Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Abdeckelement (5, 5') für ein Türband und/oder eine Türschließeinrichtung einer eine Türzarge (2) und ein Türblatt (3) aufweisenden Tür (1), insbesondere einer Glastür für Brandschutzzwecke, wobei das Türblatt (3) mit wenigstens zwei voneinander beabstandeten, jeweils mit einem Ende an dem Türblatt (3) und mit dem gegenüberliegenden Ende an der Türzarge (2) befestigten Türbändern verschwenkbar an der Türzarge (2) angeschlagen ist. Um dem fortwährenden Bedarf an ästhetisch gestalteten bzw. gestaltbaren Türen gerecht zu werden, ist das Abdeckelement (5) im Bereich des senkrecht zur Schwenkachse (6) des Türblatts (3) verlaufenden Randes des Türblatts (3) auf dem Türblatt (3) anordbar und erstreckt sich senkrecht zur Schwenkachse (6) gemeinsam über das Türband sowie die Türschließeinrichtung hinweg, wobei das Türband vorzugsweise ein Zapfenband ist.

Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Abdeckelement für ein Türband und/oder eine Türschließeinrichtung einer eine Türzarge und ein Türblatt aufweisenden Tür, insbesondere einer Glastür für Brandschutzzwecke, wobei das Türblatt mit wenigstens zwei voneinander beabstandeten, jeweils mit einem Ende an dem Türblatt und mit dem gegenüberliegenden Ende an der Türzarge befestigten Türbändern verschwenkbar an der Türzarge angeschlagen ist.
Türbänder dienen als Scharniere der verschwenkbaren Lagerung des Türflügels bzw. Türblatts - dem Teil einer Tür, welcher zum Durchgehen geöffnet werden kann - in bzw. an einer die sogenannte Türzarge bildenden Rahmenkonstruktion. Dabei sind in der Regel an einer Seite des Rahmens wenigstens zwei, die Schwenkachse der Tür bildende Türbänder voneinander beabstandet angeordnet.
Um ein langsames automatisches Schließen einer Tür zu ermöglichen sind Türen ferner mit Türschließeinrichtungen versehen. Derartige Türschließeinrichtungen weisen üblicherweise hydraulisch mittels eines vorspannbaren Federelementes betreibbare Lager- bzw. Anschlagelemente auf, welche zum einen an dem Türblatt und zum anderen an der Türzarge befestigt sind und über einen Hebel miteinander verbunden sind.
Durch die Türbänder und/oder die Türschließeinrichtung wird oftmals das optische Erscheinungsbild einer Tür nachteilig beeinflußt, insbesondere bei Glastüren, wo Türbänder als optisch störend empfunden werden.
Um dem fortwährenden Bedarf an ästhetisch gestalteten bzw. gestaltbaren Türen gerecht zu werden, wird mit der vorliegenden Erfindung ein Abdeckelement der eingangs genannten Art vorgeschlagen, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß das Abdeckelement im Bereich des senkrecht zur Schwenkachse des Türblatts verlaufenden Randes des Türblatts auf dem Türblatt anordbar ist und sich senkrecht zur Schwenkachse gemeinsam über das Türband sowie die Türschließeinrichtung hinweg erstreckt, wobei das Türband vorzugsweise ein Zapfenband ist.
In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist das Abdeckelement im Bereich des senkrecht zur Schwenkachse des Türblatts verlaufenden oberen Randes des Türblatts auf der Türzarge anordbar und erstreckt sich senkrecht zur Schwenkachse über die Türzarge und das Türband hinweg.
Durch das im Bereich des senkrecht zur Schwenkachse des Türblatts verlaufenden Randes des Türblatts auf dem Türblatt bzw. der Türzarge anordbare, sich senkrecht zur Schwenkachse über das Türblatt bzw. die Türzarge und das Türband, vorzugsweise das Zapfenband, hinweg erstreckende Abdeckelement lassen sich die Türbänder einer Tür derart geschickt verdecken, daß ein optisch ansprechendes Erscheinungsbild der Tür ohne optische störende Türbänder gegeben ist.
In einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung erstreckt sich das Abdeckelement über eine Teilbreite oder über die gesamte Breite des Türblatts und schließt vorzugsweise mit dem senkrecht zur Schwenkachse verlaufenden Rand des Türblatts ab. Dadurch ist der optische Eindruck erzielbar, daß Abdeckelement sei Bestandteil des Türblatts bzw. der Türzarge, insbesondere eine Seite des Rahmens einer im Bereich ihrer Ränder durch einen aus Profilelementen gebildeten Rahmen gehaltenen Brandschutzscheibe.
In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist das Abdeckelement nachrüstbar. So sind Türen nachträglich von den ansonsten das Erscheinungsbild störenden Türbändern optisch befreibar.
In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist das Abdeckelement aus Edelstahl gefertigt.
In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung verdeckt das erfindungsgemäße Abdeckelement gleichzeitig mit dem Zapfenband Lager- bzw. Anschlagelemente einer automatischen Türschließeinrichtung, welche zum einen an dem Türblatt und zum anderen an der Türzarge befestigt sind und über einen Hebel miteinander verbunden sind. Derartige Türschließeinrichtungen erleichtern ein langsames automatisches Schließen der Tür und sind in der Regel hydraulisch mittels eines vorspannbaren Federelementes betrieben. Erfindungsgemäß kann so eine automatische Türschließeinrichtung verwendet werden, ohne daß das ansonsten oftmals durch derartige automatische Türschließeinrichtungen gestörte optische Erscheinungsbild einer Tür gestört wird.
Das Abdeckelement kann Türband und Türschließeinrichtung einzeln oder gemeinsam abdecken und kann auch zur Abdeckung des Hebels (Betätigungsarm) der Türschließeinrichtung vorgesehen sein.
Weitere Einzelheiten, Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung werden nachfolgend anhand der in den Figuren dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele näher erläutert. Dabei zeigen:

Fig. 1 zeigt in einer schematisch perspektivischen Teilansicht eine Tür 1 mit einer in der Aussparung einer Wand 16 angeordneten Türzarge 2 und einem an der Türzarge 2 veschwenkbaren Türblatt 3. Die Türzarge 2 setzt sich aus paarweise verwendeten Rahmenteilen 7 und 8 zusammen. Das Türblatt 3 besteht aus einer ein aufschäumendes Mittel als Schutzwirkstoff enthaltenden Brandschutzscheibe 9, welche durch eine Rahmenkonstruktion gehalten wird, die sich aus paarweise verwendeten profilierten Rahmenteilen 10 und 11 zusammensetzt. Derartige Brandschutzscheiben sind üblicherweise mehrlagig aus Glasscheiben mit einer jeweils dazwischen angeordneten Brandschutzschicht aus Schutzwirkstoff aufgebaut. Das Türblatt 3 ist mittels als Scharniere dienender Türbänder 4 um die strichpunktierte Schwenkachse 6 verschwenkbar an der Türzarge 2 angeschlagen. Das in Fig. 1 dargestellte Türband 4 ist dabei mit einem Ende an dem oberen Rahmenteil 11 des Türblatts 3 und mit dem gegenüberliegenden Ende an dem oberen Rahmenteil 8 der Türzarge 2 befestigt.
Die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Tür 1 weist weiter eine automatische Türschließeinrichtung 12 mit Lager- bzw. Anschlagelementen 13 und 14 auf, welche über einen Hebel 15 miteinander verbunden sind. Die Türschließeinrichtung 12 ist vorliegend hydraulisch und mittels eines vorspannbaren Federelementes angetrieben (in Fig. 1 nicht explizit dargestellt) und ermöglicht ein leichtes und langsames automatisches Schließen der Tür 1. Das seitens des Türblatts 3 der Tür 1 vorgesehene Lager- bzw. Anschlagelement 13 der automatischen Türschließeinrichtung 12 ist dabei an einem an dem Türblatt 3 angebrachten Befestigungselement 17 befestigt. Vorliegend ist das Befestigungselement an den Rahmenteilen 10 und 11 des Türblatts 3 befestigt, wie in Fig. 1 dargestellt.
