Claims (8)
- Plattenförmiges schallabsorbierendes Element (1), umfassend ein plattenförmiges Kernmaterial, gebildet aus einer Holzspanplatte (2), welche mit einer plattenförmigen ersten Schicht (4) verbunden ist, die eine der beiden Oberflächen der Holzspanplatte (2) bedeckt, und welche mit einer plattenförmigen zweiten Schicht (5) verbunden ist, die die andere der beiden Oberflächen der Holzspanplatte (2) bedeckt, und die erste Schicht (4) und/oder die zweite Schicht (5) mit rasterartig angeordneten Löchern (6) versehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Holzspanplatte (2) mit längsverlaufenden, im wesentlichen parallel ausgerichteten Durchgangsöffnungen (3) versehen ist, welche eine Weite (W) aufweisen, die grösser ist, als das halbe Mass der Dicke (D) der Holzspanplatte (2), und dass die Löcher (3) eine Tiefe aufweisen, die so gross ist, dass diejenigen Löcher (3), die jeweils im Bereich einer Durchgangsöffnung (3) liegen, in diese münden.
- Plattenförmiges schallabsorbierendes Element nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit Durchgangsöffnungen (3) versehene Holzspanplatte (2) stranggepresst ist und die Durchgangsöffnungen (3) eine kreisrunde Querschnittsform aufweisen.
- Plattenförmiges schallabsorbierendes Element nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchgangsöffnungen (3) mittig in der Holzspanplatte (2) angeordnet sind.
- Plattenförmiges schallabsorbierendes Element nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens die erste Schicht (4) aus einem Holzfurnier besteht.
- Plattenförmiges schallabsorbierendes Element nach Anspruch 4, dass das Holzfurnier derart mit der Holzspanplatte (2) verbunden ist, dass die Holzfasern im wesentlichen parallel zu den Durchgangsöffnungen (3) ausgerichtet sind.
- Plattenförmiges schallabsorbierendes Element nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Löcher (6) nach dem Verbinden der ersten Schicht (4) und der zweiten Schicht (5) mit der Holzspanplatte (2) durch Stanzen anbringbar sind.
- Plattenförmiges schallabsorbierendes Element nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Löcher (3) einen Durchmesser aufweisen, der etwa 1 mm oder kleiner ist, und dass die gegenseitigen Abstände der Löcher etwa 10 mm oder weniger betragen.
- Plattenförmiges schallabsorbierendes Element nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Holzfurnier eine Dicke von etwa 0,3 bis 1 mm aufweist.
