Description
Claims (8)
- Schleifhandwerkzeugmaschine, insbesondere Schwingschleifer (10), mit einem plattenartigen Schleifblattträger (14), an dessen Arbeitsfläche (15) ein Schleifblatt (16) abstützbar ist, wobei gegenüberliegende Schleifblattenden (17, 19) am Schleifblattträger (14) mittels daran angeordneter Klemmmittel (20, 23) festhaltbar sind, wobei als Klemmmittel (20, 23) ein Hebel mit am Schleifblattträger (14) angeordneter Schwenkachse (24) dient, der einenends einen sich am Schleifblattträger (14) abstützenden Klemmbacken (22) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schleifblatt (16) zum Bestücken der Schleifhandwerkzeugmaschine (10) zwischen den Klemmbacken (22) und den Schleifblattträger (14) entgegen der elastischen Vorspannung des Klemmbackens (22) einschiebbar ist, wobei der Klemmbacken (22) nur durch Berühren mit dem Schleifblatt (16), insbesondere mit einem der Schleifblattenden (17, 19), öffenbar ist, das bei Bewegen entgegen der Einschieberichtung infolge dieser Bewegung selbsttätig arretierbar ist.
- Schleifhandwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klemmbacken (22) um eine Achse (24) schwenkbar gelagert ist und daß die Außenkontur des Klemmbackens (22) von der Achse (24) ausgehend nach außen gewölbt verläuft, wobei der Krümmungsradius zum freien Ende hin kleiner wird, so daß die Klemmkraft proportional zu einer das Schleifblatt (16) zu lösen suchenden Zugkraft zunimmt.
- Schleifhandwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schleifblatt (16) nach vorherigem Auslenken des Klemmbackens (22) entgegen der Klemmrichtung entnehmbar ist.
- Schleifhandwerkzeugmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klemmbacken (22) eine Außenkontur hat, deren größter Abstand zur Schwenkachse (24) größer als der Abstand zwischen Schwenkachse (24) und Oberseite des Schleifblattträgers (14) ist und daß der Klemmbacken (22) zum Rand des Schleifblattträgers (14) hin elastisch drehvorgespannt sich an einer Seite (13) des Schleifblattträgers (14), insbesondere lotrecht unter der Schwenkachse (24), abstützt.
- Schleifhandwerkzeugmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klemmbacken (22) zur Freigabe eines eingespannten Schleifblatts (16), insbesondere mittels Drucktaste (121), in seine Löseposition entgegen der Klemmrichtung, insbesondere entgegen einer Federkraft, bewegbar ist.
- Schleifhandwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klemmbacken (22) zumindest teilweise aus elastischem, gummiartigem Werkstoff besteht.
- Schleifhandwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich eine Feder (26) am Spannmittel (20) abstützt und dieses vorspannt.
- Schleifhandwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klenmmittel (20, 23) auf der Oberseite des Schleifblattträgers (14) angeordnet und das Schleifblatt (16) an dessen Unterseite abstützbar ist.
