Claims (12)
- Anordnung zur Befestigung eines Bandes für Türen, Fenster und dergleichen an einem ein Hohlprofil (10') umfassenden Rahmen (10) (feststehender Rahmen oder Flügelrahmen),
wobei das Band ein Rahmenbandteil und ein Flügelbandteil umfaßt, die durch einen parallel zur Längsrichtung des Hohlprofils (10') angeordneten Bandbolzen schamierend aneinander gelagert sind,
wobei das Hohlprofil (10') an einer Außenwandung eine in seiner Längsrichtung verlaufende, nach außen offene C-Nut (12) aufweist, in die ein im Bereich eines der Bandteile sich erstreckendes Klemmstück (16) eingreift, welches mittels mindestens einer Schraube (15) gegen das Bandteil (Rahmenbandteil oder Flügelbandteil) anziehbar ist und dabei mindestens einen freien Schenkel (13, 14) des "C" zwischen sich und dem Bandteil einklemmt
und wobei an mindestens einer der unter der Klemmkraft aufeinandergedrückten Klemmflächen (21,1; 22,1; 23,25; 24,26) Mittel vorgesehen sind, die ein Verrutschen des Bandteils (20) gegenüber dem Rahmen (10) in Längsrichtung der C-Nut (12) verhindern,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Mittel von den beiderseitigen Klemmflächen (21,1; 22,1; 23,25; 24,26) separate streifenförmige Zwischenlagen (30) umfassen, die zwischen die beiderseitigen Klemmflächen (21,1; 22,1; 23,25; 24,26) eingefügt und mit einem beiderseitigen Oberflächenrelief versehen sind, welches sich mit den Erhöhungen in die beiderseitigen Klemmflächen (21,1; 22,1; 23,25; 24,26) eindrückt. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenlagen (30) in ihrer Länge und/oder Breite im wesentlichen den benachbarten Klemmflächen (21,1; 22,1; 23,25; 24,26) entsprechen.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenlagen (301, 302) quer zur Längsrichtung des Streifens (31, 33) gerippt sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheitel der Rippen (32, 34) scharfkantig sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheitel der Rippen (32) einander auf den beiden Seiten der Zwischenlage (301) gegenüberliegt.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheitel (35) der Rippen (34) auf der einen Seite Vertiefungen (36) zwischen den Rippen (34) auf der anderen Seite gegenüberliegen.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenlage (303) aus Blech besteht und daß das Oberflächenrelief durch den Grad (39) von beiden Seiten in die Zwischenlage (303) eingebrachter Durchstanzungen (38) gebildet ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenlage (304) aus einem Träger (43) besteht, in den Körner (42) aus einem harten, scharfkantigen Material derart inkorporiert sind, daß sie unter der Klemmkraft nach beiden Seiten in die dortigen Klemmflächen (21,1; 22,1; 23,25; 24,26) eintreten.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (43) aus einem flexiblen Material wie Kunststoff oder Papiermasse besteht.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Körner (42) des harten, scharfkantigen Materials aus gebrochenem Quarzsand, Stahlgries oder dergleichen bestehen.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenlagen (30) frei auf den Klemmflächen (21,1; 22,1; 23,25; 24,26) aufliegen.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenlage (30) auf mindestens einer Seite in einer flachen, in ihrem Querschnitt dem Querschnitt der Zwischenlage (30) entsprechenden Nut (27, 28, 29) der dortigen Klemmfläche (1, 26) angeordnet ist, deren Tiefe geringer als die wirksame Dicke der Zwischenlage (30) ist.
