  • the magnet coil 10 is in a coil housing 11 encapsulated and wound on a bobbin 12, which bears against an inner pole 13 of the magnet coil 10.
  • the Inner pole 13 and outer pole 9 are through a constriction 26 separated from each other and not by one another ferromagnetic connecting member 29 connected.
  • the Solenoid 10 is connected via a line 19 from one to the other an electrical plug contact 17 feedable electrical Current excited.
  • the plug contact 17 is one Surround plastic sheath 18 on the inner pole 13th can be
  • the valve needle 3 is in a valve needle guide 14 led, which is disc-shaped.
  • a paired shim 15 is used for stroke adjustment the other side of the shim 15 is the Anchor 20.
  • This stands over a first flange 21 non-positively in connection with the valve needle 3, which through a weld seam 22 with the first flange 21 connected is.
  • One is supported on the first flange 21 Return spring 23, which in the present design of the Fuel injection valve 1 through an adjusting sleeve 24 Bias is brought.
  • the position of the adjusting sleeve 24 is for the bias the return spring 23 and thus for the dynamic Flow rate through the fuel injector 1 responsible.

  • an inner sleeve 34 which is also pot-shaped with a bottom 35, in an eccentric bore 36 is attached.
  • the Inner sleeve 34 is dimensioned so that it means a snap ring 39 can be fixed in the adjusting sleeve 24.
  • the adjusting sleeve 24 is slotted accordingly executed to the assembly of the inner sleeve 34 with the Allow snap ring 39.
  • the flow rate is set accordingly against the holding force of the snap ring 39.
  • the eccentric holes 36 and 38 are so in the bottoms 35 and 37 aligned that they have a common axis exhibit.
  • the inner sleeve 34 has an engagement surface 40 for a corresponding tool, for example a polygon, by means of which the inner sleeve 34 is rotatable.
  • the adjusting sleeve 24 is first so far pressed into the fuel injector 1 until a corresponding tension of the return spring 23 desired value of the dynamic flow has been reached.
  • the static flow rate is between one unthrottled value with complete overlap of the Holes 36 and 38 and a minimum value at an almost closed aperture cross section 41 variable.
  • This arrangement is particularly advantageous Possibility of static and dynamic flow through fuel injector 1 independently of each other adjust so that the steps described above can also be carried out in reverse order.
  • Fig. 3 is a cross section through the adjusting sleeve 24 and the inner sleeve 34 shown, the section along the Line III-III in Fig. 2 is guided.
  • the aperture cross section 41 can be changed at any time possible by removing the filter element 25 from the fuel supply 16 is removed and the inner sleeve 34 opposite the Adjusting sleeve 24 rotated with a suitable tool becomes.
  • the fuel injector 1 does not need to be expanded in its entirety, components still need from the fuel injection valve 1 for setting the Flows are removed.
