Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Siebpartie (1) zur Herstellung einer mehrlagigen Faserstoffbahn (2), insbesondere einer Papier-, Karton- oder Tissuebahn, aus mindestens einer Faserstoffsuspension (3.1, 3.2), mit einem Band (4), auf dem mindestens eine erste Faserstofflage (5) einläuft, mit einer Doppelsiebpartie (6) mit einem ersten und einem zweiten Sieb (Obersieb, Untersieb) (7, 8), in der eine zweite Faserstofflage (9) hergestellt wird, und mit einem Zusammenführungsabschnitt (10) mit einem unteren Scheitelpunkt (11), in dem die erste und die zweite Faserstofflage (5, 9) unter Herstellung einer mehrlagigen Faserstoffbahn (2) zusammengeführt werden, wobei die Doppelsiebpartie (6) in Laufrichtung (L) des Bands (4) vor dem Zusammenführungsabschnitt (10) angeordnet ist und wobei die zweite Faserstofflage (9) auf dem ersten Sieb (Obersieb) (7) in den Zusammenführungsabschnitt (10) unter einem Winkel (α) gegenüber dem Band (4) einläuft, der kleiner als 90° ist.
Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band (4) vor Erreichen des Zusammenführungsabschnitts (10) über mindestens eine Umlenkeinrichtung (23) derart nach unten verläuft, dass der untere Scheitelpunkt (11) des Zusammenführungsabschnitts (10) unter der Ebene (E) des Bands (4) vor Erreichen des Zusammenführungsabschnitts (10) liegt.
