Claims (6)
- Spulenanordnung für einen Münzprüfer, insbesondere zum Prüfen von Bicolormünzen, mit einer Sende- und Empfangsspule in länglicher Rechteckform, die quer zur Laufrichtung der Münzen erstreckt sind, wobei die Empfangsspule in einen oberen und einen unteren Abschnitt unterteilt ist und der obere Abschnitt so weit oberhalb der Münzlaufbahn erstreckt ist, dass er von der Münze mit dem kleinsten Durchmesser nur teilweise abgedeckt ist, während der untere Abschnitt bis an die Münzlaufbahn heranreicht oder etwas über diese hinaussteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Empfangsspule eine einteilige Ferritschale (30) aufweist mit einem zylindrischen Kernabschnitt (42, 44) für den unteren Abschnitt und einem ovalen oder länglichen Kernabschnitt (50) oberhalb des zylindrischen Kernabschnitts (42, 44), ferner ein länglicher Spulenkörper (60) vorgesehen ist, der an der Ferritschale (30) anbringbar ist, die Spulenwicklung auf dem länglichen Spulenkörper (60) sich über den zylindrischen Kernabschnitt (42, 44) nach unten erstreckt und ein getrennter, im Wesentlichen runder Spulenkörper mit Spulenwicklung vorgesehen ist, der innerhalb des länglichen Spulenkörpers (60) auf dem zylindrischen Kernabschnitt (42, 44) angeordnet ist.
- Spulenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei vertikal beabstandete zylindrische Kernabschnitte (42, 44) vorgesehen sind, auf denen jeweils ein runder Spulenkörper (80) angeordnet ist.
- Spulenanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (32) der Ferritschale (30) einen Durchbruch (46, 48) aufweist für die Hindurchführung von zwei Anschlusskontakten (88, 90) für die Spule des runden Spulenkörpers (80).
- Spulenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der ovale oder längliche Kernabschnitt (50) hohl ausgebildet ist.
- Spulenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spulenkörper (60, 80) einen radialen Ansatz (66, 84) aufweisen mit zwei parallelen Öffnungen, deren Achsen parallel zur Achse der Spulenwicklungen verläuft und die Öffnungen jeweils einen winkligen Stift (70, 72 bzw. 88, 90) aufnehmen, dessen vertikaler Schenkel mit einem Ende der Spulenwicklung und dessen horizontaler Schenkel mit einem Anschluss für eine Schaltungsanordnung bildet.
- Spulenanordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Draht der Stifte (70, 72 bzw. 88, 90) im Querschnitt rechteckig ist und die Öffnungen im Querschnitt kreisförmig sind.
