Claims (6)
- Un procédé pour le centrage de l'impression sur l'enveloppe d'emballages d'articles (2), ladite enveloppe (3) étant obtenue à partir d'une bande (30) déroulée depuis une bobine (31), présentant des impressions équidistantes, chacune marquée par une section de référence correspondante, et enveloppée, en une forme tubulaire fermée, dans une station d'enveloppement d'une machine d'emballage, l'extrémité avant étant scellée transversalement de manière à ce que l'extrémité opposée puisse recevoir un emballage d'articles (2), et étant finalement scellée en amont de l'emballage en question pour former l'enveloppe, le procédé comprenant une phase initiale d'étalonnage, durant laquelle le centrage approprié d'une première impression est prédéterminé sur une première enveloppe (3) contenant un premier emballage d'articles (2) et les données de référence correspondantes sont acquises et enregistrées dans des moyens de contrôle électroniques (11), et un cycle successif de fonctionnement normal de la machine, durant lequel les données relatives à chaque enveloppe en formation sont comparées avec les données de référence susmentionnées pour vérifier si le centrage de l'impression est correct et, si le positionnement de l'impression n'est pas correct par rapport aux données enregistrées, une action corrective est mise en oeuvre, via les moyens de contrôle (11), par les organes opérationnels de la machine ; ledit procédé étant caractérisé en ce que la phase initiale du cycle d'étalonnage prévoit :- le positionnement de la bande (30) au niveau de la station d'enveloppement de manière à ce que la bande elle-même forme une sorte de sac dans lequel l'impression est dans une position prédéterminée par rapport à la première enveloppe à produire ;- l'introduction, par l'intermédiaire d'un organe pousseur (6), d'un premier emballage d'articles dans le sac ;- la détection d'une première position caractéristique de l'organe pousseur (6) et des degrés correspondants du cycle machine, fonctionnellement définie par la détection de la section de référence de l'impression après la détection correspondant à l'impression de la première enveloppe ;- la détection de la position de référence de fin de course (Ao) de l'organe pousseur (6) avec les degrés correspondants du cycle machine.
- Le procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première position caractéristique (P) est obtenue en utilisant l'organe pousseur (6) pour déplacer le premier emballage jusqu'à le rapprocher du fond du sac, en faisant ensuite avancer ce dernier, et la bande (30) associée, jusqu'à ce que la section de référence soit détectée, définissant par conséquent un triple lien entre la position du pousseur, les degrés du cycle machine et la détection de la section de référence.
- Le procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première position caractéristique (P*) est obtenue en utilisant l'organe pousseur pour déplacer l'emballage jusqu'à le rapprocher du fond du sac, en arrêtant la course de l'organe pousseur, et en réglant la position des organes capteurs destinés à détecter la section de référence jusqu'à ce que cette dernière section soit détectée.
- Le procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les opérations suivantes ont lieu durant le cycle de fonctionnement normal de la machine :- vérification de la position appropriée de chaque impression par rapport à l'enveloppe (3), en contrôlant la correspondance entre le moment où l'organe pousseur (6) atteint la première position caractéristique (P, P*) et la détection de la section de référence par les moyens capteurs (10) ;- activation, par l'intermédiaire des moyens de contrôle électroniques (11), de l'organe pousseur (6) de manière à ce qu'il atteigne la position prédéterminée de fin de course (Ao), quand la vérification précédente a donné un résultat positif ;- définition d'une ou de plusieurs actions correctives à mettre en oeuvre, en changeant la position de fin de course de l'organe pousseur (6), si la vérification précédente a détecté un écart de l'impression par rapport à l'enveloppe (3), de manière à ce qu'à l'issue desdites actions, l'impression de l'enveloppe (3) suivante soit dans la position prédéterminée ou présente une différence par rapport à cette dernière position qui est inférieure à l'écart détecté.
- Le procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'organe pousseur (6), durant les actions correctives, est activé par les moyens de contrôle (11) de manière à ce qu'il atteigne une position de fin de course (A+) située au-delà de la position de référence (Ao), suite à une détection retardée d'une section de référence d'une des impressions par les moyens capteurs (10).
- Le procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'organe pousseur (6) est activé par les moyens de contrôle (11) de manière à ce qu'il atteigne une position de fin de course (A-), située avant la position de référence (Ao), suite à une détection anticipée d'une section de référence d'une des impressions par les moyens capteurs (10).
