Claims (10)
- Procédé de création et d'enrichissement automatique d'une base de données dans un système de tri d'articles de courrier relié, au travers d'un réseau INTRANET de communications (16), à des postes informatiques (18A, 18B, 18C) de destinataires de ces articles de courrier et comportant des moyens de lecture (10) pour reconnaítre des données postales imprimées sur ces articles de courrier, des moyens de traitement (12) pour, en relation avec une base de données de travail (14) comportant des données d'identification relatives aux destinataires des articles de courrier, identifier le destinataire particulier d'un article de courrier déterminé et des moyens de tri (10) pour affecter cet article de courrier au destinataire ainsi identifié, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est tout d'abord envoyé automatiquement, à l'adresse de courrier électronique de chaque destinataire, un message électronique déterminé lui demandant de se connecter sur une page WEB du système de tri pour y saisir des données d'identification personnelles, et qu'ensuite, une fois saisies, ces données sont emmagasinées automatiquement dans une base de données temporaire (22) pour être comparées avec les données présentes dans la base de données de travail afin d'assurer ainsi sa mise à jour automatique.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ledit message électronique de connexion est relayé auprès de chaque destinataire utilisateur dudit réseau INTRANET de communications par un poste informatique (20) d'administration de réseau.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que ledit message électronique de connexion comporte une adresse URL de ladite page WEB du système de tri, de façon à permettre en une seule validation une visualisation automatique d'un masque de saisie desdites données d'identification personnelles.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que lesdites données d'identification personnelles saisies sont choisies parmi le groupe comportant le nom, le prénom, l'adresse électronique, le téléphone, le service ou la fonction du destinataire.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit message électronique de connexion est adressé selon une périodicité prédéfinie, par exemple chaque mois.
- Système de tri d'articles de courrier relié, au travers d'un réseau INTRANET de communications (16), à des postes informatiques (18A, 18B, 18C) de destinataires de ces articles de courrier et comportant des moyens de lecture (10) pour reconnaítre des données postales imprimées sur ces articles de courrier, des moyens de traitement (12) pour, en relation avec une base de données de travail (14) comportant des données d'identification relatives aux destinataires des articles de courrier, identifier le destinataire particulier d'un article de courrier déterminé et des moyens de tri (10) pour affecter cet article de courrier au destinataire ainsi identifié, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre une seconde base de données (22) pour stocker de façon temporaire des données d'identification personnelles saisies préalablement au niveau d'une page WEB du système de tri affichée sur les postes informatiques des destinataires des articles de courrier en réponse à l'envoi automatique par le système de tri d'un message électronique de connexion déterminé à ces destinataires.
- Système de tri selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de traitement comportent en outre des moyens (12) pour comparer (40) les données d'identification personnelles saisies (36) et stockés (38) dans la base de données temporaire (22) avec des données d'identification correspondantes stockées dans la base de données de travail (14).
- Système de tri selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre des moyens (12) pour modifier le contenu de la base de données de travail (14) en fonction des résultats fournis par les moyens de comparaison.
- Système de tri selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre un poste informatique (20) d'administration de réseau pour relayer ledit message électronique de connexion auprès de chaque destinataire utilisateur dudit réseau INTRANET de communications.
- Système de tri selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit message électronique de connexion comporte une adresse URL de ladite page WEB du système de tri, de façon à permettre en une seule validation une visualisation automatique d'un masque de saisie desdites données d'identification personnelles.
