Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein schallabsorbierendes Element, das aus mehreren Schichten besteht und zumindest in einer Schicht Ausnehmungen aufweist.
Derartige schallabsorbierende Elemente, auch als sog. "Akustikplatten" bezeichnet, sind in den unterschiedlichsten Ausführungsformen im Stand der Technik bekannt. Derartige Platten umfassen Ausgestaltungen mit durchgehenden Löchern, von der Sichtseite her abgesetzten, durchgehenden Schlitzen oder ähnlichen Ausnehmungen. Auch sind längs- und/oder quer gerillte Platten bekannt, wobei die Frontseite der Platte längs gerillt, die Rückseite der Platte dahingegen quer gerillt ist.
Ziel derartiger Akustikplatten ist neben der allgemeinen Geräuschdämmung u.a. die Verminderung oder vollständige Eliminierung von Nachhalleffekten des Schalls vor allem in Räumlichkeiten mit einem hohen Schallreflexionsvermögen, wie beispielsweise in Mehrzweckhallen, Museen und dergleichen. Besondere Einsatzgebiete dieser Elemente finden sich auch in Konzertsälen, wobei über eine entsprechende Ausgestaltung der Sichtseite dieser Akustikplatten auch zusätzlich ästhetischen Gesichtspunkten Rechnung getragen wird.
Beispielsweise ist aus DE 299 11 495 U1 ein mehrschichtiges schallabsorbierendes Element bekannt, das Ausnehmungen in zumindest einer Schicht aufweist. Bei dem hieraus bekannten dreischichtigen Aufbau sind in einer Zwischenschicht parallel verlaufende Schlitze vorgesehen, wobei der Schall über Mikroperforationen in das Bauteil eingeleitet wird.
Weitere schallaborbierende Bauteile sind aus DE-OS 19 10 318 und DE 18 28 831 U1 bekannt.
Ein die Nachhallzeiten des Schalls verringerndes Element ist beispielsweise aus der deutschen Offenlegungsschrift DE 195 05 025 bekannt. In dieser ist ein plattenförmiges Element offenbart, dessen Oberseite mit einer Vielzahl von sich parallel in das Element hinein erstreckenden Nuten versehen ist, wohingegen die Rückseite des Elements eine Reihe von Bohrungen aufweist, die auf die jeweilige Nut in der Frontseite ausgerichtet sind, so dass sich entsprechende Schalldurchtrittsöffnungen ergeben. Die Herstellung eines derartigen Elements, insbesondere das Fräsen der Nuten und das Setzen der Bohrungen, erfolgt in vielen einzelnen Arbeitsschritten, was sich als zeit- und kostenintensiv erweist.
Weiterhin ist aus der EP 0 745 738 B1 bekannt, einen Dreischicht-Massivholz-Aufbau zu verwenden, wobei die Faserrichtung der Deckschichten vorgegeben ist, und wobei mindestens eine Deckschicht Nuten aufweist, die in Kontakt mit quer dazu verlaufenden Nuten der darunter liegenden Mittelschicht stehen.
Ausgehend von diesem Stand der Technik ist es die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, ein alternatives schallabsorbierendes Element zu schaffen, das sich wirtschaftlich in wenigen effizienten Arbeitsschritten herstellen lässt und das zugleich individuell durch einfache Maßnahmen bei seiner Herstellung an die Anforderungen der zu erzielenden Schallabsorption angepasst werden kann.
Gelöst werden diese Aufgaben durch die Merkmale des Anspruches 1. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
Gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung ist der Grad der erzielbaren Schallabsorption lediglich abhängig von der Anzahl der Schlitze pro Schicht, deren Schlitzbreite sowie deren Abstände zueinander und davon, welche Schichten des Elements mit Schlitzen versehen sind. Bei deren Fertigung ist daher lediglich das Fräs- oder Hobelwerkzeug umzustellen bzw. auszutauschen. Die Verfahrensschritte als solche bleiben unberührt.
