Claims (11)
- Falschkantenbildungsvorrichtung für Textilwebmaschinen von der Art mit einer Antriebswelle, die dazu eingerichtet ist, eine alternierende Drehbewegung auszuführen und einem Paar von Anordnungen von Litzen zum Bewegen der Kettfäden, verbunden mit der Antriebswelle mittels jeweiliger Transmissionsmittel für eine reziproke Bewegung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transmissionsmittel in der Form eines Paares von Leinen (6) ist, die einerseits mit den oberen Enden der Litzen (9) und andererseits in Richtung auf zwei gegenüberliegende Punkte eines Rotationselements (2), das an der Antriebswelle befestigt ist, konvergieren, wobei die unteren Enden der Litzen durch Spannmittel (11) rückgehalten werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Leinen (6) durch Durchgangslöcher einer Fadenführungsplatte (8) verlaufen, die zwischen den Enden der Litzen (9) und dem Rotationselement (2) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Spannmittel (11) nachgiebige Mittel aufweist, die an einer Klemme (10) fixiert sind, die unterhalb der Litzen auf den gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Leinen angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Klemme (10) an einem distalen Ende eines Extensionsarms (1a) einstückig mit einer Basisplatte (1), auf der das Rotationselement (2) drehbar montiert ist, fixiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Klemme (10) in ihrer Position auf dem Arm (1a) einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 3 bis 5, wobei die nachgiebigen Mittel Torsionsfedern sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Spannmittel Reversierungsmittel (14, 15) sind, die die unteren Enden der beiden Anordnungen von Litzen (2) miteinander verbinden, um die Richtung der Übertragung einer Kraft umzusteuern.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Reversierungsmittel in der Form eines Strangs sind, der um eine Scheibe (15) angeordnet ist und deren Enden mit den beiden Anordnungen von Litzen verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Scheibe (15) an einem Stützelement (16) montiert ist, das durch nachgiebige Mittel belastet wird, die der Spannung, die auf die Litzen durch das Drehelement aufgebracht wird, entgegen wirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Drehelement (2) im wesentlichen in Form eines Rades bestehend aus zwei Abschnitten (2a, 2b)ist, von denen der eine mit dem anderen unter Aufbringung von Kraft verbunden werden kann, um so zwischen Verbindungsmittel (5) an den Enden der konvergierenden Bündel (6) einzugreifen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Verbindungsmittel in der Form eines Strangs (5) sind, der an dem Rad (2) befestigt ist und deren Enden mit den beiden konvergierenden Bündeln von Leinen verbunden sind.
