Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung richtet sich auf ein Verfahren zum Verlegen von Gipskarton-Lochplatten.
- Herkömmlicherweise werden Gipskarton-Lochplatten ausgehend von einem Platten-Rohling so hergestellt, dass das Beschneiden der Längs- und Querseiten einerseits und das Stanzen zur Herstellung der Lochung andererseits in zeitlich und räumlich getrennten Arbeitsvorgängen erfolgt. Deshalb ergibt sich eine vergleichsweise große Toleranz betreffend die Außenabmessungen und die Position der Lochung relativ zu den Außenkanten.
- Dementsprechend werden derartige Lochplatten herkömmlicherweise so verlegt, dass zwei benachbarte Platten längs ihrer Randbereiche so gegen einen Träger, z. B. ein Metallprofil oder eine Holzleiste, verschraubt werden, dass die einander benachbarten Kanten der Platten einen definierten Abstand aufweisen. Die so erzeugte Fuge wird entweder mit einer Gipsspachtelmasse oder mit Baukleber ausgefüllt. Dies erfordert einen gesonderten Arbeitsgang, der von einem handwerklich entsprechend qualifizierten Arbeiter ausgeführt werden muss.
- Hiervon ausgehend liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren zum Verlegen von Gipskarton-Lochplatten zu schaffen, das sich durch eine hohe Maßgenauigkeit auszeichnet, wobei eine so hergestellte Wand oder Decke ein besonders ansprechendes äußeres Erscheinungsbild aufweisen soll und mit geringen Anforderungen an das handwerkliche Geschick herstellbar ist.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch den Kennzeichnungsteil von Anspruch 1.
- Neue, besonders maßhaltige Gipskarton-Lochplatten eröffnen die Möglichkeit zur Realisierung des erfindungsgemäßen Verlegeverfahrens, wonach im Gegensatz zum Stand der Technik die Platten im Wesentlichen fugenlos, unmittelbar aneinander anstoßend verlegt werden, sodass weder für eine definierte Fugenbreite noch für ein Verspachteln der Fuge gesorgt zu werden braucht. Soweit eine im Wesentlichen fugenlose Verlegung angesprochen wird, bedeutet dies, dass die erfindungsgemäß verbleibende Rest-Fuge nur noch wenige zehntel Millimeter breit ist, während sie herkömmlicherweise einige Millimeter beträgt.
- Zum Schließen der dementsprechend verbleibenden Rest-Fuge kann vorgesehen sein, dass auf die Stirnseite einer bereits verlegten Platte, an welcher eine benachbarte, zu verlegende Platte anstoßen soll, ein Klebstoff oder ein klebstoffähnliches Produkt, z. B. auf Silicon- oder Dispersionsfarben-Basis, aufgebracht wird, sodass beim Montieren und seitlichen Anschlagen der nächsten Platte die Rest-Fuge durch den gequetschten Klebstoff geschlossen wird.
- Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiels in Verbindung mit der Zeichnung näher beschrieben. Dabei zeigen:

- eine schematische Draufsicht auf eine Anlage zur Herstellung von Gipskarton-Platten, wie sie für das erfindungsgemäße Verlegeverfahren eingesetzt werden, und
- Fig. 2
- eine schematische Draufsicht einer Gipskarton-Platte und der daran angreifenden Greifer.
- Eine in der Zeichnung dargestellte erfindungsgemäße Anlage zur Herstellung von Gipskarton-Lochplatten umfasst einen Vorratsstapel 1 für Roh-Gipskarton-Lochplatten, von welchem mittels einer Transport-Einrichtung 2 jeweils eine Platte abgenommen, zunächst in Richtung des Pfeils 3 und dann in Richtung des Pfeils 4 transportiert und auf einer Zuführ-Einrichtung 5 abgelegt wird.
- Dort wird die vereinzelte Roh-Gipskarton-Lochplatte von einer ersten Greif- und Transport-Einrichtung im Bereich ihrer in der Zeichnung rechten Querseite von zwei Greifern erfasst. Danach wird die so erfasste und positionierte Platte in Richtung des Pfeils 7 transportiert und in einer Stanz-Einrichtung 6 so positioniert, dass entsprechend einem vorgegebenen freiprogrammierbaren Stanzmuster nun die Stanzwerkzeuge der Stanz-Einrichtung 6 das gewünschte Lochmuster anbringen können, wobei die Greifer der Transport- und Greif-Einrichtung die Querkante nach wie vor erfasst halten.