Somit beruht ein wesentlicher Vorteil des schallabsorbierenden Elements gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung auf der Tatsache, dass durch die Anordnung von Schlitzen in den unterschiedlichen Schichten und durch deren unterschiedliche geometrische bzw. größenmäßige Ausgestaltung eine Variabilität geschaffen wird, die zur Auslegung akustischer Probleme, je nach Einsatzgebiet des erfindungsgemäßen Elements, herangezogen werden kann, ohne dass dabei das Herstellungsverfahren wesentlich abgeändert werden muss und so die Wirtschaftlichkeit durch zusätzliche Arbeitsschritte beeinträchtigt wird. Mit anderen Worten bedeutet dies, dass unabhängig von der Schlitzanzahl bzw. der Schlitzbreite in der Frontplatte oder der Rückplatte das Element stets in effizienter Weise zu fertigen ist.
Die so gefertigten plattenförmigen Elemente können zur Anordnung an Decken und Wänden im Nachhinein entsprechend zugeschnitten werden, wobei die Befestigungsseite, die durch die Rückplatte des Elements gebildet wird, mit entsprechenden Verbindungsmechanismen, gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von Unterkonstruktionen, zusammenwirkt.
Ein derartiges Akustikelement wird vorzugsweise aus Holzwerkstoffen angefertigt. Insbesondere sollen bei den Elementen gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung sog. MDF (Medium Density Fiber) - Platten zum Einsatz kommen. Zur Vermeidung einer Brandgefahr sind auch die Verwendung von Zement- oder Gipskomponenten als Plattenmaterial denkbar. Die Platten können dabei jeweils einstückig sein.
Die Schlitze der Platten liegen beispielsweise in einem Bereich von 9 bis 12 mm, richten sich vorzugsweise jedoch nach den gewünschten Absorptionsgrad des jeweiligen Einsatzortes. Der Gestaltung der Oberseite der Frontplatte als Sichtseite des Elements sind gestalterisch keine Grenzen gesetzt. So können die Platten insbesondere mit einem Holzfurnier versehen sein. Weiterhin kann die Frontplatte mit einer auf dieser angeordneten HPL (High Pressure Laminate)- oder mit Melaminharzpapier beschichtete Schicht verpresst sein. Die Schlitze können dabei neben rechteckigen Querschnitten auch andere Querschnittformen umfassen.
Vorteile und weitere Merkmale des Elements gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung ergeben sich aus den in der beiliegenden Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen und deren Beschreibung. Die in der Zeichnung dargestellten und in den Ansprüchen sowie in der Beschreibung erwähnten Merkmale sind jeweils einzeln für sich oder in beliebiger Kombination erfindungswesentlich.
Die einzige Figur zeigt ein Element, das im Wesentlichen eine rechteckförmige Form aufweist. Das Element 1 ist sandwichartig aus zwei deckungsgleichen Schichten zusammengesetzt. Es umfasst hierbei eine Frontplatte 3 sowie eine Rückplatte 4, die der Frontplatte 3 gegenüberliegt zur Befestigung des Elements 1 an einer Wand, Decke oder dergleichen. Eine Oberfläche der Frontplatte 3 bildet dabei die Sichtseite 3s des Elements 1.
Im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Frontplatte 3 zum einen mit ersten Schlitzen 5 versehen, die ausgehend von der Sichtseite 3s der Frontplatte 3 in diese durch Fräsen oder Hobeln eingebracht worden sind.
Des Weiteren weist die Frontplatte Schlitze 6 auf, die von der der Sichtseite 3s gegenüberliegenden Seite der Frontplatte 3 in diese eingebracht sind und die quer zu den Schlitzen 5 verlaufen. Die Schlitze 5 in der Frontplatte 3 sind dabei in einem bestimmten Abstand parallel zueinander angebracht, ebenfalls wie die Schlitze 6, die quer hierzu verlaufen. Die Schlitze 5 bzw. 6 weisen dabei eine solche Tiefe auf, dass sie sich unter Ausbildung einer Schalldurchtrittsöffnung 8 schneiden. In diesen Schalldurchtrittsöffnungen 8 wird der Schall aufgefangen und hin und her reflektiert, wodurch eine Schallabsorptionswirkung auftritt.
