Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Vliesstoffes, vvobei eine Lage aus Filamenten von einem Spunbond-Turm auf einer Fördereinrichtung abgelegt wird und die Lage mittels Druckwasserstrahlen verfestigt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lage verfestigt wird, während sie über ein Förderelement, das eine geringere Luftdurchlässigkeit als die erste Fördereinrichtung aufweist, läuft.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lage während ihres Übergangs von der Fördereinrichtung auf das Förderelement abgebremst wird.
- Anlage zur Herstellung eines Vliesstoffes, umfassend einen Spunbond-Turm (1), der eine Lage aus Filamenten auf einer Fördereinrichtung (2) ablegt, sowie Mittel (6) zum Verfestigen der über ein erstes Förderelement (5) laufenden Lage durch Verschlingen mittels Wasserstrahlen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Förderelement (5) eine geringere Luftdurchlässigkeit als die Fördereinrichtung (2) aufweist und die Anlage Mittel (4) umfasst, die dazu bestimmt sind, die Filamentlage auf das erste Förderelement (5) zu überführen, wobei diese Mittel ein zweites Förderelement (4) umfassen, das eine Vorrichtung zum Unterdruckbeaufschlagen, welche die Lage an der Außenseite des ersten Förderelements (5) hält, aufweist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Förderelement eine Trommel (4) oder eine Fördereinrichtung ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördereinrichtung eine Luftdurchlässigkeit im Bereich zwischen 500 und 1.100 CFM (14,1 und 31 m3/Min.) aufweist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 3, 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Förderelement (5) eine Luftdurchlässigkeit im Bereich zwischen 50 und 500 CFM (1,41 und 14,1 m3/Min.) aufweist
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördereinrichtung (2) ein Mehrlagengewebe ist, während das erste Förderelement (5) ein Einlagengewebe ist.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Fördereinrichtung (2) die Lage direkt auf die Mittel (4) schickt, welche dazu bestimmt sind, die Filamentlage zu überführen.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Förderelement (5) eine Ansaugvorrichtung (7) umfasst, die für das Überführen der Lage mit den Mitteln (4) zusammenwirkt, um den Übergang der Lage von den Mitteln (4) auf das erste Förderelement (5) zu erleichtern.
