Abstract

La présente invention concerne un article de literie du type oreiller, couette ou analogue constitué d'une housse ou enveloppe extérieure (2) en toile tissée externe du type coton naturel rempli d'un garnissage intérieur (3), caractérisé en ce que le garnissage intérieur (3) est enclavé dans une enveloppe intérieure (4) constituée d'au moins deux panneaux (4a,4b;4c) réalisés en un tissu non tissé traité dans la masse ou par imprégnation et en ce que chaque panneau de ladite enveloppe intérieure (4) est relié à l'enveloppe extérieure (2), le produit ou le principe actif présentant une ou une combinaison des caractéristiques suivantes: anti-bactérien, anti-acarien, anti-feu ou anti-odeur, produit d'aromathérapie. <IMAGE>

Description

La présente invention concerne un article de literie du type oreiller, couette ou analogue.
Elle se rapporte plus particulièrement à un article de literie présentant des caractéristiques anti-allergènes, d'hygiène et de sécurité.
On connaít déjà dans l'état de la technique antérieure, notamment par le certificat d'utilité français FR 2 763 928, un tel article de literie, notamment un oreiller, présentant une action conjuguée anti-bactérienne et anti-acarienne par l'association d'une enveloppe extérieure en tissu naturel (Coton) traitée anti-acariens et d'un garnissage anti-bactérien.
Bien que des tests ont été réalisés sur ce type d'article de literie afin de déterminer la compatibilité, notamment au niveau irritation ou sensibilisation, de l'enveloppe extérieure traitée avec le contact de la peau de l'utilisateur, il ressort que certains scientifiques confirment leurs doutes sur la sécurité de ce produit, compte tenu notamment du peu de recul des études menées, entraínant de ce fait une désaffection de la part de certains consommateurs préférant ne pas utiliser le produit par principe de précaution.
Par ailleurs, la conception de tels articles de literie pose également la question de la sécurité des confectionneurs qui sont amenés à respirer à longueur de journée les effluents des produits de traitement introduits dans les garnissages notamment lors de l'étape de remplissage du garnissage dans l'article de literie.
Le but de l'invention est de proposer un article de literie du type oreiller, couette ou analogue qui permet de résoudre tout ou partie des inconvénients précités.
A cet effet, la présente invention a pour objet un article de literie du type oreiller, couette ou analogue constitué d'une housse ou enveloppe extérieure en toile tissée externe du type coton naturel rempli d'un garnissage intérieur, caractérisé en ce que le garnissage intérieur est enclavé dans une enveloppe intérieure constituée d'au moins deux panneaux réalisés en un tissu non tissé traité dans la masse ou par imprégnation et en ce que chaque panneau de ladite enveloppe intérieure est relié à l'enveloppe extérieure.
Selon une caractéristique avantageuse de la présente invention, les panneaux de l'enveloppe intérieure sont reliés respectivement aux panneaux constituant l'enveloppe extérieure par couture de leurs bords.
Toujours selon l'invention, le garnissage intérieur est constitué d'un garnissage non-traité du type plumes, mousses, fibres ou analogue.
Selon une caractéristique avantageuse de la présente invention, les panneaux de l'enveloppe intérieure sont traités avec un produit présentant une ou une combinaison des caractéristiques suivantes : anti-bactérien, anti-acarien, anti-feu ou anti-odeur.
Les caractéristiques de l'invention mentionnées ci-dessus, ainsi que d'autres, apparaítront plus clairement à la lecture de la description suivante d'un exemple de réalisation, en se référant aux dessins annexés sur lesquels :
  • la figure 1 est une vue en coupe d'un oreiller selon la présente invention, et
  • la figure 2 est une vue en coupe d'un oreiller selon une variante de réalisation.
On a représenté à la figure 1, un article de literie en l'occurrence un oreiller 1 constitué d'une housse 2 ou enveloppe extérieure en toile tissée externe conventionnelle du type coton naturel rempli d'un garnissage intérieur 3 assurant le gonflant et le confort de l'article.
Selon la présente invention, le garnissage intérieur 3 est enclavé dans une enveloppe intérieure 4 constituée d'au moins deux panneaux 4a, 4b réalisés en un tissu non tissé traité dans la masse ou par imprégnation notamment par un principe actif du type produit anti-allergène et en ce que chaque panneau 4a, 4b de ladite enveloppe intérieure 4 est relié à l'enveloppe extérieure 2 assurant ainsi une barrière contre la migration de bactéries vers l'intérieur de l'oreiller.
On notera que le principe actif est incorporé dans le tissu non tissé formant l'enveloppe intérieure soit par imprégnation du tissu et fixation du principe par chauffage et laminage, soit à la sortie de l'extrusion des fibres formant ultérieurement le tissu le principe actif est incorporé.
On comprend que les panneaux 4a, 4b de l'enveloppe intérieure 4 sont traités selon une variante de réalisation avec un produit ou un principe actif présentant une ou une combinaison des caractéristiques suivantes: anti-bactérien, anti-acarien, anti-feu ou anti-odeur selon le résultat désiré. Le principe actif peut également être sans sortir du cadre de l'invention un produit d'aromathérapie.
Selon un mode de réalisation représenté à la figure 1, l'enveloppe intérieure 4 est constituée d'un panneau supérieur 4a et d'un panneau inférieur 4b reliés respectivement aux panneaux supérieur et inférieur constituant l'enveloppe extérieure 2 par couture de leur bords B.
Une telle liaison des panneaux de l'enveloppe intérieure 4 avec les panneaux de l'enveloppe extérieure 2 permet avantageusement d'assurer un confort à l'article de literie en évitant tout déplacement de ladite enveloppe intérieure notamment suite à un lavage.
On notera que l'enveloppe intérieure 4 réalisée en tissu non tissé traité ou imprégné dans la masse permet d'une part de conserver un confort à l'article de literie de par le faible poids de ladite enveloppe intérieure et d'autre part d'assurer une longévité de l'efficacité du traitement par rapport à un traitement de surface conventionnel par une faible introduction de produit de traitement.
En outre, l'emploi de tels panneaux en tissu non tissé traité selon l'invention permet d'utiliser tous les types de garnissages naturels notamment les plumes ou encore les mousses découpées, ces dernières ne trouvant leur emploi dans les solutions classiques du fait de leur incapacité à être traitées anti-acariens ou anti-bactériens.
Lors de l'utilisation d'un garnissage non-traité du type plume, l'enveloppe intérieure permet d'éviter la migration du garnissage vers l'extérieur assurant ainsi un confort accru pour l'utilisateur.
De même, dans le cas de garnissage non-traité du type mousse qui présente l'inconvénient de jaunir rapidement avec le temps, l'enveloppe intérieure d'aspect blanchâtre permet de camoufler le jaunissement du garnissage assurant ainsi une barrière visuelle et garantissant l'esthétisme du produit.
Selon une variante de réalisation représentée à la figure 2, l'enveloppe intérieure est constituée de trois panneaux respectivement supérieur 4a, central 4c et inférieur 4b dans lequel le panneau central est par exemple parfumé.
Sans sortir du cadre de l'invention, les panneaux supérieur et inférieur de l'enveloppe intérieure peuvent, dans le cadre d'application médicale, être enduits d'une couche plastique sur la face extérieure.
De même, on comprend qu'un troisième panneau peut être superposé au panneau inférieur ou supérieur et imprégné ou traité dans la masse d'un principe actif différent du principe actif des panneaux inférieur et supérieur.
On comprend à la lecture de la description ci-dessus que l'article de literie selon la présente invention permet avantageusement d'assurer à l'utilisateur le contact avec un produit naturel sans risque de diffusion des principes actifs de traitement intégrés dans la masse ou par imprégnation de l'enveloppe intérieure. Par ailleurs, un tel article assure aux confectionneurs aucun dégagement d'effluent de produits de traitement lors de la phase de remplissage de ces oreillers, couettes ou duvets du fait notamment de l'emploi de produit naturel.
Il est à noter également que de tels articles permettent d'utiliser moins de produits de traitement favorisant ainsi la protection de l'environnement.
Bien que l'invention ait été décrite en liaison avec deux modes de réalisation particuliers elle comprend tous les équivalents techniques des moyens décrits.

