Claims (12)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) für das Schneiden von Materialien in Platten, insbesondere Schiefer oder Glas, die mindestens ein Gestell (2) mit einem Schneidtisch (3) aufweist, der einen Längsschlitz (6) begrenzt, in dem eine auf einem über dem Schlitz (6) laufenden Schlitten (5) fixierte, aufrecht stehende Schneidklinge (4) läuft, wobei dieser Schlitten mittels eines Handgriffs (7) geführt ist, und wenigstens ein Teil aufweist, das Bestandteil des Gestells (2) ist oder mit dem letzteren verbunden ist, das eine Schneidkante (9) aufweist, das ein Anlageelement bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Schneidkante (9) außerhalb der durch den Schneidtisch (3) gebildeten Begrenzung erstreckt und dass das Gestell aus mindestens einem Längsträger (2A) besteht, der Traversen (2B) verbindet, welche die Bewegung des Schlittens (5) begrenzen, wobei der Rand mindestens eines Längsträgers (2A) die Schneidkante (9) bildet, die gleichzeitig das Anlageelement bildet.
  2. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Längsträger (2A) des Gestells, dessen Rand eine Schneidkante (9) bildet, die gleichzeitig das Anlageelement bildet, in einer Stellung über dem Schneidtisch (3) fixiert und zur letzteren derart verschoben ist, dass sich die Schneidkante (9) außerhalb der durch den Schneidtisch(3) gebildeten Begrenzung erstreckt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidkante (9) ein abgeschrägtes Profil aufweist.
  4. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gestell (2) aus mindestens zwei Längsträgern (2A) besteht, wobei die Längsträger (2A) jeweils durch ein Winkelprofil gebildet sind, die sich über dem Schneidtisch (3) befinden, während der Schenkel des Winkelprofils sich im wesentlichen im rechten Winkel zur Ebene der Schneidklinge (4) erstreckt, die während der Bewegung des Schlittens (5) auf Mitteln (10A), beispielsweise Führungsrollen, läuft, während zusätzliche Mittel (10B) zur Führung des Schlittens (5) an der Seite anliegen, die die Schneidkante des genannten Schenkels begrenzt.
  5. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Endanschlag (8) für den Schlitten (5) vorgesehen ist, um den Schlitten (5) nahe bei der Endstellung feststellen zu können, entsprechend einem Hochpunkt der Vorrichtung, wenn die Vorrichtung (1) geneigt ist, damit ein Raum zwischen dem gegenüberliegenden unteren Ende der Vorrichtung und dem genannten Schlitten (5) frei wird, um eine Hand frei zu haben, um das Schneiden der Materialien in Platten durchführen zu können.
  6. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (8) an der Endstellung an dem Gestell (2) ausgebildet ist und auf der vorgegebenen Bahn positioniert wird, gefolgt von einem auf dem Schlitten (5) montierten Zusatzorgan, wobei der Anschlag an der Endstellung und/oder das Zusatzorgan (9) durch eine Feder gespannt werden, um bei einem gegenseitigen Kontakt, ausgelöst durch die manuelle Bewegung des Schlittens (5), einzufahren oder sich zurück zu ziehen.
  7. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten (5) zwei Handgriffe (7A, 7B), die wechselweise von einem Linkshänder oder einem Rechtshänder verwendet werden können, und zwei Stellungen (P1, P2) für Endanschläge (8) aufweist, wobei jede Stellung (P1, P2) sich bei oder in der Nähe eines Endes des Schneidtisches (3) befindet und der Benutzung eines Griffs (7A, 7B) entspricht.
  8. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten zwei Handgriffe (7A, 7B) aufweist, deren Griffstellen (11A 11B) ein V bilden und die Ebene schneiden, welche die Schneideklinge (4) und den Laufschlitz (6) der Schneidklinge (4) durchquert.
  9. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwerpunkt der Griffstelle jedes Griffs (7A, 7B) sich im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu dem Längsschlitz (6) erstreckt.
  10. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einem der Enden des Schneidtisches(3) eine Schneidführung (13) in der Form einer Winkellehre fixiert werden kann, wobei die Schneidführung (13) einen gekrümmten Ausschnitt (14) aufweist, in dessen Innerem ein Feststellorgan (15) der Schneidführung angeordnet werden kann, das in die Lauf-Längsschlitz (6) der Schneideklinge (4) eingreift.
  11. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidführung (13) eine Drehachse (16) aufweist, damit der gewünschte Schneidewinkel vor der Feststellung der genannten Führung gewählt werden kann.
  12. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 10 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führung (13) an den Enden der Winkellehre Referenzoberflächen (17) umfasst, welche die Auflage für das jeweils zu zerschneidende Material bilden, wobei die Oberflächen (17) sich beidseitig des Durchgangs (18) der Schneideklinge (4) im Inneren der Winkellehre erstrecken.
