Definitions
- the present invention relates to an insert for arrangement between a Shoe and a foot with leg clothing.
- Shoe inserts can be used to warm the wearer's foot, Compensate for mismatches between the shoe and the wearer's foot, Absorb moisture from the wearer's foot and / or To avoid unpleasant smells.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object of an alternative Possibility to create the stability of leg wear within to raise a shoe.
- the anti-slip surface has a high static friction in relation to that with it Area in use of the insert in contact materials of the legwear so that the foot part of the leg wear when wearing the shoe maintains its position relative to the deposit. This way it will slip the material of the legwear in the shoe as well as a wrinkling of the Prevents leg wear.
- the Inlay in addition to the anti-slip surface facing the foot Use of the insert has the additional anti-slip surface facing the shoe.
- This lower non-slip surface has a high static friction on the material of the insole of the shoe, so that the insert during of wearing maintains their position relative to the shoe. That way the insert slips in the shoe and the insert folds prevented.
- the anti-slip surface is made of a material comprising an elastomer material is formed.
- the Anti-slip surface made of a material comprising a silicone material is.
- the silicone material can, for example, be a one-component silicone (for example with acetic acid as solvent) or a two-component silicone include.
- the anti-slip material that makes up the anti-slip surface facing the foot is formed, preferably with cotton as a friction partner a coefficient of static friction of at least about 0.5, in particular of at least about 0.9.
- the anti-slip material that makes up the anti-slip surface facing the shoe is formed, preferably with leather as a friction partner a coefficient of static friction of at least about 0, 5, in particular of at least about 0.9.
- the Anti-slip surface is provided with an embossed structure.
- the embossed structure includes bumps that match the surface of the legwear that is attached to the anti-slip surface, can interlock and thus the static friction between further increase the anti-slip surface and the leg clothing of the foot.
- the insert can be produced particularly easily and inexpensively if it is advantageously provided that the insert comprises a carrier material, which is provided with an anti-slip coating.

- This textile tape can be a natural fiber, in particular a cotton fiber, include.
- the textile band a chemical fiber, in particular a polyamide fiber.
- the anti-slip coating covers the mesh openings of the textile tape essentially completely covered.
- the textile tape areas has in which the mesh size is so large that between coated Threads of the tape through openings for the passage of air through the Insert are formed.
- Breathability of the insert is achieved through these through openings. Furthermore, it is possible through the through openings, moisture from to remove the leg clothing through the insert.
- the insole should be as thin as possible in order to prevent that in the shoe Not unnecessarily restricting available space, not unpleasant To create wearing sensations and to attract as little attention as possible.
- a thin carrier material is therefore preferably used for the insert.
- the carrier material has a thickness of at most about 1 mm, preferably at most about 0.7 mm, having.
- the anti-slip coating shouldn't be too thick to match the thickness of the Do not increase the insert and the weight of the same unnecessarily.
- the anti-slip coating essentially only depends on the Properties of the non-slip surface and not on the underlying volume on.
- the anti-slip coating Thickness of at most about 300 microns, preferably at most about 200 microns.
- the carrier material is formed only in one layer.
- the Insert a total thickness of at most about 1 mm, preferably of at most about 0.7 mm.
- the insert can be so flexible that it can be rolled up.
- the insert has through holes for air to pass through the insert has through.
- These through holes can be punched out or cut out, for example are generated from the material of the insert.
- the insert prefferably be a carrier material which already has sufficiently large through openings, so that these through openings by coating with an anti-slip Material cannot be closed completely.
- the Outer contour of the insert essentially the outer contour of a foot tread equivalent.
- the insert can also be any other, preferably a section of Have a corresponding outer contour.
- the insert for the left shoe is preferably essentially mirror-symmetrical trained to insert the right shoe. Both deposits are each designed asymmetrically to their longitudinal axis.

- the material of the anti-slip surface is washable Material is.
- the anti-slip surface has a sticky consistency.
- a set of inserts 102, designated as a whole by 100, shown in FIG. 1 is an insert 102a for a left shoe, the outer contour 104 the outer contour of the tread of a left human Corresponds to the foot, and an insert 102b for a right shoe, the Outer contour 104 of the outer contour of the tread of a right human Corresponds to the foot.
- each of the inserts 102a, 102b as a carrier material 106 is a textile band 108 made of cotton fibers, for example or can be woven from polyamide fibers.
- the band 108 has a thickness of, for example, approximately 500 ⁇ m to approximately 600 ⁇ m and is 110 on its top with an upper anti-slip coating 112 and on its underside 114 with a lower one Anti-slip coating 116 provided.
- the anti-slip coatings 112 and 116 have a thickness of, for example, approximately 150 ⁇ m each.
- the top 118 of the first anti-slip coating facing away from the carrier material 106 112 forms an upper non-slip surface 120 of the insert, which in the use of the insert with the legwear, in particular a pair of tights, a stocking, a knee-high or a thin pair Sock, facing the wearer's foot.
- the underside 120 of the lower anti-slip coating facing away from the carrier material 106 116 forms a lower anti-slip surface 120, which in the Facing the insole of the shoe.
- Anti-slip coatings 112 and 116 are formed from a material which has a high static friction with those materials with which the insert 102 comes into contact during use.
- the anti-slip coatings 112, 116 made of an elastomer material, preferably a silicone material, are formed.
- a one-component silicone (with Acetic acid as solvent) or a two-component silicone come.
- the mesh size of the textile belt 108 is in the first embodiment the insert 102 is chosen so small that the mesh openings of the band 108th are completely covered by the anti-slip coatings 112, 116, so that the insert 102 has a completely closed upper anti-slip surface 118 and has a completely closed lower anti-slip surface 120, which are both essentially flat.
- the insert 102 has a total thickness so small that it is essentially has no dimensional stability, but is flexible and adapts to the shape of the insole of the shoe on which it is placed,
- the lower anti-slip surface 120 shifts in use the insert 102 is not relative to the insole of the shoe, so the Insert 102 maintains its position relative to the shoe and does not wrinkle.
- the leg clothing comes Foot tread surface in contact with the upper anti-slip surface 118 insert 102.
- the anti-slip surfaces 118, 120 have a high static friction in relation on the materials in contact with these surfaces adhere to them Materials but not on, so that the legwear provided Can easily lift foot from insert 102 and insert 102 can easily be removed from the shoe if necessary.
- the insert 102 is produced as follows:
- a textile tape is made from, for example, a polyamide yarn a width of, for example, about 55 mm to about 50 mm.
- the polyamide fibers used for this can be white or in any the desired color.
