Claims (16)
- Spannzylinder (1) zum Aufspannen zylindrischer Prägeformen für Prägewalzen, umfassenddadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannhülse zwischen der mindestens einen Drucklufteintrittsöffnung (9) und den Druckluftaustrittsöffnungen (11) ein sich axial und/oder tangential in der Spannhülse (3) erstreckendes Druckluftleitungssystem (8) umfasst.eine Welle (2),eine Spannhülse (3) mit einer äußeren eventuell mit hard-coating versehnen Oberfläche (10) zum Aufspannen einer zylindrischen Prägeform,eine Fixiereinrichtung (5) zum Fixieren der Spannhülse (3) koaxial auf der Welle (2),eine Temperiereinrichtung zum Temperieren der Oberfläche (10) der Spannhülse (3), undeine Einrichtung zum Lösen der Prägeform von der Oberfläche mittels Druckluft, indem mindestens eine Drucklufteintrittsöffnung (9) und radiale Druckluftaustrittsöffnungen (11) in der Spannhülse (3) vorgesehen sind, durch die hindurch Druckluft aus der Oberfläche (10) ausströmen kann, um eine über die Spannhülse (3) geschobene zylindrische Prägeform aufzuweiten,
- Spannzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Drucklufteintrittsöffnung (9) an einer axialen Stirnseite der Spannhülse (3) liegt.
- Spannzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Drucklufteintrittsöffnung (9) an einer radial innen liegenden Oberfläche der Spannhülse (3) liegt.
- Spannhülse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Druckluftleitungssystem (8) als Kanalleitungssystem in der Spannhülse (3) realisiert ist.
- Spannzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannhülse (3) als doppelwandiger Hohlzylinder ausgebildet und das Druckluftleitungssystem (8) als Rohrleitungssystem in dem zwischen den Zylinderwänden gebildeten Hohlraum realisiert ist.
- Spannzylinder (1) zum Aufspannen zylindrischer Prägeformen für Prägewalzen, umfassenddadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannhülse (3) mittels der Fixiereinrichtung (19) radial derart aufweitbar ist, dass die Spannhülse (3) auf der Fixiereinrichtung (19) festklemmt und darüber hinaus eine über die Spannhülse (3) geschobene Prägeform auf der Oberfläche (10) der Spannhülse (3) festklemmbar ist.eine Welle (2),eine Spannhülse (3) mit einer äußeren eventuell mit hard-coating versehenen Oberfläche (10) zum Aufspannen einer zylindrischen Prägeform,eine Fixiereinrichtung (19) zum Fixieren der Spannhülse (3) auf der Welle (2), undeine Temperiereinrichtung zum Temperieren der Oberfläche (10) der Spannhülse (3),
- Spannzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fixiereinrichtung (15,19) eine Druckhülse umfasst.
- Spannzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fixiereinrichtung (15,19) eine Spannbacke umfasst.
- Spannzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Temperiereinrichtung zwischen der Welle (2) und der Spannhülse (3) einen axial abgedichteten Hohlraum (12) zur Aufnahme eines Temperierungsfluids umfasst.
- Spannzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 oder 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Temperiereinrichtung in der Spannhülse als Kanalleitungssystem zur Durchströmung mittels eines Temperierungsfluids realisiert ist.
- Spannzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 oder 5 bis 8, bei dem die Spannhülse als doppelwandiger Hohlzylinder ausgebildet ist, wobei an den Zwischenraum zwischen den Zylinderwänden mindestens eine Zuführöffnung (16) und eine Abführöffnung (17) zur Zu- und Ableitung eines Temperierungsfluids vorgesehen ist.
- Spannzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 oder 5 bis 8, bei dem die Spannhülse als doppelwandiger Hohlzylinder ausgebildet ist, wobei die Temperiereinrichtung zwischen den Zylinderwänden als Rohrleitungssystem zur Durchströmung mittels eines Temperierungsfluids realisiert ist.
- Spannzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (2) hohlgebohrt ist und zur Zu- und Abführung des Temperierungsfluids dient.
- Spannzylinder nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (2) getrennte Zu- und Abführungen (14,18) umfasst, so dass das Temperierungsfluid kontinuierlich zu- und abgeführt werden kann.
- Spannzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannhülse (3) aus Aluminium oder einer Aluminiumlegierung besteht.
- Verfahren zum Aufspannen einer zylindrischen Prägeform für eine Prägewalze unter Verwendung eines Spannzylinders nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15.