- Nach dem Vornehmen der Stanzung wird die Gipskarton-Platte an ihrer gegenüberliegenden Querseite von einer zweiten Greif- und Transport-Einrichtung mit zwei Greifern erfasst und in Richtung des Pfeils 7 durch eine erste Schneid-Station 8 geführt, bei welcher mittels zweier zueinander paralleler im Abstand voneinander angeordneter Sägen 9 die Längskanten der Gipskarton-Platten beschnitten werden.
- Die Platten gelangen dann zu einer Übergabe-Station 10, wo sie von einer dritten Greif- und Transport-Einrichtung im Bereich ihrer in der Zeichnung oberen Längsseite mittels zweier Greifer erfasst werden. Erst wenn diese gegriffen haben, werden die beiden Greifer der zweiten Greif- und Transport-Einrichtung gelöst und die Platte wird nun in Richtung des Pfeils 11 senkrecht zur vorhergehenden Transport-Einrichtung durch eine zweite Schneid-Station 12 mit zwei voneinander beabstandeten Sägen 13 geführt und erst wieder losgelassen, um die Platte einer Ablage- bzw. Prüf-Station zuzuführen und sie schließlich zu lagern oder abzutransportieren.
- In Figur 2 ist schematisch veranschaulicht, wie die Greif- und TransportEinrichtungen an einer Gipskarton-Platte 14 angreifen.
- Die erste Greif- und Transport-Einrichtung 15 weist Greifer 16 auf, die vor der Stanz-Einrichtung 6 die erste Querseite 17 der Platte 14 erfassen und die Platte 14 in die Stanz-Einrichtung 6 führen. Die erste Greif- und Transport-Einrichtung 15 ist in Figur 2 nur gestrichelt eingezeichnet, um auf diese Weise den Angriffsbereich zu veranschaulichen.
- Die zweite Greif- und Transport-Einrichtung 18 erfasst die Platte 14 an der der ersten Querseite 17 gegenüberliegenden zweiten Querseite 19, wenn die Platte 14 aus der Stanz-Einrichtung 6 herausgenommen wird, nachdem die Lochung 20 unter Freilassung eines nicht gelochten Außenrandes 21 eingebracht wurde. Dabei werden die Greif-Einrichtungen 16 der ersten Greif- und Transport-Einrichtung 15 erst gelöst, wenn Greif-Einrichtungen 22 der zweiten Greif- und Transport-Einrichtung 18 in Eingriff gebracht sind.
- In Figur 2 konkret dargestellt ist die Situation an der Übergabe-Station 10, wo die zweite Greif- und Transport-Einrichtung 18 mit ihren Greifern 22 noch im Randbereich 21 außerhalb der Lochung 20 in Eingriff ist, nachdem in der ersten Schneid-Station 8 die in der Zeichnung obere Längsseite 23 und die untere Längsseite 24 beschnitten wurden.
- Eine dritte Greif- und Transport-Einrichtung 25 mit Greifern 26 greift, während die Greif-Einrichtungen 22 noch in Eingriff sind, am Rand 21 an der Längsseite 23 an. Erst dann werden die Greifer 22 gelöst und die Platte 14 kann nun in Richtung des Pfeils 11 durch die zweite Schneid-Station 12 transportiert werden, wobei die Querseiten 17 und 19 beschnitten werden.
Claims (2)
- Verfahren zum Verlegen von Gipskarton-Lochplatten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platten im Wesentlichen fugenlos, unmittelbar aneinander anstoßend verlegt werden, wobei gegebenenfalls die verbleibende Haarfuge durch Streichen der fertigverlegten Decke geschlossen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf die Stirnseiten bereits verlegten Platten ein Klebstoff oder ein klebstoffähnliches Produkt aufgebracht wird, welches beim Verlegen der jeweils nächstfolgenden Platte und beim Andrücken an die bereits verlegte Platte die Rest-Fuge schließt.
