Abstract

L'invention concerne un élément profilé pour parties constitutives aéro- ou hydrodynamiques, sous forme de corps de rotation, de dispositifs d'écoulement ou similaires, qui tirent de l'énergie de manière mécanique d'un fluide ou introduisent de l'énergie dans un fluide. Cet élément profilé est obtenu par façonnage spatial à partir d'une découpe de matériau plan. La découpe plane (1) se présente sous forme de face semi-circulaire (K), une partie saillante semi-circulaire partant d'une extrémité située sur le diamètre (d) se raccorde à la ligne semi-circulaire (b) et une découpe également semi-circulaire partant de l'autre extrémité située sur le diamètre (d). La somme des diamètres de la partie saillante et de la découpe correspond au diamètre de la surface semi-circulaire (K), de sorte que les lignes semi-circulaires de la partie saillante et de la découpe se raccordent approximativement en S et que cette pièce découpée soit façonnée ou assemblée pour donner lieu à l'élément voulu, par façonnage spatial, par exemple par cintrage, torsion, séparation, chevauchement, assemblage, etc., en soi ou en combinaison avec des pièces découpées identiques ou se complétant pour former un cercle entier et/ou avec un ou plusieurs corps porteurs complémentaires de forme appropriée, par ex. des sphères ou des arbres.
