Claims (14)
- Sicherheitszuhaltung für eine zu öffnende Absperreinrichtung mit einer Betätigungseinheit (1), die einen verschiebbar geführten Betätiger (4) aufweist, und einer Zuhalteeinheit (2), in die der Betätiger (4) bei geschlossener Absperreinrichtung einschiebbar und über einen elektromagnetisch betätigbaren, verschwenkbaren Riegel (16) über ineinandergreifende Eingriffsflächen verriegelbar ist, wobei der Betätiger (4) ein Auslöseelement (31) und die Zuhalteeinheit (2) ein Ansprechelement (32) aufweisen, das bei eingeschobenem Betätiger (4) auf das Auslöseelement (31) durch Abgabe eines die Verriegelung auslösenden, elektrischen Signals reagiert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riegel (16) um eine sich parallel zur Bewegungsrichtung des Betätigers (4) erstreckende Achse schwenkbar ist und die Eingriffsflächen des Riegels (16) und des Betätigers (4) senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung verlaufen.
- Sicherheitszuhaltung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätiger (4) in der Zuhalteeinheit (2) in einer vorbestimmten Stellung durch eine Rasteinrichtung (29, 30) verrastbar ist.
- Sicherheitszuhaltung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Sensoreinrichtung (33) für die Stellung des Riegels (16) vorgesehen ist.
- Sicherheitszuhaltung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sensoreinrichtung (33) wenigstens eine Gabellichtschranke (34) umfaßt.
- Sicherheitszuhaltung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eingriffsflächen des Riegels (16) und des Betätigers (4) aus zueinander komplementären Nuten und Rippen bestehen.
- Sicherheitszuhaltung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eingriffsflächenanordnung des Riegels (16) spiegelsymmetrisch senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung des Betätigers (4) ist.
- Sicherheitszuhaltung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuhalteeinrichtung (2) ein Gehäuse (8) aufweist, das Aufnahmeöffnungen (9) für Befestigungsschrauben mittig zur Längsmittelebene des Gehäuses (8) aufweist.
- Sicherheitszuhaltung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeöffnungen (9) in Bewegungsrichtung des Betätigers (4) als Langlöcher ausgebildet sind.
- Sicherheitszuhaltung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigereinheit (1) eine Gehäuse (3) aufweist, das in Bezug auf die Position zur Zuhalteeinheit (2) einstellbar anbringbar ist.
- Sicherheitszuhaltung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (3) Schlitze (44) aufweist, die Nutsteine (45) aufnehmen, so daß das Gehäuse (3) gegenüber den Nutsteinen (45) verschiebbar ist.
- Sicherheitszuhaltung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuhalteeinheit (2) ein Gehäuse (8) aufweist, daß wenigstens auf einer Seite einen Schlitz (11) zum Einführen des Betätigers (4) aufweist, der in seiner Höhe erheblich größer als die Höhe des Betätigers (4) ist.
- Sicherheitszuhaltung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuhalteeinheit (2) spiegelsymmetrisch und mit einem Gehäuse (8) mit auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten befindlichen Schlitzen (11) zum Einführen des Betätigers (4) versehen ist.
- Sicherheitszuhaltung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuhalteeinheit (2) einen in ihr Gehäuse (8) eingesetzten Einsatz (19) aufweist, in dem der Riegel (16) schwenkbar gelagert ist und der einen Kanal für den Betätiger (4) bildet.
- Sicherheitszuhaltung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein den Betätiger (4) aufnehmendes Gehäuse (3) Auslöseelement und die Zuhalteeinheit (2) in ihrem Gehäuse (8) ein zugehöriges Ansprechelement (36) aufweisen.
