Claims (12)
- Scheinwerfer für Fahrzeuge mit einem Gehäuse (1), mit einem lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckelement (3) für eine vordere Öffnung des Gehäuses (1), mit einem im Inneren des Gehäuses (1) angeordneten schalenförmigen Reflektor (4), der mit einem vorderen Randbereich (5) an dem Gehäuse (1) radial und axial gehaltert ist, mit einem Lichtelement (6), das durch eine Reflektoröffnung (7) hindurchgeht und mit seiner Lichtquelle (8) im Inneren des schalenförmigen Reflektors (4) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassder Reflektor (4) aus Kunststoff besteht,der Reflektoröffnung (7) einer Gehäuseöffnung (9) zugeordnet ist,das Lichtelement (6) ausschließlich im Bereich (10) der Gehäuseöffnung (7) am Gehäuse (1) gehaltert ist,zwischen der Rückseite des Reflektors (4) und dem Gehäuse (1) eine den Reflektor (4) vertikal halternde und eine axiale Längenausdehnung des Reflektors (4) zulassende Halte- und Führungseinrichtung (11) besteht.
- Scheinwerfer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reflektor (4) aus einem Thermoplast besteht.
- Scheinwerfer nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reflektor (4) aus einem transparentem Thermoplast besteht und seine Reflexionsfläche (20) von einer für Infrarotlicht durchlässigen Beschichtung gebildet ist.
- Scheinwerfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halte- und Führungseinrichtung (11) an der Rückseite des Reflektors (4) einen die Reflektoröffnung (7) umgebenen ersten Kragen (12) und an der Innenseite des Gehäuses (1) einen zweiten Kragen (13) aufweist, wobei beide Kragen (12 und 13) axial verschiebbar ineinandergreifen.
- Scheinwerfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenseite (2) der Reflektoröffnung (7) ein Führungselement der Halte- und Führungseinrichtung (11) ist.
- Scheinwerfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vordere Öffnung des Gehäuses (1) die Montageöffnung für den Reflektor (4) ist und der Reflektor (4) an seinem vorderen Randbereich (5) mehrere Halteelemente (14) aufweist, die entgegen der Lichtaustrittsrichtung gerichtet sind, durch Halteöffnungen des Gehäuses (1) hindurchgehen und mit einer Haltefläche (23) an einer entgegen der Lichtaustrittsrichtung gerichteten Anlagefläche (15) des Gehäuses (1) anliegen.
- Scheinwerfer nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem vorderen Randbereich (5) des Reflektors (4) und einer in Lichtaustrittsrichtung weisenden Auflagefläche (17) des Gehäuses (1) federnde Zwischenelemente (16) angeordnet sind, die die Halteelemente (14) des Reflektors (4) gegen die Anlagefläche (15) des Gehäuses (1) halten.
- Scheinwerfer nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflagefläche (17) für den Reflektor (4) von einer umlaufenden Stufe in dem Gehäuse (1) gebildet ist und der Reflektor (4) mit dem vorderen Randbereich (5) radial an der Innenseite des Gehäuses (1) angrenzt.
- Scheinwerfer nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteelemente (14) des Reflektors (4) in Einsetzrichtung gerichtete radial federnde Rastarme sind, die jeweils mit einer Rastnase (18) die Anlagefläche (15) hintergreifen.
- Scheinwerfer nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die federnden Zwischenelemente (16) an den vorderen Randbereich (5) des Reflektors (4) angeformt sind.
- Scheinwerfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Werkstoff des Gehäuses (1) eine höhere Temperaturfestigkeit als der Werkstoff des Reflektors (4) aufweist.
- Scheinwerfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lichtelement (6) eine Gasentladungslampe ist und an seinem Sockel eine Zündeinrichtung (19) trägt oder eine Halogenlampe ist.
