Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Verpackungsmaschine (2), bei dem Betriebsparameter (P) wie Anzahl von zu verpackenden Gegenständen pro Zeiteinheit, Verpackungsabmessungen wie Verpackungslänge, Siegelzeiten und dgl. von einer Bedienperson über eine elektronische Steuerungseinrichtung einstellbar sind und Antriebe von in der Verpackungsmaschine bewegten Bauelementen (24) wie Hüllstofförderer, Siegelbacken und dgl. von der elektronischen Steuereinheit in Abhängigkeit der eingestellten Betriebsparameter regelbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der elektronischen Steuereinrichtung maschinenspezifische statische Grenzwerte wie Maschinenbreite, maximale Beschleunigung, maximale Abbremsung und dgl. eingebbar sind, daß für jede Veränderung eines Betriebsparameters (P) in Abhängigkeit der maschinenspezifischen statischen Grenzwerte die einstellungsspezifischen dynamischen Grenzwerte wie Abbremsweg und dgl. ermittelt und gewählte Betriebsparameter in Abhängigkeit der ermittelten dynamischen Grenzwerte von der Steuereinrichtung freigebbar sind oder abgelehnt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Ermittlung dynamischer Grenzwerte gespeicherte statische Grenzwerte und gespeicherte Kurventabellen und/oder gespeicherte mathematische Funktionen verarbeitet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ermittlung der dynamischen Grenzwerte bei Berücksichtigung zumindest eines dynamischen Bewegungsablaufs in der Verpackungsmaschine (2) in einer Berechnungsmethode der sukzessiven Approximation erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ermittelten dynamischen Grenzwerte ganz oder teilweise auf einem Bedienterminal (32) angezeigt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach Ermittlung der dynamischen Grenzwerte ein Abgleich mit statischen Grenzwerten erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Feststellung einer Überschreitung eines maximalen und/oder minimalen statischen Grenzwerts durch zumindest einen dynamischen Grenzwert eine Störmeldung an den Bediener ausgegeben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Feststellung einer Überschreitung eines maximalen und/oder minimalen statischen Grenzwerts durch zumindest einen dynamischen Grenzwert automatisch oder auf Befehl die dynamischen Grenzwerte neu ermittelt werden, wobei der Ermittlung nicht der eingegebene veränderte Parameter identisch zugrunde liegt, sondern ein von der Regelungseinrichtung (16) davon abweichend ermittelter Parameter.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Regelungseinrichtung (16) zu den dynamischen Grenzwerten auf dem Bedienterminal (32) zusätzliche optionale Optimierungsparameter anzeigt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eingegebene veränderte Parameter automatisch oder auf Befehl nach Ermittlung der dynamischen Grenzwerte als Regelgröße in die Regelung der Verpackungsmaschine (2) übernommen wird.
- Verfahren zur Ermittlung dynamischer Grenzwerte zur Beförderung von Gegenständen in Verpackungsmaschinen (2) mit einer Regelungseinrichtung (16), die auf gespeicherte statische Grenzwerte und gespeicherte Kurventabellen und/oder gespeicherte mathematische Funktionen zugreift, und die nach Eingabe eines veränderten Parameters die unter Beachtung dieses Parameters für die Verpackungsmaschine (2) geltenden dynamischen Grenzwerte ermittelt.
- Verpackungsmaschine (2) mit zumindest einem motorischen Antrieb und mit Maschinenteilen als Bauelemente (24), die von einer Regelungseinrichtung (16) regelbar sind, die Regelungseinrichtung (16) ist mit Ein- und Ausgabevorrichtungen verbunden, wobei die Regelungseinrichtung (16) von einer Bedienperson mit Soll-Betriebsparametern der Verpackungsmaschine (2) beaufschlagbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über die Regelungseinrichtung (16) in Abhängigkeit von statischen Grenzwerten bestimmte einstellungsspezifische dynamische Grenzwerte ermittelt und als Freigabe- oder Ablehnungssignal der veränderten Betriebsparameter anzeigbar sind.
- Verpackungsmaschine (2) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Kurventabellen und/oder mathematische Funktionen hinterlegt sind, und von der Regelungseinrichtung (16) bei Eingabe eines veränderten Betriebsparameters die dynamischen Grenzwerte unter Zugriff auf die hinterlegten statischen Grenzwerte, Kurventabellen und/oder mathematischen Funktionen bestimmbar sind.
- Verpackungsmaschine (2) nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einem Ablehnungssignal die Verpackungsmaschine (2) in einen Stoppzustand überführbar ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine (2) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Regelungseinrichtung (16) nach den Merkmalen eines der Ansprüche 2 bis 9 betreibbar ist.
