif- und Transport-Einrichtung (25) die Gipskarton-Platte (14) erfasst haben, wobei die Platte (14) dann durch die dritte Greif- und Transport-Einrichtung (25) in einer zur ersten Transport-Richtung (7) senkrechten zweiten Transport-Richtung (11) durch eine zweite Schneid-Einrichtung (12) bewegt wird und dabei die zu den in der ersten Schneid-Station (8) beschnittenen Seitenkanten (23, 24) senkrecht verlaufenden zweiten Seitenkanten (17, 19) beschnitten werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorschub der Platten in der Stanz-Einrichtung (6) programmgesteuert veränderbar ist.
- Verfahren zum Verlegen von Gipskarton-Lochplatten hergestellt auf einer Anlage nach Anspruch 1 bzw. gemäß dem Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platten im wesentlichen fügenlos, unmittelbar aneinander anstoßend verlegt werden, wobei ggf. die verbleibende Haarfüge durch Streichen der fertigverlegten Decke geschlossen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf die Stirnseiten bereits verlegten Platten ein Klebstoff oder ein klebstoffähnliches Produkt aufgebracht wird, welches beim Verlegen der jeweils nächstfolgenden Platte und beim Andrücken an die bereits verlegte Platte die Rest-Fuge schließt.
