Claims (9)
- Formwerkzeug zur Herstellung eines umgeformten Endes eines Rohres (1), wobei mit dem umgeformten Ende, einem Verbindungsstutzen und einer Überwurfmutter eine Rohrverbindung herstellbar ist, und wobei das Formwerkzeug mindestens zwei Spannbacken (4) zur Festlegung des Rohres (1) an dessen äußeren Mantelfläche und einen Stauchkörper (3, 3', 3") aufweist, in den das umzuformende Ende des Rohres (1) vor dem Umformvorgang einsetzbar ist und der einen Boden (7, 7', 7") sowie einen in axiale Richtung vorstehenden, das Rohr (1) umschließenden Kragen (13) besitzt, wobei beim Umformvorgang über den Boden (7, 7', 7") in axiale Richtung eine Kraft in die zugeordnete Stirnfläche (5) des Rohres (1) einleitbar und dadurch das Ende des Rohres (1) radial nach außen verformbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (7, 7' 7") des Stauchkörpers (3, 3', 3") so geformt ist, dass im Zustand eines Kontakts zwischen dem Boden (7, 7', 7") und der Stirnfläche (5) des Rohres (1) aber vor dem Umformvorgang zwischen der Stirnfläche (5) des Rohres (1) und dem Boden (7, 7', 7") von der äußeren Umlaufkante (23) der Stirnfläche (5) aus gesehen ein Freiraum (11, 11', 11'') vorhanden ist.
- Formwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Innendurchmesser des Kragens (13) in Richtung von dem Boden (7, 7', 7") weg kontinuierlich vergrößert.
- Formwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die innere Mantelfläche (12) des Kragens (13) in einem an dem Boden (7, 7', 7") angrenzenden Bereich konisch geformt ist.
- Formwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannbacken (4) einen dem Stauchkörper (3, 3', 3") zugewandten Abschnitt aufweisen, in dem die innere Mantelfläche (18) einen Durchmesser besitzt, der größer als der Außendurchmesser des umzuformenden Rohres (1) ist.
- Formwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Übergang von dem Kragen (13) des Stauchkörpers (3, 3', 3") zu den Spannbacken (4) im Bereich der inneren Mantelflächen (12) der vorgenannten Teile stetig ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines umgeformten Endes eines Rohres, wobei mit dem umgeformten Ende, einem Verbindungsstutzen und einer Überwurfmutter eine Rohrverbindung herstellbar ist, mit den folgenden Verfahrensschritten:dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Teilbereich der Stirnfläche des Rohres entgegen der Stauchrichtung auf das Stauchwerkzeug zu verformt wird.a) Einspannen des Rohres mittels mindestens zwei an dessen äußerer Mantelfläche angreifenden Spannbacken,b) Einleiten einer in axiale Richtung des Rohres wirkenden Kraft in eine Stirnfläche des Rohres mittels eines Stauchkörpers,c) Stauchen des Endes des Rohres, wodurch die äußere Mantelfläche in einem an die Stirnfläche angrenzenden Bereich radial nach außen geformt wird,
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stirnfläche des Rohres ausgehend von ihrer äußeren Umlaufkante entgegen der Stauchrichtung verformt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äußere Mantelfläche des Endes des Rohres in einem Abschnitt konisch nach außen geformt wird, wobei der Durchmesser des konischen Abschnitts in Stauchrichtung zunimmt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rohrende auch im Bereich der Spannbacken radial nach außen verformt wird.
