Abstract

L'invention concerne un organe de raccordement (11) de systèmes d'allumage de moteurs à combustion interne (12), caractérisé en ce que ledit organe de raccordement (11) offre un fonctionnement sûr même dans des conditions d'utilisation défavorables. Ledit organe de raccordement (11) comporte entre autres un premier raccord (13) destiné à une bobine d'allumage (14), un deuxième raccord (16) destiné à une bougie d'allumage (17) et un capot de protection (19) entourant lesdits raccords (13, 16). Ledit capot de protection (19) comporte deux couches, c.-à-d. une enveloppe intérieure (23) réalisée dans un matériau isolant électrique et une enveloppe extérieure (24) s'appuyant directement sur l'enveloppe intérieure (23), réalisée dans un matériau conducteur électrique raccordé électriquement à un potentiel de masse. Les enveloppes (23, 24) sont toutes deux réalisées dans un matériau élastique. L'organe de raccordement selon l'invention (11) est destiné à l'industrie automobile.

Claims (6)

  1. Organe de raccordement d'installations d'allumage de moteurs à combustion interne, comprenant un premier raccord (13) pour une bobine d'allumage (14) et un deuxième raccord (16) pour une bougie d'allumage (17), avec un conducteur (18) reliant électriquement les raccords (13, 16) et avec un capuchon de protection (19) enveloppant au moins en partie ces pièces, le capuchon de protection (19) étant construit au moins en deux couches et présentant une enveloppe interne (23) tournée vers les pièces en matériau électriquement isolant, et une enveloppe externe (24) s'appliquant directement sur l'enveloppe interne (23), en matériau électriquement conducteur, qui est en liaison électrique avec le potentiel de la masse, caractérisé en ce que la connexion électrique de l'enveloppe externe (24) au potentiel de la masse est réalisée par une garniture de gaine (29) matérialisée sur l'enveloppe externe (24).
  2. Organe de raccordement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe externe (24) est appliquée de manière flexible sur l'enveloppe interne (23) constituée d'un élastomère.
  3. Organe de raccordement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe externe (24) est appliquée sous forme de couche pulvérisée sur l'enveloppe interne (23).
  4. Organe de raccordement selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe externe (24) est un élastomère.
  5. Organe de raccordement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe externe (24) est une tresse de blindage en métal.
  6. Organe de raccordement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe externe (24) est un tube flexible thermorétractable.