Claims (4)

  1. Article de literie du type oreiller, couette ou analogue constitué d'une housse ou enveloppe extérieure (2) en toile tissée externe du type coton naturel rempli d'un garnissage intérieur (3), caractérisé en ce que le garnissage intérieur (3) est enclavé dans une enveloppe intérieure (4) constituée d'au moins deux panneaux (4a, 4b ; 4c) réalisés en un tissu non tissé traité dans la masse ou par imprégnation, et en ce que chaque panneau de ladite enveloppe intérieure (4) est relié à l'enveloppe extérieure (2).
  2. Article de literie du type oreiller, couette ou analogue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les panneaux (4a, 4b; 4c) de l'enveloppe intérieure (4) sont reliés respectivement aux panneaux constituant l'enveloppe extérieure (2) par couture de leurs bords (B).
  3. Article de literie du type oreiller, couette ou analogue selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le garnissage intérieur (3) est constitué d'un garnissage non traité du type plumes, mousses, fibres ou analogues.
  4. Article de literie du type oreiller, couette ou analogue selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les panneaux (4a, 4b ; 4c) de l'enveloppe intérieure (4) sont traités avec un produit ou un principe actif présentant une ou une combinaison des caractéristiques suivantes : anti-bactérien, anti-acarien, anti-feu ou anti-odeur, produit d'aromathérapie.
