Claims (24)
- Système d'ouverture et de fermeture pour des machines (1) à laver et/ou à sécher du type comportant une structure de support (2) et un ensemble à cuve/panier pourvu d'une ouverture de chargement (3) ou pour un four de cuisson comportant une structure de support (2) ayant une ouverture de chargement (3), dans lequel ledit système d'ouverture comporte un rebord qui définit ladite ouverture de chargement (3) et une porte (5) montée sur ladite structure de support (2) et mobile entre une position ouverture, qui permet d'accéder à l'ouverture de chargement (3), et une position fermée, dans laquelle une surface de contact (6) de la porte (5) adhère audit rebord, fermant ladite ouverture de chargement (3) d'une manière étanche, caractérisé en ce que la porte (5) est montée sur la structure de support (2) de manière à être fixée en rotation et à pouvoir coulisser entre ladite position ouverte et ladite position fermée suivant une direction de coulissement (S), et en ce que la surface de contact (6) et le rebord sont sensiblement parallèles entre eux et inclinés par rapport à ladite direction de coulissement (S) afin de produire dans la position fermée une butée de fin de course étanche.
- Système d'ouverture selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit rebord est formé d'un joint (4) d'étanchéité qui entoure ladite ouverture de chargement (3).
- Système d'ouverture selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le chemin de coulissement de la porte (5) est sensiblement rectiligne.
- Système d'ouverture selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, dans lequel ladite surface de contact (6) forme un angle compris entre 1° et 10°, avantageusement de 4°, avec la direction de coulissement (S) de la porte (5).
- Système d'ouverture selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite direction de coulissement (S) de la porte (5) s'étend sensiblement parallèlement à une paroi avant (7) de la structure de support (2).
- Système d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la porte (5) comporte une plaque (8) qui est sensiblement plate et inclinée par rapport à la direction de coulissement (S), et dont la surface tournée vers l'intérieur de la structure de support (2) forme ladite surface de contact (6).
- Système d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la porte (5) comporte des éléments de coulissement (10, 10') qui sont retenus de façon coulissante par des guides de coulissement (11, 11') associés à ladite structure de support (2).
- Système d'ouverture selon la revendication 7, dans lequel la porte (5) comporte deux premiers éléments de coulissement (10), avantageusement des roues, espacés dans la direction de coulissement (S) et associés respectivement à l'un (9) de deux côtés latéraux opposés (9, 9') de la porte (5) et deux seconds éléments de coulissement (10'), avantageusement des roues, espacés dans la direction de coulissement (S) et associés respectivement à l'autre (9') desdits deux côtés latéraux opposés (9, 9') de la porte (5), lesdits guides de coulissement (11, 11') comprenant deux guides parallèles de coulissement (11, 11') qui retiennent de façon coulissante lesdits premiers et seconds éléments de coulissement (10).
- Système d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite porte (5) présente une surface extérieure (12) tournée vers le côté extérieur de la structure de support (2), ladite surface extérieure (12) étant sensiblement parallèle à ladite paroi avant (7).
- Système d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, dans lequel lesdits guides de coulissement (11, 11') sont des profilés métalliques rectilignes ayant une section transversale en forme de U ou en forme de C.
- Système d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la direction de coulissement (S) de la porte (5) est sensiblement verticale par rapport à la position de fonctionnement de la machine à laver (1).
- Système d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comportant un panneau (13) de capot associé à, ou formé par, la paroi avant (7) et pourvu d'une ouverture (14) en alignement avec l'ouverture de chargement (3), dans lequel la porte (5) est disposée entre ledit panneau de capot (13) et l'ensemble à cuve/panier d'une manière telle que, dans la position ouverte, la porte (5) est recouverte au moins partiellement par le panneau de capot (13) et, dans la position fermée, la porte (5) est disposée en alignement avec l'ouverture (14) dudit panneau de capot (13).
- Système d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comportant des moyens d'actionnement automatique (15, 16), avantageusement un moteur électrique (15) relié à la porte (5) au moyen d'un câble souple (16), pour l'actionnement de ladite porte (5).
- Système d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comportant des moyens de freinage (17, 18) capables de freiner et/ou d'amortir et/ou d'équilibrer le mouvement de coulissement de la porte (5) entre la position fermée et la position ouverte.
- Système d'ouverture selon la revendication 14, dans lequel lesdits moyens de freinage (17, 18, 19) comprennent un ou plusieurs contrepoids (17), reliés à la porte (5) au moyen d'un câble souple (18) passant autour d'une poulie (19), de manière à exercer une force dans la direction de coulissement (S) opposée au poids de la porte (5).
- Système d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la surface intérieure (29) du joint d'étanchéité (4), qui est avantageusement renforcée et résistante à l'abrasion, et la surface de contact (6) de la porte (5) définissent un espace supplémentaire (20) pour le linge devant être lavé.
- Système d'ouverture selon la revendication 16, dans lequel la surface de contact (6) de la porte (5) est courbée vers l'extérieur afin d'augmenter le volume dudit espace supplémentaire (20).
- Système d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la porte (5) comporte une partie à fenêtre sensiblement transparente, prévue pour être placée au-dessus de l'ouverture de chargement (3).
- Système d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la porte (5) comporte une partie de bâti sensiblement opaque, qui peut être placée au-dessus du joint d'étanchéité (4).
- Système d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le joint d'étanchéité (4) comporte, dans sa partie tournée vers la position ouverte de la porte (5), en particulier dans la partie inférieure, des moyens de renfort (23) pour renforcer le joint d'étanchéité (4).
- Système d'ouverture selon la revendication 20, dans lequel lesdits moyens de renfort (23) comprennent une partie surépaissie (23).
- Système d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite porte comporte une plaque de verre ou analogue supportée par un élément de bâti.
- Machine à laver et/ou à sécher (1), comportant un système d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- Four de cuisson (1) comportant une structure de support (2) et une ouverture (3) de chargement ou d'accès, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un système d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 22.