Durch die Türbänder 4, die im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel Zapfenbänder sind, und die automatische Türschließeinrichtung 12 wird das optische Erscheinungsbild der Glastür für Brandschutzzwecke nachteilig gestört, wie anhand von Fig. 1 ersichtlich, so daß ein Abdeckelement 5 zur optisch ästhetischen Verbesserung angebracht ist.
Fig. 2 zeigt in einer schematisch perspektivischen Teilansicht die Glastür 1 für Brandschutzzwecke entsprechend Fig. 1. Die Tür 1 gemäß Fig. 2 ist vorliegend im Bereich des senkrecht zur Schwenkachse 6 des Türblatts 3 verlaufenden Randes des Türblatts 3 sowohl auf dem Türblatt 3 (Rahmenteil 11) als auch auf der Türzarge 2 (Rahmenteil 8) mit einem Abdeckelement 5 bzw. 5' versehen, welches sich jeweils senkrecht zur Schwenkachse 6 über das Türblatt 3 bzw. die Türzarge 2 und das Türband 4 hinweg erstreckt, so daß das Zapfenband 4 von dem Abdeckelement 5 bzw. 5' verdeckt wird. Dabei schließen die aus Edelstahl gefertigten Abdeckelemente 5 und 5' jeweils mit dem senkrecht zur Schwenkachse 6 verlaufenden Rand des Türblatts 3 ab und können sich bis über die gesamte Breite des Türblatts 3 erstrecken. Weiter ist anhand von Fig. 2 zu erkennen, daß durch die Abdeckelemente 5 und 5' die Lager- bzw. Anschlagelemente 13 und 14 der automatischen Türschließeinrichtung 12 verdeckt werden. Die Abdeckelemente 5 und 5' ermöglichen somit die Verwendung von Zapfenbändern 4 und einer automatischen Türschließeinrichtung 12, ohne durch diese das optische Erscheinungsbild der Tür 1 nachteilig zu stören.

Claims (6)

  1. Abdeckelement (5, 5') für ein Türband (4) und/oder eine Türschließeinrichtung (12) einer eine Türzarge (2) und ein Türblatt (3) aufweisenden Tür (1), insbesondere einer Glastür für Brandschutzzwecke, wobei das Türblatt (3) mit wenigstens zwei voneinander beabstandeten, jeweils mit einem Ende an dem Türblatt (3) und mit dem gegenüberliegenden Ende an der Türzarge (2) befestigten Türbändern (4) verschwenkbar an der Türzarge (2) angeschlagen ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abdeckelement (5) im Bereich des senkrecht zur Schwenkachse (6) des Türblatts (3) verlaufenden Randes des Türblatts (3) auf dem Türblatt (3) anordbar ist und sich senkrecht zur Schwenkachse (6) gemeinsam über das Türband (4) sowie die Türschließeinrichtung (12) hinweg erstreckt, wobei das Türband (4) vorzugsweise ein Zapfenband ist.
  2. Abdeckelement (5, 5') nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieses mit dem senkrecht zur Schwenkachse (6) verlaufenden Rand des Türblatts (3) abschließt.
  3. Abdeckelement (5, 5') nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich dieses über eine Teilbreite oder über die gesamte Breite des Türblatts (3) bzw. der Türzarge (2) erstreckt.
  4. Abdeckelement (5, 5') nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieses nachrüstbar ist.
  5. Abdeckelement (5, 5') nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieses aus Edelstahl ist.
  6. Abdeckelement (5, 5') nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieses Lager- bzw. Anschlagelemente (13, 14) einer automatischen Türschließeinrichtung (12) verdeckt.