Im hier gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel weist darüber hinaus auch die Rückplatte 4 Schlitze 7 auf, die sich bis zu einer Tiefe unterhalb der Dicke der Rückplatte 4 erstrecken, d. h. die Schlitze 7 weisen eine solche Tiefe auf, dass sie sich in die Frontplatte 3 hinein erstrecken, so dass sie die quer zu ihnen verlaufenden Schlitze 6 schneiden und so Schalldurchtrittsöffnungen 8 an den jeweiligen Schnittstellen ausbilden. Hierbei liegen sich in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel die Schlitze 7 und 5 gegenüber und weisen im Wesentlichen die gleiche Nutbreite auf. Es werden somit Schalldurchtrittsöffnungen 8 geschaffen, die sich über beide Plattenschichten erstrecken und so die gesamte Dicke des Elements 1 durchsetzen. Hierdurch werden größere Räume geschaffen, in denen der Schall auffangbar ist. Ist das Element 1 auf einer Unterkonstruktion einer Wand angeordnet und weist zu dieser einen gewissen Abstand auf, stehen den Schallwellen weitere Absorptionsräume zur Verfügung.
Die Ausführungsform des Elements 1 zeichnet sich durch eine relativ einfache konstruktive Gestaltung aus. Dabei werden zunächst die Schlitze 6 an der der Sichtseite 3s gegenüberliegenden Seite der Frontplatte 3 mittels einer Hobel- oder Fräsmaschine in die Frontplatte 3 eingebracht und sodann die Platten 3,4 miteinander verklebt bzw. verpresst. Durch entsprechende Werkzeuggestaltung können dann sowohl die Schlitze 7 der Rückplatte 4 und die Schlitze 5 der Frontplatte 3 als auch mögliche Nuten und Federn auf einander gegenüberliegenden Kantseiten des Elementes 1 in einem einzigen Arbeitsgang gefertigt werden.
Die einzelnen Elemente 1 können bei der Montage über nichtdargestellte Nut-Feder-Verbindungen verbunden werden.

Claims (7)

  1. Mehrschichtiges schallabsorbierendes Element mit Ausnehmungen zumindest in einer Schicht, mit einem zweischichtigen Aufbau umfassend eine Frontplatte (3), die in einem bestimmten Abstand parallel zueinander verlaufende Schlitze (5) an ihrer eine Sichtseite (3s) des Elements (1) bildenden Seite aufweist und eine die Befestigungsseite des Elements (1) bildenden Rückplatte (4), wobei die Frontplatte (3) auf ihrer der Sichtseite (3s) gegenüberliegenden Seite in einem bestimmten Abstand parallel zueinander und im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu den Schlitzen (5) der Sichtseite (3s) der Frontplatte (3) verlaufende Schlitze (6) besitzt, und wobei sich die Schlitze (6) und die Schlitze (5) der Frontplatte (3) unter Ausbildung von Schalldurchtrittsöffnung (8) schneiden.

Element nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch Schlitze (7) in der Rückplatte (4), die in einem bestimmten Abstand parallel zueinander und im wesentlichen senkrecht zu den Schlitzen (6) der Frontplatte (3) verlaufen, wobei sich die Schlitze (7) der Rückplatte (4) von deren Oberfläche bis zu einer Tiefe unterhalb deren Dicke bis in die Frontplatte (3) hinein erstrecken, so dass sich die Schlitze (7) der Rückplatte (4) und die Schlitze (6) der Frontplatte (3) unter Ausbildung einer Schalldurchtrittsöffnung (8) schneiden.
  3. Element nach Anspruch 2, gekennzeichnet durch Schlitze (5) in der Frontplatte (3) und Schlitze (7) in der Rückplatte (4), die sich einander deckungsgleich gegenüberliegen.
  4. Element nach Anspruch 3, gekennzeichnet durch Schlitze (5) in der Frontplatte (3) und Schlitze (7) in der Rückplatte (4), die sich einander gegenüberliegen, wobei die Schlitzbreite der Schlitze (7) der Rückplatte (4) größer als die Schlitzbreite der Schlitze (5) der Frontplatte (3) ist.
  5. Element nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch eine Schlitzbreite der Schlitze (5) der Frontplatte (3), die zumindest der Schlitzbreite der Schlitze (6) der Frontplatte (3) entspricht.

Element nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlitzbreite der Schlitze (5) der Frontplatte (3) und/oder der Schlitze (6) der Frontplatte (3) und/oder der Schlitze (7) der Rückplatte (4) sowie die Abstände zwischen den jeweiligen Schlitzen (5, 6, 7) in Abhängigkeit des zu erzielenden Schallabsorptionsgrads ausgelegt sind.
  7. Element nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Nut auf wenigstens einer Kantenseite des Elements (1) und einer komplementär ausgestalteten Feder auf der jeweils gegenüberliegenden Kantenseite des Elements (1).
